The Gallery in Spanaway is a clean, well organized store with a nice and a helpful staff. They have a constant daily deal rotation and product/vendor Fridays so everyone can have a discount day. - Rad They also have a massive lot for parking with eazy access (right off of WA-7). There are about 10 or 15 spots up front if you need a short trip or wheelchair access. Sometimes there will even be a hotdog cart on the way in. - Also Rad What I really wanted to get on here for was to spread the word about Tristin. He is the most helpful tender that I have found so far on my journey from down in So Cal all the way up the coast. My wife and I came to Tristin with a couple ailments hoping for some good recommendations and suggestions. Every recommendation he made was exactly as he described and every suggestion he made was backed by experience and knowledge. He made the whole experience, from start to finish, comfortable and as if we were having a conversation with an old friend. Now, we step aside and let the line move along until Tristin is available to help us. This is the solution and outcome a lot of people are desperately searching for. p.s. Tristin - Sorry about your lunch break on Thursday but we appreciate your dedication!

Love how all staff members are extremely knowledgeable on the product when I need to medicate. The budtenders also know what to suggest for a heavy hitter or laugh my ass off weed. How do they smoke so much!

The Gallery is an awesome store and art gallery. All the people who work there (..like Erik and Alex who both helped me tonight) are very kind, courteous and compassionate. I have been an MMJ patient for years and appreciate the quality products, relaxing atmosphere and excellent customer service at the Gallery.

The Gallery is a classy place to shop for cannabis products. Tamar is a very nice person and knowledgeable about the different types of products that are available - like the Rooted Moon Pie Sugar Crystals concentrate that she helped me choose today. The products sold here have always either met or exceeded my expectations.

I love shopping at the gallery. The atmosphere and customer service are awesome. Plus the 10% account discounts really add up.

I have bought from this shop before. But this time was the worst of any shop. They worker got impatient with my daughter and I. Making us feel like asking him questions was a bothersome. Having him go to get other types was asking to much. He rushed us because there was a line. I have spent over 300 dollars here a few times. I won’t be coming back. The type he picked for us was awful. We told him it was for anxiety and panic attacks. He didn’t want to talk to us. He basically just pick one that was from the same company. Usually they bring a 3 or 4 different kinds. Then I pick two or three of them. Usually 2 of the ones I like. This time I got only 1 of each. One we bought before. Feeling we had no choice. Since he was so put off by our questions. We took the other one he said was like it. It wasn’t like it at all. It made my daughter even more anxious. If you want a place that won’t care about your health come here. Going to Tacoma after this.

Always have my preferred flower set aside when I call and ask. Always top quality and great recommendations when I have questions about treating different issues. LOVE this company and location. THANK you Spanaway crew!

Worst location and worst service …… their pricing is all jacked up the bud tender could not even place all my grams of concentrates “right side up” so I get home and realize half the jars were just thrown in the bag like gosh forbid we ask the bud tender to take a little bit of pride in their work …… I’m so sorry to cause such an inconvenience ringing my services to this place so I will just put that burden on another shop maybe they will be able to handle the high demand of places packages properly in a bag……..

Tedd & Mike run a class act. i love all the locations and I am sure my friend, Handy Sandy, is looking forward to the opening of store #5 next year. She won't shut up about it! ; )

I like the customer service. I purchased a gallery vape pen and a cartridge. The pen was defective and. I returned it to the store and they switched it out for one that worked. Without any questions. I am very pleased with this location

I would have to say this is the worst shop I have ever been in. Very rude staff and aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to the medical aspect of cannabis. I am a medical patient my self and was treated poorly and was not offered a discount. I will not be returning and will be warning people of this horrible shop.

I decided to check out this spot because I love the other Gallery so much and it turns out I love this store too! Same friendly vibe from their doormen to the cashiers and always great weed! I even got an eighth for $20!!!! I didnt even know that was a thing!

Love this location! Everyone that works there is so chill and friendly. Everyone I've dealt with in there has been really knowledgeable and great at suggesting new products. Great selection and great bud. I also love the "check-in" system to earn 20% off!

This shop is beautiful! Very open and makes you feel comfortable while you're shopping. From the budtenders to the product the experience was awesome. Very positive vibe and 2 chainz will be visiting their other location! What's better than that?!

The employees here are very friendly, attentive, and professional. Autumn is my favorite. I can ask Autumn to surprise me, knowing she will always get it right.
