D2 Dispensary Cannabis Destination + Drive Thru

I’ve made at least 20 purchases probably more at this dispensary. I guess their concentrates are okay but their flower is terrible! I cannot waste my money on this crap anymore! Purchased Huxton green crack 1/8oz. $45! Okay price is $10 more than anybody else, oh well. But.... this weed was harvested 4 1/2 months before I bought it! Sorry but that’s unacceptable! I’m trying to find a way to report this to the Az. Health department.

The staff isn’t very knowledgeable. Asked for a pre rolled Caviar. She didn’t know what it was. I received a regular predilection that wasn’t even rolled stuffed worth a crap. Cherry kept falling off. I asked for a 20-25% strain and was handed a 9% strain. I paid $140 for a half of shit

D2 is awesome and I got there sometimes once or twice a month. Totally worth it. 5/5. 👍👍👍👍👍

Never been disappointed, quality products

Product is average, customer service is poor. East location tries a new way to set up their lobby every other week and fails miserably- relying on customers to decide among themselves. If you go prepare for a confusing interaction for average product. Prices have recently become more marketable to the near by dispensaries.

Went in for a pickup order and got a text that it was ready. Spent 25 minutes in the lobby just waiting to get my “already ready order” saw them go to the back just to put the order in the bag.. And let me mind you this is during a covid-19 pandemic so no one should be chilling in the lobby for more than 5+ minutes. The longer you are in an environment you can get something from the higher chance of getting it.. especially with 8+ people in the lobby. One of the bud tenders was wearing only a mouth mask the kind that doesn’t even cover your nose so in the end you are going to get sick! Or spread it to other people if you are asymptomatic.. plus who wears sandals WITH socks.

Someone that work there need to understand that some people can't do certain things. (They look normal on the outside,but not all wounds are visible and thanks to the one man that understand that.)

Bought 2 different kinds of medlava cartridges to try for the first time. A indica and a sativa. Neither of them have a cannabis taste and both of them have a harsh taste like burnt plastic and gave me a headache. I called to let the manager know and just said it has PG in it and that is supposed to mask any flavor.....

3 times they have posted sales and then they didn't them when I went in. I guess Leafly is posting without their consent. worst place ever not recommended at all!

Came in to pick up some concentrates on July 8 just before 3pm & the dude behind the counter felt the need to include himself in the conversation I was having with another employee, which normally I wouldn’t have minded but this POS couldn’t have been more rude & disrespectful. I will not come back to this dispensary nor will I recommend to any other patients. I will also be sharing this horrible experience where ever I’m able to leave a review.

It's a very relaxed environment. Never a long wait ...if you have to wait at all. Mornings are less busy than evenings. The budtenders are all VERY nice peeps! I highly recommend using Leafly to order online for p/u with D2!

Incompetent employees. Quick to make excuses and have bad attitudes. Quality is decent, but the bad attitudes and lack of explanations for long wait times are enough to keep me away.

Customer service has been the worst for over a year. The quality is not there for what they are charging. Expect a nice long wait for curbside if they even get it right. I really kept giving them too many second chances. I've since moved to a store just east of here for a much better experience.
