The Gallery - Tacoma

I have been going here for a little less than a year. At first it had great staff and great product. However, recently I’ve noticed a change in staff has made it sort of go down hill. No one seems to know the product or even where product is. I also always want more than one thing when I go in and in the past month every single budtender has not ask if I’d like anything else. They make me feel rushed. I understand needing to get thru the line, but have some patience with your customers. I love Gallery locations so I’m going start going to another one more often. Hope they get the stuff together soon.

Dope place. Dope employees. Purchased 2 bags of edibles. 1 bag I already knew I wanted to try and asked the bud tender for his favorite..took him 2 seconds to grab them and I am very satisfied. Will definitely be going back.

Out of alot of stuff, super expensive

I visited from 45 minutes away yesterday to obtain my medical card. The amazing consultant who assisted me with the card and the products was a real gem!! I will be back and I will recommend over and over again!

The gallery boasts an upscale ambiance with prices that are more than reasonable. A very friendly staff with a welcoming feel and AWESOME product!

I work for a local 502 producer/processor and I've been around the block quite a few times when it comes to recreational cannabis shops. The Gallery is always the place I recommend to my out of state friends when they want to experience "weed shopping" because the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, plus the setup isn't intimidating to the beginner. The pricing is reasonable, and they always stock quality product. Bottom line: you'll spend a little more for product here than at other places, but the quality makes all the difference.

everything comes prepackaged so no party packs......kind of overwhelming, since everything is commercial u dont get any of the free first time visitor perks.....not really able to browse around although they will let you see what you are going to buy....the lady that dealt with me was patient and helpful, she let me take my time and wasnt in a rush to get me out the door, but this seems to be more white collar than im ready for when it comes to buying bud......

It was a nice lil shop with helpful employees.

This place is by far the best in the Puyallup/Tacoma area! I've visited a few and the customer service, and product quality is top self! This will be the the only place I shop moving forward! My hats off to you for making this place so customer focused!

Every employee I've talked to here is in a great mood like they're actually having fun at work! Bud is totally affordable and they don't judge me for buying cheaper weed. It's my new store of choice!

Great customer service very friendly and staff. Fantastic marijuana of course to and for very decent prices compared to other shops around the area. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking $10 a gram bud that's strong af.

So you guys have half grams and whole grams of a certain concentrate. Since you ran out the whole gram packages i got charged $9 more to purchase a whole gram of the same concentrate ive been buying for three weeks now. Not cool, Gallery. Im a very loyal customer and unfortunatey you guys really disappointed me today.

I like it I really do. I usually just get the pre-rolled one. But when I went to check in after I was done purchasing what I wanted. It usually gives me a text message, but I haven't received any.

I like the location and the people are nice. I use to be a regular but realized they are FAR more expensive than other places. But I would shop here again if need be.

They had a great selection of "High-End" bud as well as a variety of "specials" such as the $20 1/8th of purple elephant, the staff was wonderful and everyone was smiling the second I walked in I felt at home. Would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Menu has enough variety to suit any tastes. Store is clean, well-lit and a little artsy. Thumbs up all the way.
