The Apothecarium - Burtonsville

Mike was very accommodating as there was a line, but he allowed me to add to my preorder, which is not usually allowed when it gets busy, so I was very appreciative. They have some of the nicest products I've seen from local dispensaries. All of them have been good, but this dispensary tends to have items you don't see in others.

$33 skunk really uplifted me! They always have $5 bowls.

This is one of the worst dispensaries I have been to. It’s just boring. It feels like going to the dentist, not to mention the absolutely absurd wait times. Why does a patient who ordered ahead online and got confirmation hours before have to wait in queue behind full service patients? Have a dedicated to-go option ffs. The system is awful. It would be fine if the queue was quick but 25 MINUTES for only 2 of 6 people in queue to be helped? All the while the man at the desk is just sitting there with zero intent on helping patients get their medicine and get out. Yes there is a need for budtenders who listen and care and want to help, but there is also a large audience that just wants to get their medicine and get on with their day without sitting in a waiting room for an hour.

I love this dispensary. They have the best deals.

I didn’t enjoy my visit waited a long time the security is not friendly not the same vibe as before will have to look for a friendly atmosphere since they sold not good customer service condescending

Herbiculture came recommended from a friend, and I gave it a shot today: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I stated my favorite terpene and asked for a strain with a terpene profile that's more *indica"; I also stated a few words to characterize the high I look for plus my medical concerns. In a short moment the representative provided me with two options based off of my needs and his experience (obviously there were more options, but he knew and enjoyed these batches). It's a relief to know the rep knows their own stuff. I have a high tolerance to everything, and I still felt the high exactly as he described it. I bought two ounces (for an amazing deal) of this strain I had never heard of because I knew I would get an honest answer when discussing my options with the staff. Those who weren't selling product or working the desk were welcoming and informing customers. All of whom were very friendly. I was also fortunate enough to arrive when free t-shirts and other worn items as well as desserts were being provided in the waiting room.

One of my husband and I’s favorite dispensaries when in the area and we enjoy every visit. Eric gives amazing recommendations, although all budtenders are just as awesome and friendly. They have pretty good deals. We receive the weekly email and plan our purchases accordingly. They have pretty cool giveaways too and their prizes are not some cheap stuff either. We won something and we were so happy with everything we won. Usually places give away their leftovers but seriously, our stuff was top notch. Thanks Herbiculture. Keep it up!!!
