Went in as a first time patient on a day when they were super busy.. I was still treated like I was the only patient there! Wonderful experience! The one on one time was just what I needed. As a bit of an inexperienced smoker, I wasn't too sure what to try. I just knew what I wanted taken care of within my body. I followed the budtenders suggestions and went home with products that actually helped my symptoms... something I hadn't yet experienced with other shops. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be back! Thank you Clinic Nevada! You are shinning brighter than the rest!

I took advantage of The Lab concentrate sale for $30/g and tried some Mother's Milk shatter and omg it looked good, smelled good, smoked good and had a nice buzz. I wanted to get more, but The Clinic was out of stock. I had to re-up at the Apothecarium, at a higher price point, to enjoy the strain again. I am LOVING The Lab concentrates and that most of it is made from nugs instead of trim; price point is always great. People are friendly and remember returning patients. Love coming in!

24 hours, great out-the-door prices for locals and tourists. I always recommend this place over others for the customers as a Lyft driver. I will always recommend one budtender in particular (Jennifer). Every time I wait for my riders after they see her I always get bigger tips for recommending this place and for that budtender.

waiting room has cooking with cannabis shows on which is awesome. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about products and suggestions. The fact that is around the corner from me is just the bonus.

Never coming here again. Had to come back here twice after my first order because they left items out the very first time I came in. On the second visit they screwed up AGAIN and completely got my order wrong (I even ordered ahead on the order kiosk in the store to ensure nobody would screw it up) but clearly whoever puts orders together is severely illiterate or just too high to do anything right. 3 items in the second order were completely screwed up. The girl checking me out wouldn’t even go over the items in the order even though I kept asking about what I had. When I finally left that’s when I realized two items were left out of my order, and they put an eighth in there that I DID NOT order. I was charged $55 for this overpriced flower. I called and spoke with an absolute moronic “manager” Jamie a.k.a. James who said that they can’t legally take back the flower. Because of this he recommended just using the flower since they can’t take it back, and then come back to the store that same day for a refund since I was overcharged for product I did not want at all. I come back to the store for the THIRD TIME and Jamie completely walks back on what we discussed over the phone. He was incredibly rude during my visit and refused to help me at all. At the end of our discussion and after going back-and-forth for about 30 minutes, he finally said he will “make it right” by giving me a free Nordic goddess body balm. However, the balm that he gave to me already expired. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better dispensaries literally anywhere else in Vegas with much better service provided by people who actually know what they’re doing. Also the products I did receive were sub-par at best. Definitely not worth it. These people don’t even know about terpenes or medical benefits of certain strains which is frustrating as a medical patient. These people are truly incompetent, I seemed to know more about the strains than the actual bud tenders. The products seem to have a chemical taste to them as well.

Been here a few times, exceptional service almost every time expect this last time, Mike was my bud tender , him ringing my order in twice was only the tip of the ice burg, him not knowing what some of the strains were crossed with, taking 5 mins to google it, something I could've done myself, but then having me wait 20 mins to fix what he messed up sucked really bad, but he suggested I leave a review which is why I'm doing so, hopefully it'll be better next time
