Slow service for an online order.

Makenzie told me my online order was done. I get there they don't have my order. Ordered six items, got one. It was popcorn and just as dry. Don't ever order online. Only go back for carts.

The experience at D2 is always wonderful and all the bud tenders always do a great job with whatever you need. Thanks guys!!

Placed a online order got the text message saying it was ready so I showed up and checked in and waited then another customer came in with a online order and he was taken back immediately as he was known by the front desk than I ask the front desk if my order is ready because I got a text saying it was and the girl replied that the system is messed up and sends out the message saying it’s ready when it’s not. So I waited then when I get to my car I realize they messed up my order and gave me 2 hybrid eights instead of the 2 indica eights I ordered online. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

i waited patiently for my turn but after i was skipped for the 3rd time and the other customers noticed also i asked what was up guy said it the same everywhere , i don't think so when i wait in line no matter what establishment i go to for whatever when my turn comes up the people behind me don't go before me , i would recommend never going to either downtown or d2 dispensaries to anyone that asks , rude and disrespectful absolutely the worst experience i have ever had in any dispensary ever since i got my card 2yrs ago do not shop there if you don't absolutely have to

love this place! The quality, atmosphere & all staff (BIG UPS TO BRIAN & Q...U 2 ROCK) here are amazing! There is a dispensary less then 1mi from me, however I chose to go the extra 9mi to come here! They get to know their customers & make you feel welcome!

7 orders in a row have been wrong, every time they say “the product you ordered on Leafly isn’t entered correctly” yet my brother orders from them and gets the right product. The staff puts zero effort into packing web orders correctly because there is no refunds and no repercussions.

D2 has a excellent combination of high quality flower at very reasonable prices along with great customer service. Budtenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using D2 as your medical marijuana headquarters!!!

D2 and Downtown have the best bud and best new patient specials in town. Period.

I liked how quick and easy the process was to get set up and order. I live an hour and 30 away and looking for a bigger selection than the one dispensary closer to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting put into the system and placing my order. Whole process was less than a half hour. Products are awesome as well. Well worth the drive!

Front desk really friendly back had issues with the computers but that happens a little more help understanding products would be nice
