Online order for $50 1/4 Pineapple plus Vapen Cart (4.3.2020) finally opening it to smoke, only to find a labeled 7.00g container w only 1.51g in it. Cart was fine. But flower, not very happy about that considering they took me $70 payment and shorted me flower.

They say they close at 8 but won’t let you in 10 minutes prior. I mean .. you close at 7:50 or 8?

great customer service. decent meds. and a perfect secluded location . it's a new shop so they will get better meds people lol but overall this is a cool chill place to get your meds

New location is horrible. parking lot was jam packed. Got in and got a number for express to sit there for over 30 mins watching everyone who came in after me get called. went back to the front but now there were like 5 people ahead of me who came after...ended up going to Harvest. Sucks because I loved The Phoenix...

I asked for a specific item and was told it wasn't available. when I seen it on the other display, I asked to cancel my order so I could get it, for some reason he threw in a pre roll, me thinking it was free (rush hour) turns out I got charged 5 bucks. once i got home I opened the bag and it was the icey hot version instead of the regular one I specifically asked 😐

I called to make sure I was able to redeem my first time patient deal they said yes when I got to the store I asked again about my deal and was told yes so I go to pay they say no first time patient deals today wtf, these people don't know what there doing there so many customers going to other dispo,s I seen so many people walk out it's not funny they can't get there shit on track

All i can say is DAMN thought it be cool to have a dispensary so close to home i was wrong they need new employes the door greater bothers you the whole time your in line asking stupid questions trying to give you his suggestion on flower but hasnt even tried it thanks but no thanks some times its better to say hi and move on wouldnt recommend to anybody both people behind the counter have no knowledge of the mmj industry they just feel its cool cause they sell weed they need better business ethics.........maybe another year or two ill try back its sad its so close to my house and ill still drive past it to go to a different dispensary.

Sucks to see another good Dispo sell out. I enjoyed Phx Disp more for their variety. Now it’s solely Natures med. Good luck!

I would recommend people to come here but honestly the staff I sealed with twice has been awful. First they don’t return my card and I leave the building and you would think they would call me since they make you fill out a form with my information and they do not contact me , I had to call to see if it was left behind and they don’t have my information without explanation. Also you would think they’re apologetic for it, the girl is complete prick. The bud tender must’ve forgot to give it back which is okay I understand it happens but they blame me for leaving it behind and them making me fill a form out that they clearly do not even read . Two thumbs down. Not wasting my time coming here again

I placed a pre-order online and did Not understand when the gentleman was explaining to me the pick up hours upon talking to him he got irritated and copped an attitude with me canceled my order when I never asked him to cancel it and I’ll top of that hung up on me I will never shop here again and I will never Recommend that anyone shop here ever Service has always been horrible here

Very helpful and Great staff overall products as well as honesty, my tender Tony was a very cool and honest about the product gave me good recommendation for my needs im definitely coming back here and recommending my paitent friends here for they're customer service and knowledge of they're products.
