They overcharged me and confused me.

I really don’t like coming to this dispo, fully staffed yet have to wait over 30 mins to be seen. Do not have a express line, staff is somewhat rude. Deals are not all that great. Hate being a downer but really hate that when I am in a rush I have to wait & have my day delayed because of slowness. Earth healing south is the best dispo to go to for service, fast, great deals etc. I only come to the downtown for the one good deal 5g 4 $100. And every time I come I am always waiting over 30 mins to be seen for 10 mins. WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT.

I was given an original price when I placed an online order it was suppose to be $52.00 even with 20% off my order (its there special when you order online) When my name was called my budtista told me it was $62. I said wait was that including my 20% off and she said yes it was already added then I told her the price was wrong. She left and came back with sorry ma’am $42. I don’t care. I felt like it was intentional and maybe they do it all the time.

The person that checks in the patients isn’t too customer friendly dry and short answer is what I got, it would also be great if the deals were better this use to be top 2nd dispensary🤷🏽‍♂️

My first time visiting, took forever even tho I did an online order and I didn't evem get the discount for ordering online and no new patient deals.

worst place in town only go there if i have to, meds are very sub par.. i dont see how these other people dont get top shelf meds for cheaper, but hey to each their own.. i rather not get ripped off though. the main reason i do not go here is because of the employees. i can not stand their attitudes and rather driver 10 mins else where. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND...

1/2 an hour wait for on line orders,,what a waste

Rip your bag open and exam your entire order before leaving. This place is notorious for showing you one product, then sending you home with another. The old bait and switch. Beware, if you have a dispensary you trust just go there.

Purchased a prepackaged buds recently and after I tried to break them down I noticed tiny bugs crawling around. I was very concerned because I could have ingested those bugs if I hadn’t noticed them first

Love the professional, knowledgeable care that the staff shows me here. The selection of products is very good too.

They canceled my delivery order for no reason. Second time this has happened. I can't go get it. And they just canceled it. No heads up, no explanation, no credit offered, no discounts offered. Just assholes.

Not coming back here until I can see the flower again. The Amherst Sour Diesel I bought was gray and had no smell or taste (fungus?) . I wouldn't have bought it if I saw it first. I have previously bought this and it was green and stinky.

Absolutely love this dispensary. I live 25 miles away, and drive just to be able to take advantage of their BOGO cartridges every week. As a patient not only with pain management problems (spinal cord injury), COPD, and on a limited budget, being able to find a dispensary that has options for people who can't smoke. Downtown has been fabulous. The Tenders are always attentive, though it can feel a bit rushed, once you're in back. The lobby is extremely comfortable, and the online ordering is phenomenal. Once you get the hang of it, you're in and out and off to do other things. I'll always go there for my cartridges and shatter. ♡

This is my favorite Tucson dispensary! The bud tenders are all very knowledgeable and kind. I never feel rushed & I enjoy talking with them and figuring out just the right flower purchase for my specific needs.

I have been a patient at The Downtown Dispensary for 2 years now and to be honest the experience just gets better. As a photographer I am constantly in random corners of Arizona and have been to several dispensaries, but this dispensary is different. They remember your name, make you feel warmly welcomed every-time, and if you are in a hurry you can order online which is something I do often. The medicine is always quality, the staff knows what they are doing, and they take care of Veterans. Most recently they have employed security staff that will walk you to your car if you feel unsafe.

Great service at this location and a good deal for first time patients. Very knowleadgeable help choosing what is best for you.

Here is a follow up to my last review. The THC/CBD tincture I bought was effective. I called this morning to let them know that an Ilava cartridge I purchased stopped working and they advised me to bring it in. I did so, and they replaced it at no cost. While I was there I brought up the fact that the pre-roll I got from them looked and tasted like leaf. The manager stated that their pre-rolls were rolled from trim. I still find that hard to believe, as it looked and tasted like pure leaf. The manager said they were going to start using shake. Buyer beware. The pre-rolls are worthless.
