This plac is awesome great flower all the time employees always greet you when going to pick your script and I mean all of them greet you with a friendly hello and always say good bye very friendly place. Check it out you won’t be disappointed!!!

Been here handful of times no bad experience until today. Bought a half oz and the flower is supposed to be top tier. It's cured horribly and tastes nasty. Not even worth smoking for "top shelf". Customer service is always great but may only get concentrates from now on here
Online order always makes things go super quick. I asked for some information printed for an older relative on a new product and they gladly helped me out.

I'm glad that they opened an East side location because downtown dispensary is my favorite. They have really good flower and the staff is always nice.

Do not buy the MedLava Hybrid Blend Cartridge 300mg/
$35 First timer here bought 5x, the cartridges are poor quality. Avoid.
Customer Service is GREAT! Was offered exchange on cartridges but declined due to that would merely continue having problem.

Definition of a low life east side dispensary. Bunch of immature and unorganized tweakers that work there and that’s the type of customers they bring in too! Leave it to saints and d2 to keep it grimy. 100% will mess up your order

My wife and I stopped by on the random and purchased some pre rolls, vape cartridges and edibles. Vape Cartridge is solid, the edibles were good too, however, the pre rolls are an entirely different story. We spent 10 bucks for 1 gram pre rolls and today when I pull 1 out of the pre roll cylinder it's not weighing correctly. The pre roll is under a gram, it even looks like someone opened it up and pinched some out and re tightened it because it looks different from the other pre rolls. This is very disappointing to spend the money we did and get jipped on the correct quantity we're suppose to receive. Sadly this will probably be our first and last time using this facility.

Friendly staff and a great selection! I always receive services in a timely manner and any questions I may have are answered to the best of the staff's abilities. Their products are high quality, and I'm always excited to see what's new.
I won’t go anywhere else for flower. They have the best. Staff is always awesome

On Wednesday May 27 around 12:15 PM, my girlfriend and I had the worst customer experience at D2. We both went in with our face masks and had our patient ID’s at the ready. They quickly checked my girlfriend in and I stepped aside because I was looking over their menu. I tried looking at the online menu on my phone, but I had poor reception. Moments later one of their employees aggressively waved me over to the front desk. In a less than professional tone he asked me what I was doing and why. I explained to him that I was looking over their menu options and needed just a little more time. He abruptly interrupted and exclaimed that if I wasn’t getting anything he was going to kick me and my girlfriend out. I had done nothing to provoke such animosity. I immediately decided to step out and wait in the parking lot for my girlfriend to finish her order. I was not going to settle or let him pressure me into making a purchase. About ten minutes later my girlfriend comes out just as irritated as I was . I asked her what happed. Apparently shortly after I left, their security guard came into the lobby and started to question my girlfriend. They asked to see her patient ID but the front receptionist had already taken it. They later said that her patient ID was invalid. Her patient ID is good for TWO years! Turns out they just needed to update her card in their system. After her interrogation was over she was able to make her purchase and get out. Even after they verified her card the employee who questioned me continued to intimidate her and aggressively watch her until she left the lobby. My girlfriend and I aren’t regulars at D2 but we do have valid patient cards and have generally had great experiences in the past. I’ve seen their employees do great work and give great recommendations.
Never have I seen or experienced an employee yelling and threatening someone.
Lately both Downtown and D2 have fallen short in both quality in product and quality in customer service. My purchases from Downtown/D2 have been regrettable. They don’t rotate their edibles and their flower lately is mid tier at best. We are in the midst of a pandemic and they’re taking advantage because they have a product many of us want/need. Where is the humanity in that? I’ve stood in line at other dispensaries and shared my experiences of Downtown and many other patients are having issues with Downtown/D2 as well. We understand this crisis is hard on businesses but when you stop offering any deals and only offer a handful of low quality options, while other dispensaries such as Prime Leaf are able to keep a full variety of stock, it’s time to rethink your business.
Every year our local dispensaries compete for top dispensary in Tucson/AZ...Downtown does not deserve to be a contestant. You guys have fallen so hard and have a lot of work to do. I would rather wait twenty minutes in the sun at Prime Leaf than wait in the lobby at D2 only to be discriminated against and yelled at. Wake up Downtown. If you won’t hold yourselves accountable, we will.
I love this dispensary the staff is ALWAYS superfriendly and helpful.I would recommend it!

Stay away. I called ahead to make sure they would honor a coupon I got from them even though they had a special going. I was perfectly clear with my words and asked if there would be a price change or would the price of the concentrates go up to normal price. They told me that they would honor the coupon at the current sale price. I once again asked them are you sure because that’s a really good deal and sounds to good to be true. She continued and said yes we will honor it. I also expressed I live about 1 hour away from D2 and would suck if I drove over there for no reason. When I get there they wouldn’t honor the coupon and wanted me to pay full price if I wanted to use the coupon. I spoke to Christina
This dispensary has been employing illegal bait and switch tactics. They advertise 20 percent off for online orders and I was literally just told “oh yes everything except this one item you purchased” even though there is no exception listed in their website. They seem to have gone downhill, and I know personal friends their employees are concerned too. Extremely shady owners.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Been there a few times and first time they refuse to accept my military card because I'm the "spouse" and not the active duty. (every dispensary I've been to (or any store in general) all accept the spouses card w/ no questions asked and get the discount. Didn't like it but ok.....gave them another try and ordered online when they had good discounts but when I picked up the next day, they refused those discounts because I picked up the day after. I had no idea and when I called they never told me I HAD to pick up that day in order to get that days discounts, since I ordered on that day, I assumed I'd get those discounts. (because that's the way it works) Good customer service would have been, "ok, we'll honor the discounts but next time you have to pick up the day you order".

This place has really fallen off between here and downtown they used to be my favourite dispensary Then they got rid of their weekly deals raising their prices but still I stayed because of the quality Now I get offered contact list payments And a can't figure out to process or help out

Agreed— unreasonable price jump this month with no warning to patients who use this medicine. If they’re looking to just cash in on the new rec market while screwing patients over I’m out.
The cashiers are either super nice and helpful or rude and abrupt you are always going to wait order by phone online or in person you will have a wait ! Twice I have been so rudely treated by my clerk during my cancer treatment and twice was told “ I am the manager “ sadly it was two different cashiers ! The only thing this place has is a boho on fair to middling concentrates for vape .

I think it was an ok dispensary until they jacked up their prices and suspended daily deals because of the coronavirus when no other dispensaries did. The person I spoke to on the phone over there actually claimed other dispensaries were in fact suspending their deals when in reality they weren’t.
