I really appreciate this dispensary. very nice staff and very helpful. their medical supplies are relieable and consistant. Love sunnyside. this place is a 10 in my eyes'.

Best around! Clean, attractive, well-stocked, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. A plus for points and discounts that save me a good chunk of money. Ordering online is easy and pick up is a breeze. Only drawback is the very small parking lot.

This is my local dispensary and I am very pleased with the service I receive everytime I need to go. Dan is very knowledgeable and the whole staff is friendly! If I had one complaint it would be that they removed the cool tip jars that had the drawings. Those were great. I recommend this shop to anyone living in the Wyomissing area!

The pharmacist was very helpful and pleasant. She helped me find what I needed for my chronic pain. The staff were very pleasant as well.

This was my first dispensary and they were incredibly helpful and patient as we navigated all the options and questions I had. Very clean, very professional, and really smooth process for selecting and purchasing.

Being a newbie I was so impressed with with advise I received at Sunnyside, I not only had one super helpful angel (Venessa) she even called over another that could answer specific questions to my condition. This will be my location going forward! Highly recommended ❤️

Absolutely love this place! Easy parking. Felt safe due to area, inside and out of the building! The bright set up makes you feel happy and comfortable! Friendly Staff! It was a little awkward the first visit while waiting for my meds to come from the back and having small talk with the staff. Evin was really great starting a conversation today! I felt like we became friends after my visit lol

Wow! It's very open, clean, bright and very easy to navigate. Someone helps you at a kiosk if you haven't placed an online order. Then you move through a bank teller style line. Each teller then rings and talks you through your purchase. Each new customer gets a 20%off an order when you visit the first time. They carry a lot of Cresco products and that's great, because they are never bad. Hard to find strains, they have them! Easy access from all major roads and very recognizable from road. Parking is close but the lot isn't too big, but the turnaround time in the building is quite quick. The website to order online has its drawbacks but is easy enough to navigate. I'm definitely going to be going back. We pay good money trying to figure out which strains work or not. I've never had a bad product from Cresco, ever. I think once I got a short filled cart but it was once. I treat my meds like meds. I have different strains for some of the more frequent but irritating symptoms. A little goes a long way. They have something for everyone.

Really like the store and the accessories they sell. There is one huge difference in this dispensary compared to the others I have shopped at and that is the employees. In other dispensaries it has consistently looked to me like these employees loved what they did and do everything to make the experience a good one for the customer. Sunnyside Wyomissing does not have that. It isn’t warm and comfortable, that is for sure.

The dispensary staff I was lucky enough to interact with are exceptionally attentive and understanding, taking the time to listen to individual needs and preferences. Their personalized approach ensures that customers receive tailored recommendations and assistance, enhancing the overall shopping experience which surpasses anything you can do from the website without proper knowledge. 2. The staff's impressive knowledge of terpene profiles and their impact on mood sets this dispensary apart. By providing valuable insights into the science behind cannabis, they empower customers to make informed decisions about their purchases and achieve optimal results from their chosen products. Cons: 1. Despite the positive experience, there is room for improvement in communication regarding additional charges for card payments. Customers may feel caught off guard by unexpected ATM fees and forced rounding up of payments, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable visit. (The presence of a tip jar at the checkout counter may inadvertently create pressure to tip, even for minor transactions. While tipping is appreciated, customers should not feel obligated to do so, and a more subtle approach to tipping could enhance the overall experience. 3. While the majority of staff members are attentive and helpful, there were instances of disengagement and rudeness observed upon initial entry. Consistency in customer service standards across all team members would further enhance the reputation of the dispensary. (whether you are the owner or not, anyone supporting your business/ the business you work for deserves to be acknowledged and maybe a simple welcoming gesture.. 4. Lastly, the website is pretty outdated and could use an update/ faster speeds as well as a search area for ALL ITEMS. not each individual subtype. thank you! 😊 I like this dispensary alot and will likely continue to use it. but I feel these issues are minor enough to be easily fixed, but important enough that not mentioning them doesn't feel right.
