Small selection. Always run out of something. Way too expensive. And if the prices themselves arent expensive enough, they charge you $3.50 to use a card to pay. You cant be dropped off or walk there. You have no choice but to walk the extra half mile if you dont have a vehicle, to the shuttle. They are no competition for any street dude, who has the same stuff for a lot cheaper, and most times the dudes have a larger selection than this place does. Disappointing to say the least. Im skipping dispensaries and will stick to "the dude".
I treat my medical conditions for less money, and sometimes with better quality.

The area was clean and bright, with incredibly nice and helpful staff (I noticed many of the patrons were not friendly to the staff, however). One woman took the time to go over everything with me (as a first timer) and really helped me through the process. I was honestly worried I would have to deal with stereotypes from movies/tv (not helpful, distracted, "stoner" kids)-but it couldn't have been further from the truth. I will absolutely go back.

Nice location. Please switch to Raws for preroll all I’m tasting is paper unfortunately. Burns white ash tho. Need to get newer strains sour and blueberry ain’t gonna cut it for to long...

got 59 mg!paid for 80 got 62mg!

I love cultivate, but it bothers me that I have to wait behind people who are of out of state. This should only be for mass residents, I see people from all over it’s crazy.

Ok this was def in the top three worst dispensary visits in my 4yrs of being a patient! Cultivate calls the top tier premium flower. Tier 2 is smaller buds, and tier 3 is some shake. I bought tier 1 walked to my car looked and not one bud was bigger thana dime! Ive got better tier two flower for cheaper! I went right back in to show them how this was nowhere close to premium flower. I get in and open it up to show them and they freak out because ur not supposed to have open marijuana in the store?! Well everywhere i buy from now on besides ACS, i will be making them open n break the seal so they dont try to make up stupid excuses. Broad budtender was the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with! Never got a receipt sent to my phone nada. Ive got good flower from cultivate before but this was the last time they sell me top dollar flower and give me tier 3 pieces. Not one bud was bigger than a popcorn kernel. Unacceptable and would appreciate a response!!

To start off i love i can now go buy recreational weed. Where to start with cultivate, this place straight up sucks. Not only do they have some of the highest prices they have the worst products. They never have enough product and are not consistent with what they sre doing. I use oil,wax,shatter,dab, what ever you qant to call it thia place has been out for 2 weeks and i can not get an answer of when they will have more. So dont waste your time here its really not worth it.

There's no parking for recreational customers... You have to park a mile down the road and take a shuttle which is SUPER inconvenient; we didn't even go in after we drove 40 minutes to try a new place out. It's probably a great place for medical patients.

wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone medicinal... instantly pull in and get bombarded by security asking for my medical card before I can even get out of my car. then I get the sour diesel #2 listed as 18% thc I get home to see the package is labeled as only having 6.7% thc. what a waste of money not to mention the buds are stemy and dry like mids. not going back there much better options for medicinal around.

Bad Luck --
I visited 2 weeks ago, for the first time. At first everything was fine, then the tent heater went out. Then the internet went out (first time for them). We, as a group, waited inside the tent for 1 hr 40 minutes. It was FREEZING out as well. They kept us updated and TWICE someone from the crew came to brief us that because of the "glitch" we would all get $10 off our order. There was another announcement made right before they opened back up for those that wanted to leave. Those who left, got a manager to sign their slip to ensure they got $10 off on next visit.
Fast forward and we FINALLY get inside to thaw out. The first few people got to counter and mentioned the $10 off. Managers were called over, and they flatly denied what ALL OF US actually heard with our own ears/brains. RIDICULOUS! More than a few customers were pissed off.
Now the product. As MANY have mentioned. Dont go by whats on the online menu. It wont be there when you arrive more than likely. The flower i purchased (2 strains of 1/4 oz) were extremely dry and perhaps the smallest 1/4 oz i've ever seen. It was "OK" stuff, but the dryness was ridiculous. The price was also CRAZY! I understand the taxes, but cmon....$420 per ounce??? I can literally get REALLY good stuff for $220 per OUNCE !
Hopefully these items all get worked out in the near future, but for now i will stick with my source and get better product, for half the price.

First off let me say that I understand they're new and there is always a learning curve. My first attempt to visit Cultavite was thwarted by a computer system that was down, apparently on the states end, so they took down my name and number and was told I would get $10 off the price of an eighth for my trouble. However, when I returned the next day no one seemed to have a recollection of this, nor did they know I had pre-registered on line. That being said the staff was very friendly and accommodating and after some complaining they did give me every discount they could think of which came to $100 off a $550 purchase. Now, if you are charging a premium price you should be providing a premium product. I am very aware that growing high quality medical cannabis on a large scale is much more challenging than on a small scale. With that being said this very experienced patient, grower, and hash maker believes their grower(s) could stand to have a few more grows under their belts so the product matches the price point. All in all the experience was pleasant although the product, at this time, was unimpressive.

I think the product is great and they've figured out the shuttling system, only problem is I'm coming from 2 hours away, and it would be nice to have the updates the night before. The way I see it, by the end of the day you know what you have left and what you have ready for the next day it would help someone like me that's traveling so long to know that it would be a wasted trip for such a minimal amount of product. Understanding the fact that you are one of very few stores at this point, it still would help those that need to travel to get to you to know in advance. other than that, zero complaints other than the limits themselves lol

came on the first day of rec sales and the flower was pretty fresh. Just returned about a week later and both strains we got were super dry and crumbly. This is unacceptable, especially for the prices they are charging. Almost all products were sold out-no concentrates left, no edibles, only a few strains of (over dry) flower and some vape carts. They need better packaging for flower

awesome new dispensary! staff is very friendly and very helpful. answered all my questions and offered great suggestions. will absolutely go back! great new patient discounts as well!! great parking and nice location. all in all, great experience! :)

I first heard about this dispensary from word of mouth through a family member but unfortunately they did not have the best experience... (Staff was not friendly or patient he said) So with that being said, Cultivate was the last recreational dispensary I visited in the MA area. I decided to base my judgment on my own experience so after driving an hour+ to their location you must park at an off site location. A shuttle is then to come get you. There is no signs or information in the parking area which says you must take the shuttle to allow entry. So after no shuttle was arriving we decided to walk the half mile to Cultivate. We were then rejected and then scolded because we weren't aware that you had to take the shuttle. We explained that it was our first time and we were quite confused. The driver of the shuttle become very rude, and abrasive and then continued to tell us we were not able to purchase anything here and we wouldn't be allowed in. The workers who shuttle for this company should not have a job. The atmosphere at this place is toxic and very unfriendly. I will not be recommending this dispensary to a single soul and I would highly suggest traveling to another dispensary.
Insa in East Hampton, MA is extremely friendly and product quality is just as good. There is no shuttle and atmosphere is wavelengths ahead of Cultivate.

First time at this dispensary. Figured I’d check it out as it is close to home.
Pros: decent first time discount
Friendly bud tenders and willing to help.
Cons: bud is pre-packed. No way of knowing if the weight is accurate or how fresh it is. Bud looks ok at best but not like other dispensaries. Sort of dried out and not fresh with crystals/tricombs.

3. Kind of over priced as the more you buy the more expensive. Usually this is opposite at my preferred dispensary.
I will visit again but only in a pinch. I save more at my preferred dispensary even though it is an hour drive. I like being able to see and smell what I am buying as well as having it weighed in front of me. No hidden surprises that way.
Overall clean and friendly environment but needs some improvements.

Definitely a waste of money and time!! They’re dishonest about the THC percentages of certain strains. Online the percentages are so much higher than the menu shows at the store. They admit that the information online is wrong, yet they still won’t change it. I also bought an 1/8 of weed, but when I got home and opened the package, it looked like some weed was missing- it only contained 2grams, even though it’s suppose to be 3.5 grams of weed. Most of the employees are nice, but I honestly think some of them take weed out of the containers before they sell the product to customers. It’s a sketchy place. Don’t go there.

I've been going here for over a year now. Being a medical patient, was good ,but now as others said get bombarded upon entering the lot for id's as their new help is more than eager. I frequent this place at least twice a week. they don't care if u are regular ,as tonight a "new" medical person came in ,mind u I was just there last night too, I told girl at front desk, I'm trying to hurry as I had 2small dogs in car,windows down but still, next thing I know she tells new med patient "well, a few ahead of you " then some b.s. I couldn't hear (half deaf) she mumbled some crap about recognizing 1 of the employees by his hat?! wtf! so she(front desk girl) let's her go ahead of me. oh hell no, luckily one of employees mike saw this and offered I go to another line. menu hasn't changed in mos. Botanist by the way in Worcester does sell weed by the grams if not available in preroll. I am losing my "great" feeling I used to have about here.
