The Botanist - Danbury (Med)

The ppl are great and all the variety are wonderful, but I think the freshness of the dry herb is lost somewhere. The bud is a bit dry some are not to bad. With lower donation prices I think the herb will sell quicker and wont have it just sitting there drying up. Also maybe labeling the strains actual name could draw more attention. I love what you all are doing. I know how hard the state regulations are, and I thank ya'll for sticking with it and helping us patients get our medicine thanks again see ya soon!

Great service and friendly atmosphere but seeming to be the highest priced of all the Ct dispensaries and not just by a small amount either.

Great products, fabulously educated people and a beautiful location! They are also very receptive to their client's needs. Very accommodating in their hours and they keep us informed about all of the latest and greatest products when they get them in.

great atmosphere and friendly staff. the bad is in the bud, how could you grind up flower before hand? weed porn is the number one seller. whole beautiful buds will always attract and last longer.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, organization and warm feeling at CCC. The staff are friendly and remember you by name. As for the quality of the Cannabis... I was extremely dissatisfied. The harvest dates on the labels are false, the flower is as dry and hard as grains of sand. All of the product is ground, which I don't have a problem with other then you can not identify the health when it's ground like that. The THC and CBD percentages are also false on the labels. I have received 15% and above in THC levels and I have had no improvement in my PTSD symptoms and in some cases have made my nightmares worse and caused me more anxiety. I have NEVER had this issue with cannabis in my life and I have been using cannabis for my PTSD for over four years. The prices are twice as high as they should and the quality is absolutely ATROCIOUS!! I will be looking into the other dispensaries in Connecticut and other states because at this point I will not be returning back to CCC.

I was nervous the first time that I walked into the Compassionate Care Center of Connecticut. Upon entering, I felt that my jitters would be exascerbated as I saw a crew of people just like me. Confirming that perhaps, Cannabis was an escape and not a medical alternative. Thankfully, I was proved wrong. Medical Marijuana has changed my life, it has not become my life. It has helped with debilitating PTSD to have a fulfilling life. As I saw the waiting room, people from all walks of life also to had found peace through the natural blessings of Cannabis. If you're from Connecticut, and are on the verge of seeing in Medical Marijuana is right for you, this dispensary truly has it all. From your first visit, to the quick stops to pick up supplies, you'll always be greeted with a smile. The caregivers are patient, knowledgeable, and all possess a cosmic sense of humor. NOTE: Be sure to allot yourself enough time to visit the dispensary. The waiting room can get busy, especially if there is a delivery. Therefore, it is best to give 20-30 minute margin or error.

I've only had my card for a year and this was the closest dispensary. Started out great...friendly staff...great variety Now 12 months later the staff seems rushed and unhappy and the couple of strains that have worked for me as vape cartridges they don't carry anymore...after looking over the menu it appears they favor 2 growers over the others. I asked and got a special order once (the quantity I didn't buy sold quickly) but was told by a smirky staff person they couldn't do that anymore...go figure. I think that the owner is out to grab as much money as she can before recreational weed becomes legal in CT. Also, they used to price match but shut that down for 'loyalty points' or $10 for every $1000 you spend...sweet deal, eh? Already filled out my 'change dispensary' form and can hardly wait to say goodbye to CCC. Oh, the weed is so freakin' dry, too. Go someplace else, and 9 new dispensaries will be opening up in 2019.

I am patient for many years and I have always been impressed by the quality and freshness of their products and capassionate experts are there to answer every question you.

Every time I go to The Botanist I feel so welcome and happy. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. This last time we worked with a young gal named Rheaona who just couldn’t be more helpful! Other than them being out of stock a lot I have no complaints. The Botanist really is a great asset to Danbury ☺️

Was far from my local dispensary, called to send my credentials over so I didn't have to wait to get service. Waited 20 mins to be called only for the dude to nonchalantly say i had to wait another 10 mins. Left after that.

Store is bright and clean and all the employees kind and friendly. Never a bad experience.

Nice atmosphere, clean and some nice glass displays. The place was fairly crowded (Friday) My order was ready on time, about 4 hours after placing it online, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions so that I could understand easily! I recommend this place.

Loved the store and location in terms of highway. Only downside I’ve had at this location is the right turn only sign on the way out!

When they first moved from Bethel to Danbury I wrote a good review but since then things have changed. For the most part the staff are always friendly but prices have gone up and there are limited products available. What really bothers me is they have 1 gram of flower for sale. Why? Is this for when they have recreational available so someone can come off the street with a handful of singles to buy 1 gram. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. As for meds...way over priced, sold by gram! The meds are also pre ground and almost no pollen left. I pay 300 for an ounce on the street for buds, which looks like it is going to be the only way I can afford to medicate. I do not want meds preground! The prices are outrageous. Leave it to the state of CT to charge taxes for meds!
