Five stars all around! I can't praise Takoma Wellness enough for the excellent care that they provide. This is a family-run establishment, and the love and care shines through every time I visit. The staff are knowledgeable, and I thoroughly enjoy chatting with Paula, Darryl, David, Josh, and all the other staff. Their recommendations have always been spot-on. I feel good about supporting this neighborhood business, they are truly here to serve the community.

A fantastic family-owned dispensary, they make you feel like part of the family here. A great staff and selection make your shopping experience pleasant and personal.

Abatin Classic Purp The distinct smell of purple is distinct. The heavy lavender like aroma is relaxing on its own. Classic purp quickly hits like a warm blanket. After a few hits the high Thc helps alleviate mental stress. I enjoyed the night on the balcony with this strain. Wasn’t strong enough of an indica to put you to sleep. Just to have you physically relaxed and sitting with a permanent smile.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't have a MEDICAL card, you gon' be assed out. At every dispensary in the DMV. Learned the hard way. 1. I love that the intake people knows my name. Even if it's because I just gave them my ID, they make it feel like they know me personally. 2. I love the vibe of the atmosphere. It's a small center (by Cali standards), comfortable, and family-oriented. 3. I love the fact that I feel welcomed by all staff -- from the check in to the person bringing out my order. My favorite strain from this location right now is Black Russian. OMG. And Panama Red. Do come here and OFTEN. You will not regret it. Note that the parking is tricky and you should prolly be prepared to NOT park at the liquor store.

As a 20 year old with a medical card, I usually get disapproving looks from bud-tenders when ordering. At TWC though, I felt like I was given respect and the workers/ security were extremely professional. When walking in you have to give your medical card as well as ID to security, they are extremely quick and you’ll be looking at their options in minutes. From edibles to cartridges to flower, everything at TWC is the highest of quality. I will continue to be a regular at this dispensary.

This is how you run a medical dispensary folks. Period. The buck stops here. These people have all such a level of professionalism and they way they run it shows you will be amazed. From where we are from going here is a game changer. Takoma only stocks quality products, staff themselves with the utmost professional staff from parking attendants that get you in and out safely (much needed the place is super super busy at times). To the check in staff and security team. And the flower is simply a cut above anything else you will find. The cultivators they use are all master producers and the flower they produce represents the best flower available in today's legal markets I truly believe. And I am a you know what when it comes to being able to please with flower/cannabis nothing makes me happy in these markets anymore. I dealt with Christian, who was simply awesome, as my associate and Sean on checkout for securing what I purchased and making sure it was all accounted for. I will get to how important this part of the transaction is in a moment. The 2nd time it was Kisha I dealt with who was also excellent and professional and Sean on checkout order verify again! He is sooo good and professional at what he does you will be amazed and it's so nice to see Takoma employ's professionals like this here and it is very reassuring you are dealing with the best of the best in the business for sure! But you really need good checkout people like they employee here as it can and will be very overwhelming and exhilarating when you first go inside and start adding stuff to your order. Sean is incredible at what he does. Once inside and ordering you will sometimes lose track on what you bought and adding to your cart as they offer prepacks jars/bags of grams, 1/8's, 1/4's, halfs, and ounces usually of a lot of their strains! No more crushed over processed crammed in jars/bags buds. Not here!! And they are very articulate and accurate on how they fill it for you and making sure it is correct. This is sooo crucial. Let me tell you the times I have been there I have been in awe every single time by what they offer and how they treat you. Listen to the budtenders/associates they will recommend new arrivals, amazing drops of cultivars, specials and sale items plus you can view most of the buds up close right there. District cannabis, Altsol especially, Columbia care and Center City cult. are all some of the best bud you will ever purchase / consume!! Takoma Wellness center rules period!

Tazz cleaned the display windows so well on my first visit that I couldn't even see them... almost put my hand thru the glass when I tried to pick up a grinder😂🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

This is one of my favorite places to get my medicine. They are always very kind and helpful and they have a great selection of oils and tinctures. I was hesitant about the experience at first, but the initial visit and intake went smoothly and quick. I would definitely recommend Takoma Wellness Center to another medical cannabis patients.

I am a woman that suffers from Senile Osteoporosis, Chronic Pancreatitis, Diabetes, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and other issues. I got my number five weeks ago and visited two other dispensaries. While they were professional, no one can beat the vibe at Takoma Wellness! Right from the moment you walk in, you are greeted like an old friend. Smiles are genuine and the warmth is obvious, between the collection/artwork of colorful chamsas and the patients reading educational materials, there is famiIial environment. There is barely a wait, and if there is, there's coffee or tea as well a restroom available. They have thought about your comfort! The Customer Specialists are eager to help and are full of knowledge about medical marijuana. I have always felt respected and can say that they are so patient with me. I am thankful to all of Takoma Wellness for the positivity & the help provided when I visit! To the Kahn family: thank you for this huge mitzvah!!

The folks here are so nice! Everyone is willing to help and in a great mood;) The selection and quality is off the charts. Take a good long look at the menu before you go in. When you go in for the first time, it’s overwhelming. Thank you guys! Keep up the awesome work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was very nice. But after getting home and trying my products they have a very wet and moldy flavor and I am not sure they're are even any good. And it wasn't just one of my products that taste this way either. I don't think I would shop here again or recommend the products.

I’m from NJ and was staying in DC on vacation and went here while on vacation and I would highly recommend. Customer service was excellent, better than anywhere I’ve ever been and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Cannot emphasize how good the customer service was, as soon as I walked through the doors literally everyone greeted me, 10/10 experience

Visiting from out of state and needed pain relief. Stephanie and her staff was just delightful. The three step process was smooth moving. Huge variety to meet any needs.
