every single time i try to get one of their deals whether walk-in, or preorder i end up paying more somehow. half of the jars you buy are short when you weigh them. also they are always “out” of the daily special no matter what time of day you go

Not at all a good dispensary.. they don't know what they are talking about when it comes to concentrates.. not even the leads , they come over and make the problem worse.

Terrible online service doesnt matter if you wait an hour or two, they won't your order packed. Wait inside is twice the time. Only go here due to the convenience of location

Service is always good here but the flower quality and selection has gone way downhill since the change from Swell. You guys need to have more than one or two strains on your baseline tier, why even advertise the deal if you literally have no good strains to choose from. Even your bud tenders were complaining about it. Your competitors are offering many more strains at this price point.

I have to say it was like pulling teeth to get my bud tender to show me the strains. I won’t mention names but he informed me he wasn’t a kid I’m a old hippie and I mentioned you kids like certain color in strains. I wasn’t meaning any disrespect but just felt you need people who are willing to make patients feel comfortable! Then they will return, prices are fair buds are Mediocre probably won’t return. Btw there was no other patients there so he wasn’t busy had lots of time😞

Keep in mind!! Swell is one of my top 3 store!! They always do me and my people right. Flowers are always 🔥!! So no disrespectful Ness on you Swell. BUT Just wanna say those thc patches are gargabage!!

amazing weed goood taste

got the meds tested. tested positive for mold. CRAZY. never comin back. I only did one star for service because the budtender probably doesn't know what's on the marijuana. And I gave zero search for quality because it had too much mold on it. the atmosphere has to be zero to be able to sell moldy marijuana. the cuvee is the one with mold. I hope this gets fixed

Swell! I come to this location more than any other location because of their great product, and the staff which is probably one of the most knowledgeable staff I have encountered. The waiting room is also extremely comfortable and nice.
