Great to have a dispenso downtown. Copped that green candy it was tasty and uplifting but still medicating...large selection but wish there were more top shelf flavors.

First time patient at Downtown Dispensary was a very enjoyable visit. The entire staff was very friendly. Adrianna was very knowledgable and recommended great medication, the Raspberry Kush is amazing. I would highly recommended Downtown Dispensary to others.

Lava touch was a awesome med and so was the bubba kush but the lava touch cream i got from you guys is and was awesome works great... would recommend to anyone in sore muscles!!!

great atmosphere

I find that most of the dispensaries, including this one, now have drier cannabis. I don’t know if the pandemic has changed practices but the product is no where as moist and fresh as it used to be. I’m sure the terpenes lose some of their effectiveness. Most everything else is fine but it is not ok that the marijuana is drier than it used to be..

My only problem is the parking lot situation. Park in the back and walk to the front. not very discreet... Otherwise this is the best dispensary in Tucson. Knowledgeable friendly budtenders, great quality, and comfortable inside.

staff on point great environment

Probably the most down to earth workers here! I have never had a bad experience while using this location. It isn’t like most dispensaries, they really do want to understand your preferences and why you’re using medical marijuana and the best way to treat your symptoms. Check them out if you’re in town!

Construction on the street made it a bit difficult to get in and out but the Security Guy welcomes you, asks you if you are there for Rec or Med then scans your identification and tells you which window to go to order, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff very knowledgeable about the products. I love the Downtown Dispensary.

My first time in a dispensary. John was terrific. Gave me all the time I needed to answer all my questions. I won't shop anywhere else.

Love the remodel

Very helpful. I didn't know there were 2 D2 dispensaries. Half my order was at the east and the other half went down town. They were able to straighten me out with my full order, with the smile. Thanks a bunch
