This store rarely has all product in stock since opening. Better off getting what you want elsewhere.

Initially I loved this store, relatively close to home considering my options. But I’ve found little variety in the strains offered and it’s disappointing, frankly.

Great place with quality flower. Flower is all I do and they are #1 in my book of all I've been to...👍

I love this location. The staff has been very helpful and they have done a good job since opening in getting product and keeping it in stock.

The service is really fast and the staff have a good attitude. But the pre rolls i have been getting from this dispensary are filled with dust. It's really hard to smoke dust air doesn't get in between dust well. It makes it really frustrating to smoke.

Everyone was very nice, had a good selection the day I ordered. They were busy but the pick up line moved quickly. Hope they can keep up on inventory and I'll be back!

I am combining my first 2 visits in one. I didn’t realize that the drive up window was working because the shades were down. So I went inside. Only one person was without a mask, maybe he was repairing something. The 6 foot distancing was very well practiced! Kudos to the customers! The guides didn’t have to remind anyone! Joshua was very friendly. I was called up to pick up, but the order was wrong. No hassle, corrected right away. I had asked about the drive up? Yep it works. They keep the shade down for privacy. Very nice experience, On the way out there were 2 people waiting without masks. Today 2 days later, because there is a very good sale, I decided to use my 20%, 2nd time discount And spend the $250 to get some free distillate thus breaking the bank. 😊 Love the drive up window! For me no other way! Joshua, Macey, and the others in Brooksville are great! Elizabeth and Emily from customer service are great. The have given some very good suggestions when I was ordering. Lastly, I would love to see some videos about how to use the packaging as intended. Vape pen videos, showing how each battery, pen, container is to be used with what. How and why videos. Where to start, when you don’t know exactly where you are.

Brooksville store& love the Location w/A FINE SELECTION RECOMMENDED: Black Jack, Jacky Girl, Original glue and Galactic Glue Flower both buds & I love the Ground Flower (Iove to mix them up) THESE have the Highest THC CONTENT there. I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.

Surterra is an amazing dispensary, and I have been to every one in Hernando County multiple times, so I’ve definitely comparison shopped! The dispensary is large and very inviting. The wait is never long, but it is comfortable due to the big cushy couches and seats. The colors are relaxing and it looks kind of like a coffee house. I love their product display area, and non patients are welcome to come in and wait on the couch and look at the product displays as well, as long as you are with a patient. The staff is always friendly and I’m there so often some greet me by name at the door. Their flower used to suck, but their new premium indoor flower is FIRE! They have many top notch flower strains over 25% THC now. They make awesome oil and vapes and have deals everyday, along with a loyalty program. Definitely stop in if you are gonna be near Downtown Brooksville. BTW: it used to be a bank and they have a drive thru available for online and telephone orders.
