The Gallery - South Hill

The Gallery in South Hill is by far my favorite dispensary in Pierce County !!! The budtenders @ the Canyon Location really exceed the expectation of great customer service . Every time I go into the shop, they greet me with respect and ask me how my day was. They take their time in finding the exact product I ask for and how I would like it to affect me . They are extremely knowledgable and very informative. The Budtenders @ The Gallery are by far my favorite people to pick up recreational marijuana.

SO happy they opened a gallery in puyallup! I absolutely love this place. The girls there are awesome, and I was really excited to see some familiar faces from their Parkland store. I always feel like I'm talking to friends when I'm there. It's a comfortable and easy experience every time. Plus, they take into consideration exactly what I'm looking for and if they don't have it, I always find something new that I end up liking even more/just as much. It's refreshing to buy from budtenders that are informative.

As a long time smoker, I know good weed... and this place has it. Take the time to ask the budtenders what they've been smokin on, and you are sure to leave with something super stoney. I will be back!

What a breath of fresh air- The Gallery has an open, clean store with such helpful budtenders that I want to come back even before I run out. This is by far the most comfortable I've ever felt buying weed, I love it here!

Such customer service! I was greeted multiple times by varying people when I came into the store, someone helped me join their rewards program, I was told about all the deals and shared some great laughs. Such a wonderful group of people!

Little nervous going in. Stormy was very Nice and Listened to what I was looking for. She made several recommendations clearly giving me pro/cons of each option. I felt right at home with her friendly demeanor. The other lady was very friendly to, wish I remembered her name. I am very pleased with my purchase and am going back. The Veteran Discount was much appreciated and Stormy's willingness to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase exceeded all expectations...Thank You...Chris

The best customer appreciation in town. My budtender today, says Sam on the receipt, and his manager, went above and beyond. Had ordered my second favorite strain online because it wasn't showing the one I really wanted. After combining a half and two quarts to equal an oz and paying for it, I asked when they'd have what I was really after. Sam looked and they had an oz! Since I hadn't left the store yet I asked if I could swap it, unfortunately all sales are final and Sam complying with store policy, apologized and said he couldn't. Fortunately a manger/owner(?) overheard us and said if it wasn't online to be seen I shouldn't lose and told him to go ahead and make it happen since I hadn't even left the counter yet. I walked out with what I really wanted and saved some money too. They understand how to keep a customer coming back and getting an old fart who rarely leaves reviews to write all this.

I can’t smoke due to lung issues but I do like taking edibles when I can. I’ve struggled for years with pain killers and eating edibles has helped me stopped. Everyone is very nice and helpful even if I’m only spending 5 bucks at a time sometimes. Very knowledgeable and good to look at (no creepoo) lol
