place has discruntal employees never keeps menu updated you go in only a half hour after opening they say there sold out of what you want needs better management

Someone needs to keep track of points better bc yall screwed me and I love coming to this store but last 3 times ive had the same gentlemen help me saying if I would like to us my points ($10.00) I said no thank you can I stack by chance he said yes next delivery I call and didn't use points again now he said should have $20.00 to spend now by the 3rd time I ordered i was told it was stacked AGAIN & bare in mind I spend bou 160 to 200 everytime i order and when asked to use my points on 4th time which was a delivery they called and said hey you have 10 points and I explained the situation calmly as can be and the dude just cut me off and said you have 10 points wanna use or not and im like sure whatever dude but I should've had at least 30 but everytime i call i have 10 points off now ? No i should and still have at least 20 points avaible to spend now no get on ur shit seriously yall aint harvest or flowershop yall better than them dont screw ppl like they did fyi I noticed that after the call you didn't send the regular person whom always helped me and I wonder why ? if yall can't stack dont screw us by not saying save ur points and then we get a slap in the face ight

This place was way more than I expected. It's a bit tucked away but my experience was probably the best I've had at all the shops I've been to. My tender was informed and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was so personable I remember his name. Flash, if you go in, hope you get him. Great dude. Make sure you leave him a fatty tip. I got the Slimer OG and was very impressed. I got another strain but can't remember right now. Both smelled and performed exceptionally well.

This place has changed, I was ignored at the desk because the women were too busy on their phones plus my online order was confirmed but was told they never got it. I was told to sit and wait while 4 budtenders on the medical side (I have my card) were too busy messing around and talking about eating McChicken sandwiches. Once someone wanted to help, what I ordered was out and no one is educated with the products to tell me what would be a similar product. I ended up with some overpriced flower that was so small they couldn't even say its popcorn bud. What happened to all the employees that actually worked, knew their shit and was pleasant? I'll be going elsewhere.

They recently moved and it is now 3 miles further. Since their move the online menu is "DOWN". During this time that many of us are out of work and depending on unemployment, I need my $ to stretch. I can't afford driving to New location and not finding what I am looking for. GREATLY DISSAPOINTED

This honestly use to be my favorite place to go. The staff was great quick and always helpful. Lately this place has gone down, I went to pick up my order and there site said they were out of a certain product. I could clearly see it on the shelf but yet he refused to swap them out. He said you can hope back in line and reorder really dude. I always tip them well and the service I received was flat out terrible. You can’t help a patient out especially when it’s literally 5 feet from you unreal. Hope this place gets a better vibe and service soon we spend our hard earned money in there and then also tip on top of the high prices. Thanks for your help needless to say time to start shopping elsewhere.

CHECK YOUR WEIGHTS! With your own scale at home. I went for a first time visit. Picked up two eigths and two pre rolls. Great buds and good service. But I came home to an eigth that weighed out to 3.38 and another that came out to 3.42. Thats fucked up dude. We go to your shop with confidence and your employees are ripping us off. The fact that you guys weigh the bud in front of us is cool but most people will not pay attention to that specially since it was so hard to even see the scale numbers. Will not be coming back for that one reason.

bought some top shelf and got nothing but popcorn, no nugs and lots of stems. I also purchased a prepacked 8th for 25$ it had way better nugs than top shelf. I talked to Alex the manager and her excuse was that they are low on the product..so why not sell it as prepacked popcorn and restock instead of making people pay for top shelf quality. I should be getting what I payed for. Alex didn't sound concerned at all, and all she can offer is a preroll?? bad customer service as well. I wish I can post a picture of the trash I got👎

Very unprofessional. Sales online showing BOGO. Was contacted via email after placing order advising sale was a mistake. Unacceptable.
