I like the leafly app. BUT your online menu doesn't reflect the same products as on the menu when I arrive. I always have to change my order. So what is the sense of placing an order for pick up if you just have to change it. The employees are wonderful. Only had an issue with 1 employee and if we weren't paying attention... she gave us all wrong items. SHE wasnt paying attention and not very personable. I see that she works at the medical part now. If I've seen her at a register I avoid her. And go to someone else.

I was here the first day they opened and have been back 4 times now. Everytime I’ve bought a concentrate wax or rosin. Product is high quality, the bus situation is what it is definitely not ideal but not a big problem. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Recently it seems they are keeping the concentrates for their med patients only. Their cartridges are overpriced and I want to buy “loose” concentrates because they are priced fairly for the quality but they aren’t selling them anymore to rec users. It’s very disappointing. I understand the priority for their med patients but many recreational users use these products for medical problems but just never got a medical card because the cost. I’m driving to Fall River now to buy concentrates there for much cheaper and more selection but I rather drive the 10 minutes to cultivate. I really hope cultivate considers their rec users more and opens up their selection again or I’m going to be forced to drop $200 on a med card or continue to drive an hour and half to Fall River.

Be warned, they have two menu options,one for medical and one for recreational.
I waited in line for 2hrs for something that i could not purchase for recreational purposes. There was no one to ask and no info posted before i made the trip and wasted my day.
I left empty handed and will never return.
They had about 6/7 staff on hand, i didnt get my disappointment until i reached the front of the line. Waited about 1.5hrs outside and then another 40min inside. (yes two lines, about 30 people inside, 35 people under the tent plus line that wraps out.
Prices are ridiculous but your paying for the trend until competitors open up
Amazing products plenty of variety
This is the second time I've ordered online and received no confirmation. After 2 hours wait I called and the woman on the phone said " it should be ready they were probably just busy" then she went on to tell me there is no wait time. Seems fishy... She didn't ask for an order number or anything to even check. Great service guys! I'll take the drive elsewhere next time....
I went yesterday about 5pm, no line which was great however customer servise was unpleasant. She rushed the sale , instead of answering questions. I potentially would have bought and spent more money . Normally great customer service!

Recreational purchases are now available to Mass residents. Finally. I mean, it’s an hour away. But that’s not too bad to be able to pick it up legally, and hopefully get the good stuff.
I underestimated the demand. I think everyone underestimated the demand. The demand created a major hassle. Traffic. Lack of parking. The lack of parking resulted in somewhat lengthy walking. Lastly, the line from hell. Think Disney World, peak season. Then double it. No exaggeration. I waited almost 4 hours. Yes. You read that right.
The cherry on top is that it was painfully cold outside. Toes numb, stinging ears, burning fingers cold. Very few people were prepared for the situation. Like I said, we all underestimated the demand. We thought, yay, weed is legal! Time to go get some! I’m sure there will be a line. But an hour isn’t that bad. Ha. We thought. There were so many people who were not dressed for the winter cold. And yes, at one point it actually did snow. We seriously braved cold bitter Mother Nature. Every one has their own reasons. I just wanted to be a small part of history. And see if the product is worth it.
After all of that, I finally get in the store and it’s beautiful. Way nicer than a liquor store. It smelled amazing. It was sweet and floral and citrusy and a bit piney. I’m not an expert weed snob but the smell was seriously intoxicating. Metaphorically speaking of course. You’re actually greeted by a sign that says consumption in store is not permitted.
The decor is modern. Very zen. Sophisticated without being pretentious. Just a clean, fun, bright slice of heaven.
The staff were great. While we were in line inside the store, there were people attending to us with menus. By the time we got inside I think they ran out so we shared them. I snapped a pic so I could pass it along faster. There was also a very kind person who demonstrated their cartridge and battery system. That was super helpful. I actually ended up getting that product because it was perfect for my needs.
And speaking of the product; fantastic. I got the blueberry and Pineapple Express cartridges and the palm battery. On the packaging it suggests to “sip don’t rip.” I heeded those words wisely because it does pack a punch.
In terms of pricing, it’s a bit expensive. I mean, I know I’m paying a premium for everything involved. Taxes. Rent/mortgage. Salaries. But I can say that the product is worth it. Great quality. Great flavor. Great potency. I can’t complain.
Overall, it was a hellish experience in that line. I think making sure everyone has a menu, or a picture of a menu, prior to getting into the store, it would speed the process up. That way people already know what they want. And maybe they can have a brave attendant go through the line and answer any questions. Again, that way they can help people be ready at the register.
But to be fair, Cultivate didn’t cause the weather. The demand was bigger than any of us anticipated. They did well with what they had. And you have to admit, once you’re in the store, it’s a great experience. I just hope that one day the lines go down so I don’t have to plan an entire day around it.
If anyone plans on visiting during the winter, I recommend bringing chairs, wear super warm clothing, bring a box o joe from dunks, and come with a group of friends that will keep you entertained. The wait will still be long, but it doesn’t have to be unpleasant.

I checked this place out previously to when deciding wether to get my card or not. Boy am I glad I didn't go to the opening, $60 a 1/8 plus the 20% tax, so $72 dollars......Just crazy. Not a bad place if you have your card though.

The flower here is all ways over dry and not cured properly. Owner don't seam to care about patients just his pocket. Staff is great and friendly. Place is clean and good. Only problem is flower is to dry not cured properly. Owent don't seam to care about this at all.

First trip today from Boston. Was disappointed. Adult use side was sold out of everything except 3 strains of bud (1/8oz limit) 1 type of gummies (limit one package of 10) and three strains of pre-rolled blunts (limit one).
1/8oz bud, 1 joint, and a pack of 10- 5mg gummies, was $99- so pretty expensive too.
No cartridges,oil,shatter,tincture,pills, ect., so very disappointed in selection.
Line was about 1/2 hour, parking about 1/2 mile away, but shuttle runs frequent, and there are cold shelters while waiting for shuttle and outside the store.
Staff very friendly, helpful,and professional, but very limited selection and quantity allowance, and really bad website-have to look at adult use menu, if you can find it- is not up to date. Wouldn't have traveled if I knew selection and restricted quantity.
No such issues in Northampton 1 week after opening.
I know its early on, so as more stores open,selection,quantities,and prices should get better. I may give it a second shot if another closer store doesn't open soon, but at this point "my guy" has nothing to worry about. Lol.

Second visit in 2 weeks and it was very very poor quality. I think we can all relate when you find an old bag of weed in you drawer. It's rock hard, brittle and breaks into a powder almost, and makes you cough like crazy. Well that's what 2 different brands were like on Sunday. Coughing like crazy with a head ache. Sent an email and left a voicemail. No Response. Better luck with your dealer.

The shuttle and line is rediculous. Leafly is the only way to go right now unless you have nothing to do and can waste a day going to the shop. A couple things are disappointing though. The customer service on the phone was unbeatable and I thank you for that. My problem was with my order. First I was told the amount I was being charged. Then I checked my account and it was 3.50$ more. I’m assuming a card fee? Then also I only have 1 week till my product expires? Pretty bogus if you ask me. I wasn’t aware of either the added cost or expiration date. Not cool. I was going to call and say something but wasn’t sure what good it would do.
