Terrasana - Columbus

Normally this dispensary is on top of it but the phone in order system is terrible. I have been waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour. It would be great if you could just have an online order form on the website or that you could email to your patients.

My first few visits went great but the time per visit grows each time, staff seems put out, only thing good is the products at this point. Be prepared to waste time. Also not willing to help with order issues.

The online ordering is great and the service when I arrived was fabulous I did get a bad batch of gummies though

A Little hidden from other buildings coming of the highway. Once in side was absolutely incredible. Hardly no wait at all. Found two delicious strains today, that could possibly be my favorite but to soon to say. Thanks again. See ya soon

The menu could improve. Bluedream sells quickly. one was stemy. I believe the best way to do it is place an order online. They text or call. I can't remember & then you go pick it up. I've not been to any other dispensaries, however I feel as though the prices seem a tad high. I like the fact that they do have 15% and 20% off at times. That helps a person on a budget.

They gave the me two wrong Items on one order. And when I went to my car and seen that I went back in to tell them. So they can fix it. But she was rude and was saying I was lying. Why would I lye there wasn’t a price difference or anything just wanted my right Medication. I didn’t get rude back to her at all was just trying to get it fixed. Instead of her fixing it she rudely kick me out and Said couldn’t come back.

Was told to pre order so that I can get what I want, seeing as how they are always sold out of half the store. So I did my pre order and guess what? I show up and am told oh sorry we don't have any more of that. Are you joking? All I get is sorry bud, no nothing. Staff could care less, just sell what we got and shut up, so what we don't have what u want, deal with it. Bunch of morons just concerned with the almighty dollar. I would recommend to nobody.

Very discriminating they treat the workers like drones they are very rude to there own security guards new employees are not welcome here they are very condescending and you can be black and work here but you better be willing to be belittled and rudely addressed about anything and the will fire you on the spot to publicly humiliate you

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I purchased a AYR WELLNESS | REVEL Sapphire Sky | Temple Ball at Terrasana - Columbus I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS!!! The product image shows a golden ball. What you will actually receive looks like a wad of chewing gum. It can be cut up, but it shouldn't go in a dab rig, and honestly it tastes terrible, too. I took it back and complained and was told "it should be like a hash". It's not. It's like a wad of chewing gum. I am beyond pissed and will never buy something like this again.
