These people think that because they’ve cornered the quasi-legal sales to WI market they can just do whatever the hell they want. On multiple occasions I have opened the product to find human hairs entangled with my nugs. They do not try very hard to follow social distancing guidelines- opting instead to have armed guards who can’t figure out what way arrow signs should point yelling at you to stand on sidewalk cracks (which is less than 6 ft). On very busy days they wrap the line around such that the end of the line and the beginning of the line are less than a foot apart (thereby doubling the people customers are exposed to). When I suggested that the line should be doubled up instead of wrapped around the white guy with poorly kept dreadlocks bitched at me and said that it would violate social distancing (it would, but only half as much as the system they put us through and this is not the first time said white dude w/ dreads was unreasonably cold). The weed is super average, and as mentioned before, occasionally comes w/ free human hair. The edibles are extremely overpriced. The concentrate is good, however the cartridges and disposable pens are grievously overpriced (its all overpriced but the edibles & vapes moreso.) My advice for edible consumers is to buy concentrates and prepare your own edibles at home, it will reduce the cost fivefold and also you will be able to take home more medicine at a time. My advice for flower consumers is to find a better store. My advice for the managers is to fire the white dreadlock dude because I will not be coming back until that issue is dealt with, and if he is having a bad day as frequently as it seems then surely other customers have similar experiences. Lastly, occasionally they will run out of what you ordered and they of course swap it for presumably a similar product. While it would be appreciated if they could send you some notice before hand, at the very least I would expect them to discuss the swapped product w/ you so you may be certain it meets your needs. Ok, actual lastly, the Indica/Sativa/Hybrid shit is fake. I have no faith in there ability to discern medical customer’s needs because everything is branded as sativa= awake indica = asleep and it is frequently not that simple. And also, they are too cowardly to call Durban Poison what it is- Durban Poison. An utter disgrace.

Closed early at 745pm on 4/9/21 because of a "line surge". Many cars were turned away by security. The hours are 8am-8pm. I came back today to pick up the order I wanted last night. I should've gotten a discount of some sort for the inconvenience OR just went to Rockford..

Dope staff, super friendly and super quick

I’ve been to Sunnyside South Beloit twice now. Today is no wait. The vibe is waaay better than Rockford. The Budtenders are awesome. I think Kat was my bud tender. They are good at changing your order and recommending products. I was buying Blueberry today and a bud tender passing by said, “Hey we just got Blueberry Headband in.” Guess what? I bought another 3.5 grams. My only complaint is the price. $80 for 3.5 grams after tax. Still a great store.

Tia nailed it again....Mac from Grassroots flowers has left me hungry with a strong heady high, im baked and my whole house smells grrreat.

Please put your hours back the lines forming outside the orders unable to process due to the overwhelming amount of customers I can’t place an order. The change should be more not less Please customers are getting irritated and talking about going elsewhere up street new dispensary waiting on new customers

It feels a lil bit checking in for a flight or going to the bank as it's a bit sterile and strict with the COVID policies, but they're just trying to keep everyone safe...so I don't fault them. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about their products which are super high quality and as cheap as can be with the crazy high IL taxes.

Been there twice so far first time the lady manager was kinda rude but i guess is what it is but the second time got Edgar to check me out let me know everything about my products and very helpful.

I've been to this dispensary a number of times, and usually the lines aren't too bad. Today when I arrived (1/2/2022) after an hour drive, the item I'd ordered was sold out. After talking with Christian C., he offered some suggestions of substitutions. He worked with me to find a suitable substitute and his supervisor, I believe her name is Sarah, allowed Christian to give me a price match so that I received the amount I'd originally ordered, for the same price! Great customer service!!!!

My first time in a dispensery in Illinois. I have been twice now. It is a very large place. Largest in Illinois. Its right by the highway to make it easy for travelers. It was the easiest an quickest time i've ever had at a dispensery. No hassle almost like an express service. On top of that both flower products I purchased were topshelf quality, Very happy with my experience.

Wait times can be frustrating. Maddie was my budtender and she is top notch. Very helpful and pleasant. And she has the most beautiful eyes. 😉

The only thing that I can complain about is the waiting in line. They spread you out over several lines and then usually 1 cashier is going back and forth between two lines. And for a dispensary that you have to have an order already placed, you'll get stuck a lot with everyone at the counter changing their orders and then your stuck even longer. Should be a spot, out of line to go to to change your order. Supposed to be in and out!

First things first, this is a brand new facility and it's very clean. Very professional. I've been through CO and it can be hit and miss. They had a better Adult Use or Recreational selection over a lot of shops I've visited. Want to throw a quick shout out to Stephanie L. who set me up with some awesome picks and I will most definitely be visiting again.

Today I visited the shop. Im always uncomfortable with myself going and figuring out what I need. Today Stephanie helped me with my questions and she didn’t know it but helped me feel less uncomfortable. I 100% would recommended people here, even if your brand new they will help you and not make you feel dumb.

Because of the proximity to the WI state line, this place is almost always busy. At 10:am on a Wednesday-no holiday or sports events coming- and there were already 100 people in line. If they have enough help it can move quickly, but don’t be in a rush here. OTOH, 8 minutes away on the interstate is The Happy Cannabis Co which is first-rate and rarely busy.

I have been here several times. It was this visit that the order taker was very friendly and helpful, this had not been my experience before this visit. However the cashier's were downright unfriendly. They had such a negative vibe that I think I will not return to this location.
