This shop is super clean and well-organized. The staff members are very knowledgeable and there are pharmacy consultations available during all business hours.

I usually shop at The Flower Shop in Ogden, Utah. It's a pretty chill place, any of the employees is always ready to help you out whether it's your first time or your hundred and first time. If you have a question they usually can answer it or if you need help with something pertaining to the purchase and they can't help to resolve it, they are more than willing to pull someone else who can. I have been coming in here since it opened, monthly. I came in today and was helped by a really great individual (I wish I got her name) again another one of The Flower Shop of Ogden Utah's amazing employees and when she went to "go get another employee named Camie, my entire usually wonderful experience I had always had since coming to The Flower Shop in Ogden Utah changed forever! Cami asked me to scan my phone for an App that would get to my points that I have accumulated since coming to The Flower Shop of Ogden Utah. I did, the messages on my phone said "no code found in this country". I told her, she said, "no it doesn't, scan your phone again". So I did and I showed it to her. I asked if there was a way they could get it off of the computer since it does show it on the computer, Cami who works at The Flower Shop in Ogden Utah said 'no, we're unable to do that! The company wants you to now use this App"! I looked in my App Store for the App and asked Cami if this was the App. She said "I think so" so I downloaded the App. I was having problems with it and started asking Cami questions, she told me "you're going to have to take that out into the lobby because we don't allow phones on the floor"! Wait, hold on a second there. Didn't you just ask me too scan a little thingy with my phone, not only once but twice, you stood there again and watched as I looked for the App on my phone you also waited while the App downloaded on my phone? I told Cami I really wanted to use my discount with this purchase, would she please help me to figure this out so I am able to. Cami stated "everyone was busy and Cami couldn't leave to help me (actually there was one other customer in the store and a total of seven employees in sight). Cami told me to go into the lobby. I told Cami she wasn't doing her job by helping me purchase my items. Cami said "there's nothing more I can do for you so take your phone in the lobby". (Right before I had come up to the counter to order I had overheard Cami tell my cashier "if someone does not put their cell phone down, you snatch it from them'! I don't know about anyone else but I don't want Cami or anyone else from The Flower Shop in Ogden Utah "snatching" anything let alone my phone from me!) So I turned around and went into the lobby trying and trying for about 15 minutes when finally I went up to the desk to see if possibly I might be able to get some help from someone there and thank goodness Cami had not spoken any "words of encouragement" to the amazing employee at the desk! (Unfortunately a name I do not remember) She found out I was at the wrong State's App. She got another employee and they could not find the App so guess what??? They bi-passed it with the computer and gave me my discount. Whew, what a relief, quick and easy just like that. Uneasy about going back to The Flower Shop in Ogden Utah? Recently the supply has been down and now if they're going to start hiring people like Cami to work there. I might just go find another place for my necessities :(

Inventory wise I haven't been very impressed compared to the other dispensaries in the state. Delivery service is useful if you order a day in advance. The location is an absolute nightmare to access during busy traffic. Most of the staff are professional and helpful. Not sure who the new management is but seems like things have gone downhill a bit in the last 6 months.

I can’t even get on their website and place an order. I can’t see anything on their menu because their website doesn’t work at the time. I don’t see how these people even stay in business. They are completely incompetent. They don’t even have any real deals as bad as we are being priced here in Utah you would think that these so-called medical dispensaries would give a damn about what we’re going through out here, but they don’t. It’s just another monopolized franchise.

This place is a nightmare plan on spending your whole day here.Even with an online order not to mention the product is junk compared to other states.. It's like Colorado.California got box cereal And utah can only serve generic.. It's weak in potency. Not to mention they love to charge as much as they can. Consider this my Goodbye, I will go to brigham.. , Even your curbside has become a joke. Nobody wants to sit in their car for 3 hours for you to put there. 20% cannabis in their bag. Get your s*** together, I'm out on it... Brigham City is super kind super fair and super fast.I can drive there and get Home.And I would still be in line at your store.. That should speak volumes open inother store. Hire more people do something. Don't just sit and make people wait.

Wow, I’ll remember to NEVER come here again. Just got off the phone with the south Ogden location to see about my order status and if I could use the drive thru option because the curbside option on the application wasn’t working. As I asked her if they still did curb side. I got rudely interrupted and told it’s because it’s turned off and that the orders are being filled but I’ll never get them done with everyone calling with these questions. It was a simple question that needed a simple answer.
I’ll just go to the farmacy in Brigham and get real customer service and professionalism

I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe they think they have permanent clients because they’re the only shop in town which they’re not there’s a company called wholesome that delivers to northern Utah and they deliver fast no problems with placing orders or anything like that helpful and nice staff both at the Ogden office of this company and North Logan is gone to crap. The product is dry and it’s getting really close to dates of expiration or when I’ve been buying product like 90 days for flower and I just bought it so the quality of the product is going down their customer care and customer service absolutely sucks. They’re lazy they won’t do anything they get our amen when you try to resolve something and blame you. I can’t walk. I placed an order to have a delivery. I called back to confirm that delivery and the lady was so busy. Well you did you do this this is this you got your order when the order came there was no order so I called back to complain about it and I got the manager and he was just absolutely rude about. Explain to him. I don’t drive I’m handicapped, he didn’t give a crap about that status. He didn’t give a crap about that. I can’t walk. I have limited service. He didn’t wanna hear any of that and that’s why zeros zeros zero is across the board until program goes under and someone who knew how to run a business comes back in , don’t buy from these people they’re horrible

If they tell you that they can't access your evs system they are lying August 16 2024 the rude unprofessional worker at the front was telling everyone they couldn't access evs
It seemed fishy that they can't do anything her attitude and responses to people were directly rude not to mention tone. No the type of person who makes a visit for medicine comfortable
Back to the evs system
And the lie
I called all the other shops just to see if this was a state wide effect like I was told by the flower shop and 3 of the 4 told me that it was a lie and they all still have access to evs
Now let's just say 3 shops have it wrong so I called evs utah and asked them and they themaelfs verified that if the flower shop south ogden or its sister shop tells you they have no access to your evs account they are lying and doing it just to save them a few extra steps on thier job title.
Being evs they are going to investigate the report due to some people not being able to access this they have to provide the correct care which means access stuff for patients but as we see they are avoiding doing thier job
Just like thier misleading of thc levels to adjust prices how they want
Whole other complaint but if you see it's under 18 for 40$ they will not update thier paperwork instead a girl with blue hair will check everything misread the thc ammount and attempt to sell you something that is not of that value.
Overall good job flowershop
A failing online order system no pickup they cut time off when they want to for pickups

First time there so I got some gummies and I used a half a gummy and a burned my throat The chemicals they use to extract the THC burned my throat it was very unpleasant hurt for 2 days could not enjoy it when I called up to say hey I can't use these because it's chemical they said "too bad try something different" what do I do with the $200 I just spent "throw it away"I will never go there again I refuse the waste my money like that I'm on a fixed income they made me pay over $200 for 1/2 year just to get the card in Utah. This whole thing's a scam
