Used this service for the first time today was thoroughly impressed! No more rushing after work to try and get in the dispensary before closing time.

I ordered at 10 am for a scheduled delivery between 12-2pm... at 2:30 I started hitting up the chat cust. service... took 30 to reply they were "in contact with disp. to find out why this delay"... they NEVER got back to me... all of a sudden the disp. shows as "closed the rest of today... order elsewhere or tomorrow"... WOW... 6 HOURS TOTALLY wasted. no good.

Impressed on how quick it was to sign up and be verified for delivery, many options near me with awesome deals at good prices. Driver was professional and friendly.

They were out of a strain that I ordered. I didn't receive a phone call about it they just went ahead and picked up a half ounce of a completely different strain and when I called I got told well the THC content higher so there's that but that's not what I had wanted this particular strain for. if I would have been at least called and told this I would have cancelled the order instead I got a confirmation that my order was good to go. this is the second time I've had issues with this service unfortunately there won't be a third

if you want something done right do it yourself, don't trust a delivery service that you can't even call to verify if your order is placed correctly. and don't expect their live chat line to get back to you until after your order is delivered. unfortunately I was trying to capitalize on a buy one get two free deal and ended up getting delivered three times the amount and had to fork over the cash or go without my medicine while an extreme pain (not able to leave my house).

Very convenient as a stay at home parent on days when I can't leave the house and make it to a dispensary.

This service is great, really looking forward to card payment option coming back!

I have been using this service for a few months and it has been convenient. Today however the order had take over and hour just to go from being processed to going with the delivery driver. I tried to call Supurb and ask about this and was greeted by a voicemail. Eventually I did get the text and 2 hours after I had ordered the driver Bryan had called and asked for directions. I merely asked where was he was as I had not fully understood what he said and he took and attitude with me and asked if I wanted him to just cancle the order. I could not believe he reacted that way over a question. I will no longer be using this service due to this.

Green Goods is the only location I go to but I hate waiting outside in the heat, it's terrible and the store is so small so getting delivery is a lifesaver! I really appreciate this service and the time is saves me.

never showed up with my meds, litterally waited 6 hours for nothing. when i called the dispensary, no answers other than "they must have a lot of deliveries". super lame

I never have to miss out on my favorite deals anymore since I can schedule my orders ahead of time and get my delivery after work. So easy and convenient!

Placed an order for a 12-2 delivery. It’s now 3:20 and I won’t get my order until between 4:15-4:30. I initiated a chat 40 minutes ago to find out what happened and the agent set himself to AWAY. Thanks for ruining my Saturday. I can’t even cancel the order at this point. I call their phone number and it just rolls to voicemail. BAD BUSINESS
