Terrasana - Columbus

The staff is super friendly. I'd rate them 5 stars on that alone. Even the security guys are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable while you wait. What drags them down to 3 stars is that the place is a revolving door of budtenders, none of whom seem to be very knowledgeable with the exception of Olivia. Sure, they use cannabis, and may have some basic knowledge on strain info, but no one but Olivia can seem to apply any of their "training" into real life advice when helping me select the best cannabis products. I've been to a dispensary in Michigan few times and the budtenders' knowledge far surpassed what you'll get from anyone but Olivia at Terrasana. That's pretty scary, considering how astronomically expensive their subpar to average quality bud is. Speaking of, I'm getting fed up with buying dried out flower so crusty it practically disintegrates when I touch it. This is regardless of brand, strain, etc. Idk where this prob originates, but this dispensary is the one common denominator.

The is the first review that I have written in over 10 years. This place has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. They deliberately lied to me about my order being ready, and then cancelled it when I complained. I just got the sense that they aren't good people. You'd be foolish to choose this place over a nearby competitor.

**Veteran Discount** :D Great quality and good variety for a store in a new medical market. Excellent staff - helpful/knowledgeable when you have questions, or quick service when you know what you want. Looking forward to availability of concentrates/edibles, and lower prices (hopefully) in the future. Worth the drive from Dayton area until local Terrasana opens.

Love this place even tho their prices are higher compared to new places that have opened up. Would love to continue doing business here but ANSWER THE PHONES I’ve called 2x been on hold waiting outside.

I've seen higher quality in other states but for Ohio Terrasana is the best I have came across. The prices for flower were the cheapest in the state as far as I Know.

Clean building, very nice staff, cool tunes playin while you wait (You will need to invest about 2 hours for a first visit), high prices, quality flower - but only about 8-10 strains of which I am sure will grow. All in all, this is a great first dispensary for Columbus. Great job Terrasana!

Wonderful experience! everyone was friendly. I arrived at 10 am there was a line. took about 20 minutes to be able to go inside. once inside I was checked into the system for the first time. They had to input all of the information manually. once they had me in the system it was about a 15 minute wait u till my bud tender called for me. he was super knowledgeable happy ho help me. he didn't hurry me along so that I felt rushed. however he also didn't take forever so those waiting were served fast. the prices are still high, however supply and demand I'm sure are a factor.

Great spot. First time visit I had to wait about an hour to get set up in their system, plus there was a long line because it is the only dispensary open within 50 miles. Overall the staff was great, knowledgeable, menu online was up to date, product is wonderful and not too pricey. I will be back.

This is the only medical marijuana dispensary I’ve been to so I don’t have any others to compare it to. However, wait times haven’t been bad at all these days the last half a dozen times I’ve been there (1-2 times per month). I like how they have each of their different locations’ menus easily accessible on their website & also scrolling through on the big screen in their waiting room. The dispensary employees are always helpful in recommending a specific strain that’s on their menu that day if you tell them what diagnosis and/or symptoms you’re looking for relief from. Also, this is currently the only medical marijuana dispensary company open so far in Columbus that isn’t just cash only. Unlike the other company that recently opened a dispensary here, this one partners with an app called Hypur which connects to your checking account. So you basically can use that app to pay by e-check. No option of bouncing a “check” though when checking out this way as the app connects enough with your account to where it shows your current available balance. Bottom line, everything is convenient here & makes the experience very good.

Very safe,very professional, very knowledgeable. Call ahead is no hassle I’ve waited 5 minutes I’ve waited 20 minutes on the phone. NOT a big deal! Following necessary guidelines required by the gov’t during 2020.
