How did cure leaf get my info? Do you buy confidential patient information from other dispos?? How did i get enrolled for your spam text messages when i havent been to cure leaf???

This place brings the quality and service I've come to expect from the Youngtown Swell location to the central city. I can't wait until the McDowell location opens soon.
Worst Curaleaf location by far! This may as well be a recreational only dispo. There are always so many people there working and somehow medical pre-order patients don’t get helped until ALL of the walk in and pre-order recreation patients are taken care of. They make all of the med patients stand in a separate line in the middle of the store and act like they don’t see you standing there waiting while they help everyone else that walked in after you. Any other Curaleaf location is at least twice as fast at getting you your order. Blows my mind.

I liked this dispensary and it was close to work. The store workers were always helpful but the female guard out front is on some kind of combative power trip. I asked her a question and she tells me to move and park and I can talk then. There is no reason for her to come out to bully customers. She told me to not come back because I asked a question and I let her know that I would not. I can shop anywhere. Just because she does not like herself is no reason not to treat customers professionally and with respect. I can shop anywhere and teach your employees to treat people the way they would like to be treated. You will be rewarded with a return customer.

Budtender gave me a different strain from what i had asked for. Get home, weigh it. Short! It is short just by points but it adds up when its always off. ROOKIES!

The mid tier and base line are basically dried dust balls. I went up and got the top tier and to my surprise better but very over priced. The wait times are even worse now. That’s with an online order. The staff has be become a customer service joke.
Customer service was terrible and the manager did nothing but side with the employee who in fact was incorrect on her end and told me the order on Leafly was wrong and the totals were wrong. Those aren’t the real prices. As I explained to her that it didn’t make sense how 1 gram was $34. She had an attitude the entire time. I simply asked her a question regarding the total she walks off huffs and puffs as if I was wrong for questioning what I was paying for. A fuck up on there end and didn’t even offer a Apology a complimentary item! This is the worst dispensary I’ve been to from Curaleaf and I’ve been to them all. Tamyra is the worst bud tender and doesn’t like her job and needs to get out the industry. This is a place you come to calm and relax for healing.

THE Bud tender went about and beyond to find the oldest gram he had ??? When i asked about special he said there was no special??? They didn't have 10 $ grams. And seemed upset that i wanted to get the special that was advertised HERE wnen he seen i was going to get a good deal he went to find the oldest nuggets he had... You should not advertised special if you are going to get mad when we ask about them !!!!

the employees are what make the experience and location alright for me. its a distance for me to drive, but i continue to go there because the staff are all wonderful and informative

A Tale of Two Dispensaries
I decided to test the newly legalized market in Phoenix. After being a customer in all the legal western states, I thought comparing states might be interesting however, the comparison is about two dispensaries – Urban and Curaleaf.
I first went online and placed an order with Curaleaf in the middle of the night only to discover in the morning the order had been canceled. Okay, maybe they ran out of the product by the time they got to my order. But they at least could have told me why it was canceled. Not to be deterred, I placed another order. When I arrived at the store I learned there was about a 2 hour wait. When a budtender came out I asked if there was a pickup line. He curtly said no. When I suggested having one like they do in Colorado he said he didn’t care, “that’s Colorado”. To which I responded, (That’s f’d up man.) With that said he went to the guard and had me kicked off the property.
Next I called Urban and asked if they had a separate line for online orders. They said yes. First I thought, this is great, I could never get an answer or a way to leave a message at Curaleaf. When I got to Urban I found I had messed up the order. However, unlike Curaleaf, the budtender at the door was very helpful in getting my order placed and letting me know when it was ready. This took about 10 minutes, but if I had done it right in the first place I would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Urban is very efficient, helpful and accommodating. They know what customer service should be.
To summarize, GO TO URBAN if you want to feel respected and appreciated as a valued customer and they will answer the phone. If you want long lines, rude budtenders, and no respect, go to that other place.

Rude bud tenders, really bad quality flower, and nothing in stock that was on their Leafly menu. Drove 20 minutes to check out a new spot and didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I went for then when offered their top tier stuff that was waaaay overpriced it looked like what most dispensaries sell as popcorn nugs for about half the price and not usually mostly stems like curaleaf offers. Get it together!!
I usually won't post a bad review but if a customer calls and asks if something is on the menu and literally you walk in 1 minute later and they don't have it got me irritated. THEN the bartender wanted to argue and say sometimes people come in and buy it. I literally was in parking lot and went in right after I hung up. Sharpen up your customer service skills especially to a patient that shops curaleaf all the time

Just horrible customer service when it comes to discounts or freebies. they give deals on crappy weed because its crappy but really dont discount topshelf. I remember the swell days when things were about customer service. I came in for my birthday and they used to give a free gram of your choice, now it's a gram preroll but since they were out they were gonna give me a half gram preroll. I walked out when my budtender told me unfortunately that's all nick the manager could do. just not cool. pretty good way to say happy birthday.

a fair selection but I find them to be overpriced. Absolutely did not appreciate having my personal information acquired by curaleaf and then used to spam text me. WT# happened to HIPAA regulations? I'm shopping elsewhere specifically because of the abuse of my personal and private information. The website is annoying. Do you really need to be showing a cutesy fly over map of North America down to Phoenix and onto Camelback every time I look at a different product on your menu?

If I could give this place no stars I would. Security guy is a pig & instead of doing his job he spends his shift hitting on the women & to top it off because in all honesty idgaf about those things but if customers have questions and concerns I would expect security to be prompt oh no not this guy! The front desk personnel is RUDE RUDE RUDE, the cashiers suck and there service is just so disappointing all around! This dispo is literally a mile from my place and I refuse to come here unless it’s a last resort I’ve been here a total of 3 times and all times have had a terrible experience I don’t recommend this spot I go out of my way to travel to JARS just because of the atmosphere and customer service. Only person I can say in this facility that has any clue how to approach and deal with customers is the manager IVAN I would give him 5 stars for the manner he spoke to me in and attended me when bringing up my dissatisfying experience here!

Never coming back because sorry ain't good enough! I placed an online order for some type of express service only to get there and grateful dead at the door is letting all the walk in people go first! I speak to the manager and all he had to say was sorry, I will talk to the employee...I know what that means, absolutely nothing! Which is why when you do that type of ignorant stuff, compensation is in order! I am a medical patient and standing in one spot is hard and painful. So standing in line watching people go before me who walked in after is infuriating. The blessing is I wasn't completely out of meds or I might have lost my composure...it's a side effect of my condition that I treat with thc...and yall had me waiting.
I wouldn't recommend yall to a slug!

Second time I've ordered online only to be informed that my order cannot be fulfilled and was canceled. That's horrible. Should try reaching out to inform people so they don't need to wait for an email that you didn't update your website quick enough.
Really poor guest service and nobody cares to make up for it. Should also just erase items from availability once they are down to final 2 in stock to avoid this issue. I'm sure you guys can figure out a way not to mess this up again. If this happens again I will never order or recommend curaleaf to anyone.

This location just recently switched over to deli-style service of their flower and the most recent 1/8th I bought was fat! Love that they also constantly have Timeless Vapes on the menu!
