Never realized how easy it is to get my mmj delivered from you guys.

I was able to get more dispensaries deals ordering delivery on 4.20 than I would have if I went to each store.

Scheduling an order in advance is such a relief! No more wondering when or if I'm going to be able to make it to the dispensary in time, now they come to ME, when I need! Amazing!!

So I have used Supburb a couple times no problem. Until recently I ordered as usual and my info is automatic just like the other times it has my apt # and upstairs on it . Anyhow the driver came and left because he said he didn t know my apartment number which it does I screen shot it and sent it to him. He literally argued and argued with me till I was so pist off because they DO NOT NEED TO ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER . I don't want any one to lose there job so I won't call him out how ever could you guys make sure how to handle situations . Thank you. Fyi I will make sure I NEVER get that driver again.

I’ve given supurb tons of chances and they have gotten my order wrong multiple times, gotten wrong product and haven’t received free items that I’ve had a coupon for or was promised because they had messed up. Their customer service sucks. They act like your inconveniencing them by expecting your order to be right. When I called the dispensary I was told I should come to the dispensary instead of having it delivered.

Very easy and quick to sign up and place an order, good selection of dispensaries and products. Driver was friendly and there was no delivery fee! Very happy.

First time I ordered delivery, wasn't sure what to expect but was very happy with this service. Good variety, good specials and easy to place an order and got texts to let me know where my order was at and when it was arriving. Even offered no contact delivery since I am high risk. Thank you!

I am so displeased with this service, they upcharged everything outrageously and there was no deal by the end of it i paid full mark price for everything. I will NEVER use this service to order from Territory again. I feel so betrayed and ripped off. especially after being told I was getting b2g1 pricing. don't use this service if you can avoid it.

I had did an online order for delivery with supurb. I purchased th anytime capsule along with other items. Following morning I went to open the bottle up.. the seal was already broken and was missing one capsule.  So I of course try to call the dispensary and there is no way to actually speak with anyone it just provides an email and I  went to their website and sent a couple emails still no response. I also reached out to supurb  to inform them of my situation. Supurb also provided me  the dispensary phone number.  I advise them I already attempted to call and I havent been able to speak to anyone nor  any response via email. All I want is a resolution.  I do not feel safe consuming a tampered bottle.   I feel that this should be a quick fix. I shouldn't have to be stuck between the delivery company and the dispensary.  It's not safe to consume when the seal is broken. I will  not be ordering from this dispensary nor  supurb ever again.
