Theses people really made my day. I was really pissed off and came in at the last minute. Even with my sour attitude my budtender (You know who you are ^_^) was super helpful and caring(Thank you for being so sweet ,I'm sorry for being an ass). Anyway they carry a good selection of products , Plus the whole staff here really makes this one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. Thank you and see you next week! Their prices are going up, limited availability on other products, and services has been declining. I would think during a pandemic, not having patients come in the back, that they’d be more efficient. But instead they have patients sitting for extended periods. Marinating in COVID in their lobby. Figure it out!

Downtown Dispensary consistently offers a complete selection of items you want with the quality and price you demand. Cool staff and groovy specials. Sometimes the popular stuff runs out so get there early.

This is my main location. Love the people and the customer service they have. I was having messed up cartridges from another dispensary (not associated w/downtown dispensary). Downtown dispensary has not disappointed me. Only one time I got a preroll that had mostly stems but I wasn’t even mad because their overall experience over looked it all. After I bought another preroll and some flower to give it another try and of course i was pleased this time! They’re very true to online orders. Usually put mine in while at work and pick it up after I’m in and out within 5 minutes or less. LOVE THAT! They never mind when I have to have my little ones with me either, my daughter and son looks forward to picking up their lifesaver candies that they give out. 10/10!

Convenient. HIGH quality,GREAT service-I really love the Downtown Disp.-my 1st dispensary, my favorite, but can only shop there occasionally(prices, location). It's a treat when I can shop there & ALWAYS a pleasant experience- the gold standard of compassionate care; prices are high but we get what we pay for-premium service-premium quality-premium price. You guys ROCK! Thank you!

Clean flower and the only place that doesn't give me attitude when I start asking very specific or technical questions about their products. A bit steep on the pricing for the quality but reasonable with various discounts. The location, and parking could be better, and I'm still hoping their grower gets better.

I bought several grams of different strains at this dispensary today. One of the containers was supposed to contain 2 grams and the label on it says 2.03 grams. There was no chance I would look at the amount they gave me and think it was right. Especially since the other containers were the same 2 gram amount, they were full to the top and weighed what the label states. I weighed the questionable container at home with an accurate scale and it is 1.1 grams. I know as well as they do that there is a 0% chance they would make it right if I complained so I have no recourse.

I only indulge in organically grown and tested cannabis. No one should inhale pesticides,mold or fungus. The Downtown Dispensary supplies me with the "clean" products I require.

One of the best places to go in town they have good quality meds they have a good line of staff that know what they are talking about and they treat people respectfully the downtown dispensary is in my top 3 favorite places to go in town for medical cannabis

No sense of urgency with the staff here. Always people waiting in the lobby, while the staff stand around with their heads up each other's butts. Would not recommend.

So good. Always stop here when in Tucson. Very spacious, relaxing environment in the waiting room/lobby. Their specials are fantastic! BOGO MedLavas? Yes! They lost my information during the MJ Freeway crash and I had to go through the new patient paperwork again, but they still gave me the new patient special again. Thanks DD! Reppin' y'all wherever I go! :)

Positive environment; great customer service that quickly gets you what you need!

Lobby is pleasant. Unfortunately, I have Asperger's Syndrome and the actual dispensary portion is really difficult to be in. Flourescent lights, moderately loud music, buzzing (from coolers?) and inventory packed floor to ceiling for sensory overload. I had a small breakdown and had some issues with speech and started to cry. Staff turned off some of the lights for me, turned off the music, got me water and even some tissues. They spoke to me in soft tones and waited for me to calm down before still patiently helping me with my selection. They took time to suggest when they were quieter so there would be as little noise and distraction as possible. I normally wouldn't give a place with that kind of an atmosphere a second chance, but service was 6 stars good. I hands down would recommend them to anyone, especially anyone with special needs. They at no time made me feel ashamed, but were just genuinely awesome people. Can't thank them enough. I'll be back in a morning time (they suggested Sunday mornings) just for the customer service.

I was given an original price when I placed an online order it was suppose to be $52.00 even with 20% off my order (its there special when you order online) When my name was called my budtista told me it was $62. I said wait was that including my 20% off and she said yes it was already added then I told her the price was wrong. She left and came back with sorry ma’am $42. I don’t care. I felt like it was intentional and maybe they do it all the time.

They overcharged me and confused me.

I really don’t like coming to this dispo, fully staffed yet have to wait over 30 mins to be seen. Do not have a express line, staff is somewhat rude. Deals are not all that great. Hate being a downer but really hate that when I am in a rush I have to wait & have my day delayed because of slowness. Earth healing south is the best dispo to go to for service, fast, great deals etc. I only come to the downtown for the one good deal 5g 4 $100. And every time I come I am always waiting over 30 mins to be seen for 10 mins. WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT.
