I placed a pre-order online and did Not understand when the gentleman was explaining to me the pick up hours upon talking to him he got irritated and copped an attitude with me canceled my order when I never asked him to cancel it and I’ll top of that hung up on me I will never shop here again and I will never Recommend that anyone shop here ever Service has always been horrible here

This place location sucks it’s hard get too. The quality is okay. What sucks is after I purchased my bud they say it might have seeds. Umm tell me first! It was the worst crap it was like weeds that grow in grass . Second time got bad bud. I won’t go back due to that I’m disabled I need my medicine and I’m on a budget. Horrible been hurting cause got bad medicine

I would recommend people to come here but honestly the staff I sealed with twice has been awful. First they don’t return my card and I leave the building and you would think they would call me since they make you fill out a form with my information and they do not contact me , I had to call to see if it was left behind and they don’t have my information without explanation. Also you would think they’re apologetic for it, the girl is complete prick. The bud tender must’ve forgot to give it back which is okay I understand it happens but they blame me for leaving it behind and them making me fill a form out that they clearly do not even read . Two thumbs down. Not wasting my time coming here again

I really really enjoyed every time I came into The Phoenix. always get treated with great smiles, amazing knowledge of the bud, along with fire products! with this being said, today was a little upsetting when I called. I was told that the rush hour special and lunch specials were only during the week. Granted I had gotten this special before on the weekend from the manager. It seems that with all the new specials they have offered, ( which is great!!) they aren't honoring some correctly. It didn't show anywhere on leafly that the lunch special is a weekly deal. I was half way there from down town on my Lunch thinkin sweet, 20% off.. What a waste of a Lunch. Like I said i can't hate this place because i always get great strains and most of the employees are intelligent. This girl was on another one today.

The place itself is kinda hidden, but it's one of the few non-sketchy looking places in the valley. They have a real parking lot! Nice environment inside, with natural light! They don't really have a waiting area, which might suck once more people discover these guys and you gotta stand in line. My budtender Sasha was chill and helped me find just what I was looking for. The FTP deal was better than most in the valley (definitely the best in the west valley), despite what the reviews might lead you to believe. And the best part, I finally found Chemdawg flower that actually smells and tastes like Chemdawg! The Phoenix is my new #1 spot in the west valley for sure!

So this location is really hard to find first of all it's surrounded by warehouses Factory and Diesel 18 wheelers it's tucked away hidden in the back behind some houses... the people working here in dispensary are really slow & talk too much overall bad experience. Definitely won't be going back there

My location...place was very nice bud tender was very polite and helpful, i never felt rushed even after a long series of questions..I personally recommend this place...cheers..!

This dispensary is really cool, the people are so nice and knowledgable , the 6 dollar grams smoke wayyyy better than they look, i love the herb

This honestly use to be my favorite place to go. The staff was great quick and always helpful. Lately this place has gone down, I went to pick up my order and there site said they were out of a certain product. I could clearly see it on the shelf but yet he refused to swap them out. He said you can hope back in line and reorder really dude. I always tip them well and the service I received was flat out terrible. You can’t help a patient out especially when it’s literally 5 feet from you unreal. Hope this place gets a better vibe and service soon we spend our hard earned money in there and then also tip on top of the high prices. Thanks for your help needless to say time to start shopping elsewhere.

This is a very clean and friendly environment. They have good meds and the top name concentrates. Also they have Dr. Zodiac Moon Rocks witch are very potent , I HIGHly recommend this place.

This place was way more than I expected. It's a bit tucked away but my experience was probably the best I've had at all the shops I've been to. My tender was informed and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was so personable I remember his name. Flash, if you go in, hope you get him. Great dude. Make sure you leave him a fatty tip. I got the Slimer OG and was very impressed. I got another strain but can't remember right now. Both smelled and performed exceptionally well.

never got to try this place. i signed up the other day when i found this place and waited 20 mins in line while the one budtender they had working stay busy with the same customer he had as i walked in. I was the fourth person in line at the time i decided to walk out . I figured if they only had that one budtender working and one patient took more the 20 min i was going to wait 40 more minutes just to be first in line. sure wish i could have tried you guys.
