I love this place! The staff is awesome they always answer my question and are so nice. The product is always above my expectations, this is really the best dispensary in Tucson!

This was my first visit to a dispensary and The Downtown Dispensary did not disappoint! I felt welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in and after new patient paperwork was called back only after 2-3 minutes! The budtender was very knowledgeable and the new patient deal was awesome. I will definitely be returning.

Hard to find at first but off street parking. this was my first visit and introduction to medical marijuana and they vere extremely helpful. The spend lots of time explaining the varieties and listening to my needs. They were great to work with

I like that they have a handicap ramp up to the check in window as there are just a few steps into the dispensary. that being said, I was very happy with my first time experience. I found a discrepancy in the pricing, so I went back and they absolutely made it right and then some. I think the product is really good, at least the things I got anyway. overall a great place to get your meds. I am one very happy customer! I absolutely recommend them!

Second Day In A Row Using Downtown Dispensary. Today Was A Way Faster & Extremely Pleasant Ordering Experience. Maybe It Was Just Bad Luck Or Poor Choice On My Part But I've Grabbed 3 Different Prerolls. All Three Had This Horrible Green Plant Taste That Had Me Reminiscent To High School Home Grown Days. Again It Was Probably My Fault But If You Head Here I Would Skip The Pre Rolls Right Now. P.s Its 8ths Only Right Now For Flower.

Staff were pleasant. My pick up experience was confusing. I didn’t know where to sign in, wait, how the system works. I was texted my order was ready but had to wait 20 min.

Don't like being ripped off. The stuff I got was 56 on sale plus I got preroll. Was charged 75 and I was told the preroll I got was free. No it's not. Still was overcharged and never again. Do I do business with you. Not a bank.

I dont get way evey time they sell someting eles than want i ask for.... like evey time ......like hard of a job is it to do like lol 🤣 🤣 ... i sell evey one the stuff they ask for at my dispensary. DO YOUR JOB........

5 star quality and service the only reason i gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because the construction blocks people from walking using the underpass from the transit center

Now that the parking is better, this is absolutely my favorite Tucson dispensary. They have great proprietary products and have always been #1 in patient education. They also have the widest range of product from other vendors, so lots of choice beyond their own brands, too. But with the lobby taken over by rec sales, it's harder for me to go in because noise and autism. The staff is so patient and kind! They've also continued curbside pickup for medical, so that's great, too. Downtown is #1!

Awesome budtenders HAYDEN and DARIAN -- and making it look good with stylish haircuts!! My first time, and I brought a friend.... What a great and knowledgeable staff !! This Wildcat "cannasuer" -- from SoCal, to the Bay Area and back down -- knows her greenery!! Well, so do both of these fine men. Watching over inside was Ken and a beautiful blonde girl... As well as two proud Braves manning the door. Nice!! Also Brennan as an edibles rep was pleasant in the lobby .... SUPER AWESOME!!! Thanks and Love you all... FANTASTIC SHOP !!!
