I honestly wish they had one closer to me so I didn't have to drive 45 miles to get the best and cheapest Bud I've found in all of the valley. all of the Bud tenders are helpful very easy to get along with. I 10/10 recommend swell to everyone I know, even to other agents at other dispensaries lol

Not sure what was going on Memorial day weekend. The walk in Rec and Medical patients were being served before the pick up line and the rep outside checked my medical card 3 times before I finally left and cancelled my order. Never had these issues at curaleaf bell, I won't be returning to this location for quite some time. That was unacceptable, I plan my errands before my work day and that put a huge dent in them. Ended up going to HOC Phoenix and they were able to get me in and out. Plus they're vet discount beats curaleaf's current medical discount. Hope yall get it together

I used to enjoy going to this location, however it has gone downhill. The place frequently has long wait times even at times when it has no reason to be. I came in at 5 on a Sunday and saw the lobby had alot of people they said the wait was no more than 15 minutes and I ended up waiting over 30. The flower isn't that bad of quality but the problem is they leave the stems in the flower. One time I purchased an 8th and they left a big stem in the middle. Also don't trust the positive reviews for this place as you get free pre rolls for reviews once a month.

LOVE the team, products & atmosphere. AND caring Security! 👍 Easily a favorite for quality; never seen a popcorn nug from here ⚡ Huge fan of the Booger right now! I keep a journal of all the strains that I love from this place. :-)

This place was awesome just like the other three. Nick was great he was the guy that handle it told me everything I needed to know. GIve you the special they Rock the buy one get one too which was nice I appreciate they treat you like a new customer when you come into the store. Definitely come back here again when I move on this side of town. Swell always delivers.

I loved this place. I love that o n the bottom of each jar was a little card like thing explaining what each was. Great deals too. I will be back.

All the pre packs that I have bought seem to have a huge stem that weights almost a full 1.0 g. Really should stay deli style simply becuz I'm going somewhere that gives the proper amount of flower for what I pay for which should be buds and not stems since I dont use stems as medicine.

Wait times at this place make no sense. Seriously what are you guys doing behind the counter? My transaction took literally 1min. So why am I waiting an HOUR in a line that's only 10 people deep? Do you guys need a break after each customer or what cause I can't wrap my head around how slow you are. Maybe don't get high at work idk

I’m really disappointed in the lack of product that comes in medical grade cartridges. I purchased an Item Nine cart for the first time in a LONG time because I’ve always gotten a cart with a “bubble” that spans the whole top of the cart, making a .5 cart really a .3 cart and it happened again. It makes the product a waste of money and it’s just embarrassing when carts on the street can be filled more. Sad because it’s easier really to just buy syringes and fill a cart instead of wasting your money.

Curaleaf pratices bait and switch advertising. I went to both the Central and Camelback locations for the Baked Bros. advertised BOGO deals of which neither store had any product available. They also couldn't tell me when they would get some more. The Baked Bros. reps were scheduled to be there but they couldn't guarantee they would be there or have any product with them. No rain check offered either. Bottom line: Don't advertise a sale when you don't have the product.

Just sat outside in the heat for over an hour waiting to pick up 2 edibles. I never got a text saying it was my turn but I watched everyone else go in and out. Never got my order. I don't think I'll be returning to this location again. And I guess I'm just going to have to ditch my order 🤷 I doubt they care.
