I am very glad that I picked this dispensary, the people are so caring and have a strong commitment to bringing their patients the best product for their specific needs. They also try very hard to keep donations reasonable and offer an excellent array of choices for medical cannabis and some accessories too. Friendly compassionate people in a comfortable, safe atmosphere make this a very pleasant visit, and the products are of the best quality and very specifically therapeutic for your condition(s) which the staff offer expert, pharmacist advice upon free for every patient. If you are new to using the medication or a regular patient, they do their best to make you comfortable and feeling safe, well treated, and best of all, with affordable, reliable symptom relief from a consistent high quality product array.

I moved here from the south where everything is 20 yrs behind and obtained a temporary card. Being new to all of this I had no clue what to expect. I have since quit taking pharmaceuticals for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and PTSD. Herb is a wonder drug for sure. No wonder it has been illegal for so long. Everyday we get closer to legalization on a federal level. What’s my insurance pays for the medicine, that will be the day. Good job.

I have been going to this place since Feb. 2015. Nothing but professional. Ask a question and you will be more than informed. The sales they have are pretty decent too. This month I decided to purchase 28 grams. When I got there they suggested ( with no pressure) that if I mixed and matched from different growers they would take $60 off! Now I have a variety to choose from with different stains and strengths for different times of the day - instead of being confined to one specific medication. Thank you Thames Valley Alternative Relief! I am relieved! I love the future!

very happy with my expierence. Very comfortable atmosphere and educated staff. Consultation was very specific to my needs and the two products I have tried so far are very helpful relieving my symptoms. So glad I picked them as my dispensary.

There was a gentleman speaking very loudly about politics. Some patients, myself included, asked him to stop. The staff quickly came out and asked him to wait outside. It made my trip so much easier.

Definitely the most Friendly, Helpful Staff, EVER!!!

I watched the staff be rude and unhelpful. Calling a patient "special" because she needed help. Allowing her to sit in the waiting area crying then denied her care. She's been a loyal customer for years and left crying. I would NOT ever shop here or allow anyone I care about to be seen here. The staff was discussing the patient in ear range of customers and just awful. I would bet the other reviews are employees and friends. Worst dispensary I've ever seen.

10/10 would recommend! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff, and the attached smoke shop is incredibly convenient. Never had an issue with the products here.

The staff is very welcoming and always asks how I am doing and asks about my day. They provide helpful knowledge and guidance on which products will help with my symptoms most. I have been coming to this dispensary since 2018 and I have had no issues. Keep up the amazing work! -Hannah C.

The botanist montville is literally the BEST! The staff is knowledgeable and super kind and helpful. And if one person doesn’t have an answer to a question, they make sure to find someone who does have an answer. Been going 3 years now and NO COMPLAINTS!!
