I have been going to the botanist montville for 5 years now! I really enjoy going there for my medicine! The kind and pleasant staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable! I always have a lot of questions, and they fail to answer them with the utmost patience! Love this dyspensary and the great staff

They are always willing to help you. Their courtesy and manners are exceptional. I like how you can ask the same question after a while they still respond to you very excellent. They go above and beyond. All of them are super nice.

Wish they had some old school hash. The rest of the products are fantastic. Wish they had Lumen in flower form too love the place

I've been a patient for a few years now and I could see myself going anywhere else. The staff alone makes it worth it. Everyone is friendly and have worked very hard to keep wait times down for us patients. To name a few of the amazing people there, Hilary, Olga, Paula, and tall and super friendly guy who hurt their hand pretty bad but still kept a smile.

All the employees are so respectful and kind. I feel super comfortable coming here, everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help if you have a question or need an opinion. I definitely don’t feel like just another patient here, which is impressive considering the amount of people they see. They recently started carrying more variety of products, and almost every time I go in they have what I need. They have a great loyalty program, in addition to sales several times a year. They recently redid the decor in the building, and it’s always impeccably clean in the building. I definitely recommend the botanist if you are looking for a new dispensary!
