Well apparently there was a BOGO deal going on and on Leafly it said no deals. So I paid way more than I needed too. Thanks for that. So the couple items I did have that were BOGO I asked if I could double and I got attitude for a bit. Then I asked how long is the sale and the lady said "I don't know that's up to corporate" and said it with attitude too. She did go back and grab the extra products but apparently had a hard time being organized and efficient. Overall that was the first time there o ever had a problem so I'll count that as a one off. But still. Not cool.

I want to thank Curaleaf Bell Rd for cancelling my order while i was halfway there. Walking btw. No idea why it got canceled but it did. Not impressed AT ALL!!!!!

Sick and tired of this location, it’s not the same anymore. Just a bunch of bot employees/manager keep driving this location down. Fun finding hidden excuses on why you can’t buy the same products you bought before from another Curaleaf here.

The worst customer service . Scroll thru and the comments speak for themselves .STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE . There are lots of friendly trustworthy dispensaries out there . Curaleaf is NOT one of them . Try mint on bell just down the road great deals and honest friendly employees . You won’t regret it.

Not at all a good dispensary.. they don't know what they are talking about when it comes to concentrates.. not even the leads , they come over and make the problem worse.

I placed an online order and waited until it was ready to pick up. I went in and had to wait in line with the walk-ins. You then get to go stand in the back room filled with people. The employees are moving as slow as possible and having long conversations with people. The whole room was full. They would just take whoever made it to the front first and didn't prioritize medical or online. Why would I place an online order just to come in and have to wait in the rec line for 35 minutes. Everything about this place has gone downhill. The area is horrible and the security is inside the second room with no way to see the lobby or parking lot. Honestly horrible customer service and a safety issue. The woman behind me did it online so her car wouldn't get broken into but still had to wait in the rec line. I have a medical condition and asking me to stand in line for 30 minutes is insane. There are no chairs either. All chairs have been removed. Go anywhere else. They don't care about your comfort, time or your safety here. Medical patients.....don't even bother. They treat you like rec and make you wait in a long line of walk-ins. Sad I have been going here since it was SWELL.

the special listed is 20% off from 5-10pm.. I get there and guess what.. it just changed to 7pm today.. such a disappointment when they show one thing and you get there and it's changed.. how hard it is to keep your stuff online up to date?? well, I have to cross this location off of my list.

Put a small sample out of each strain and change it daily (1g). Put the farm name of each strain on leafly, and on the storage container in the shop. Im not buying it unless i know who grew it because there is no regulation on additives in az. Allow your receptionist to have an updated inventory list so if i call and ask what she reccomends for flour today she dosnt say”honestly i have no idea cuz i work in the front”. Like what? I ask if there is anything dank on the shelf and she says honestly i dont know because i work in the front. Thats not her fault, its the fault of whoever is okay with that who pays all you guys!!!! Why the heck would i come in at all now lol.

your pricing is getting ridiculous every other week u raise your prices now u guys want 60 bucks for nectar farms when u can literally go anywhere in town and get it for 45 or 50. way to screw people out of there money when things are tight. just shows how big companys can give a carp about people it all about the dollar. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere beside there flower sucks anyways.

Stopped in yesterday they didn’t have anything I asked for they were very low on product. No flower besides the mid tier and top tier. Bought a mid tier eighth for 40$ which is outrageous due to how low the quality of the weed was. The og lush was a horrible buy and for the price like I think I might never go back!

Came in for one items and budtender convinced me to get the popcorn version due to saving money. This stain is ass, I wasted $47.00

I've been to most of the dispensaries in the Phoenix Glendale area, and this one takes the cake for my personal favorite. The staff is great and even the security guard out front is super friendly. Great service.

morning crew is the best!! there multiple times a week. very disappointed to see you offering rec 15% discount. slap in the face to medical patients. our prices are the same . there isn't a medical price and rec price. just a tax difference. profits are the same . opening this discount will bring in more rec and leave medical patients seeking the easy 20% off elsewhere. Debbie's does 15%, the mint does 20% in the morning. all near bell road or on it

At one point they gave af about us med patients in the rain they are giving priority to pick up bring them to the back and just no priority on people who could be in pain because it’s legit not good weather

every single time i try to get one of their deals whether walk-in, or preorder i end up paying more somehow. half of the jars you buy are short when you weigh them. also they are always “out” of the daily special no matter what time of day you go

They removed my 1 review abt their messed up sales they don't have inventory for. Well I just added another abt it and screen shot it! So I'll keep adding it back! Curaleaf advertises sales they haven't had stock for in 5 wks. Sadly that's in all Curaleaf/Reef locations in the valley. What kind of dispensary is this?

They've gone downhill a lot over the past 1 year. Their deals aren't good anymore. They are a multi-state corporate grow/Dispensary. Their mid tier bud is always powder dry and I'm starting to wonder if my eights are short lately.

Not many people here and I've been sitting waiting for 30 minutes Hire some people for f sake Not returning
