first time visited and service was amazing and had a enjoyable time. Also tlked me into a better deal and better quality,will be back for sure!

My only problem is the parking lot situation. Park in the back and walk to the front. not very discreet... Otherwise this is the best dispensary in Tucson. Knowledgeable friendly budtenders, great quality, and comfortable inside.

I’ve had a few ok experiences here. And don’t get me wrong some of the people are great, but if I place an order online two hours before I come in the store I don’t see how people can walk in and then order at the desk and receive their product before mine is even processed. Especially being I bought 3 cartridges. Just 3 carts. I doubt I’ll be coming back for their only decent product and shitty service.

It was VERY busy (420) and had to wait an excruciatingly long time (hour and a half). Once it was my turn it went quickly. I thought giving them 3 hours from when they texted me saying my order was ready was enough time but not true. Dont think I will do 420 again. Saying that, this is my favorite dispensary in town. Cool and knowledgeable tenders. They could have told me it would be a very long wait. During Covid-19 it was uncomfortable having to be by so many people! I would have waited in my car.

This place was horrible the manager was very rude I put in an order on line it says on their site to allow up to 45 minutes to have your order ready when i get there they tell me i have to wait till the other orders were filled first even though it had been well over an hour before i get there and when I question them about waiting another 20 minutes after getting there i was told to leave at no time did i get irate or out of line and still im being told to leave well that will be the last time i go there.

yesterday was the first time I received bad service was a girl with glasses and short hair in the front desk first she didn't even smile then you guys I think are all about your money it was Monday and usually I have a mid lava Bogle I checked your menu and all you guys had were certain kinds of shatter that were sativa strains then today is Tuesday and you guys have all kinds of different Indica strains and they are not below that's bullcrap it's all about your money not about the person's medication

This was my first visit in months because the dispensary is 20 miles from my home, but they had some great indicas listed. I placed an order online, then go to pick the order up a few hours later and they sold out of what I had ordered. They didn't even bother to set my order aside. The cashier then started suggesting hybrids to me. No thanks, I need to sleep like a log tonight. That's why I ordered a heavy indica. All I got has a half-assed sorry. So unprofessional.

the times I have come to the dispensary, the bud tenders were not only polite but also knowleagable .. when they do have a selection on flower, it's amazing and the consistency of their wax is good. over-all good dispensary.

Probably the most down to earth workers here! I have never had a bad experience while using this location. It isn’t like most dispensaries, they really do want to understand your preferences and why you’re using medical marijuana and the best way to treat your symptoms. Check them out if you’re in town!

Construction on the street made it a bit difficult to get in and out but the Security Guy welcomes you, asks you if you are there for Rec or Med then scans your identification and tells you which window to go to order, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff very knowledgeable about the products. I love the Downtown Dispensary.

I dont get way evey time they sell someting eles than want i ask for.... like evey time ......like hard of a job is it to do like lol 🤣 🤣 ... i sell evey one the stuff they ask for at my dispensary. DO YOUR JOB........

First time, lounge was relaxed, wait wasn't long at all. grabbed two different strains. both smoked great. will stop by when I am downtown

Online ordering is very inconvenient did not select right 10 dollar top shelf because not easily visible on Leafly and not allowed to change to correct flower unless go back and wait in waiting room . Made things difficult better to just go somewhere else with better service

This place has been my favorite out of all the dispensaries I have been to, so far. The edible I got was potent and yummy, the preroll was excellent, staff was knowledgeable and super friendly! Definitely will be going back ASAP.

Been going to DD for 1 1/2 years now and hardly ever go some place else for medicine. The coordination between knowledgeable staff, quality of product, plus Specials, and Delivery Service is outstanding!! I recommend DD HIGHly!

Great atmosphere, the lobby has a welcoming feel. Buds are always great quality, and the staff is excellent ❤️
