Curaleaf - Bell Rd.

My first visit to Swell on 19th Ave & Bell Rd was my first visit to any dispensary. My friend is a patient and recommended this location to me, it also happened to be less than a mile from my house. when greeted by my budtender he showed me the selection of different medicines they had in stock. I looked at the menu online and had an idea of what I wanted. I asked for 2 oz of 2 different strains. He showed me the display and said they were a little dry from exposing it to air every time someone looked at it. So I took it. He did through in a 8th for a first time offer, he let me get it from the top shelf since I got so much of the mid. Unfortunately when I got home I opened it up and the rugburn oz was extremely dry and pretty harsh. I thought it might have been a fluke. I went back told my budtender what happened and asked for 2g of shatter, BOGO that day. I was hoping they would try to make it right somehow but she just said they should be getting better product soon. When I got home I found pieces of parchment paper in some of the product that I inhaled on accident because I didn't see it.. I tried elsewhere, to see if thats just how dispensary's work, and received some of the best flower of my life, on my first visit. It sucks because I really want Swell to work out because they are so close. :(

Excellent bud, great prices, and a great points/rewards system and referral system. :) Lots of freebies to be had for accumulated points, and even leaving reviews. Friendly and helpful, fast service! Josh helped me at the counter and he was awesome. :)

Ryan and Jodie were awesome. Very knowledgeable on the products and patient and friendly. Will be returning soon!

I walked in as a first timer and the bud tender was super nice and had a ton of patience with me being brand new and educated me a bit.

I visited this location for my first dispensary trip ever and couldn't have been happier. The staff is amazing and was so helpful for my first time and are always so welcoming. They have awesome deals on flower throughout the week and you won't find better deals on prerolls anywhere in town.

Worst decision ever to make medical patients who call in order to pick up wait in line with everyone else. The idea of call ahead is not only to “reserve product” as the counter clerk said. But is to expedite the process of getting in and out! Took me 30 minutes of waiting in line after my order was ready for pick up! Every other dispensary allows you to get in and out!

I loved my experience at Swell. Everyone was great. Through my bud tender, I recommended an app for better updates on their in house strains. We both agreed that would be amazing. Honestly, the customer service was impeccable and I will visit regularly. If you're a patient with an address nearby this location; please visit them! #ShopLocal

under staffed. Express orders have priority over patients in waiting room. you can order and get what you want. but well you wait Inside the product will be gone before you get to the back. no compensation for lack of personal and your time. I came here for a deal and there were 3 ppl waiting 20 minutes later I go back and there out of my product. sweet

They advertise nectar farm 8ths for 40 on Leafly but on their curaleaf site it says 50 when I call they said oh we don’t really use Leafly n they r 56 that is false advertising guys

The bud tenders here are awfully rude and they unhelpful. You would think they’d be nicer trying to sell that brown flower.

I I used to like this place. But it seems like your points disappear and the weed that you've ordered before isn't the same. makes you wonder

the special listed is 20% off from 5-10pm.. I get there and guess what.. it just changed to 7pm today.. such a disappointment when they show one thing and you get there and it's changed.. how hard it is to keep your stuff online up to date?? well, I have to cross this location off of my list.

I was going to be a new patient, came up, signed in, they took my information. I waited over an hour and they never put me in their system to put me in line. They just told me they would do it then and there but at they would put me at the end of the line. I had already waited over an hour in the heat because they have no shading really, the shader doesn’t cover a lot of room, so it’s small and doesn’t cover the costumers there, the shader only covers the employees, because of this they tell you to go wait in the heat at 110*F in my car. I wasted a lot of gas waiting, I wasted my time, and not one of them apologized. They even tried to make me feel guilty by saying that the worker sits out there, but he sits under the shade with the swamp cooler blowing on him, and he gets paid to do it. I don’t get paid to sit at their store in heat. To spend my money, and then because I was a new patient they thought I had never been to a dispensary before (at least that’s how they acted), and they said that there’s lots of paperwork and stuff that they need to do first. Anybody who knows anybody that goes to a dispensary knows that they put you in line while they do your paperwork. They also kept my drivers license and I had to go back and get it. They made me feel embarrassed, and like it was all my fault, I don’t recommend going.

Not up to same standard as other swells. Always slow service and people who don't want to be bothered

service sucks and if u ordered a pick up you might as well just go in because your gonna watch everyone else get served first. it would be one thing if they were cheap prices but they're overpriced with terrible service this is the last time I will go to this place.

your pricing is getting ridiculous every other week u raise your prices now u guys want 60 bucks for nectar farms when u can literally go anywhere in town and get it for 45 or 50. way to screw people out of there money when things are tight. just shows how big companys can give a carp about people it all about the dollar. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere beside there flower sucks anyways.

Alll of the flower is great and so is the house wax! Love it all ,please keep up the quality of the meds! You guys are way better than any other dispensary in North phoenix ,by far !

swell farmacy is in a very great location the customer service people very awesome they help you find the right budgie looking for and they take care of their people I recommend this place to everyone
