David (security), Nathan & Ari (awesome budtenders) and all of the Gallery locations have treated with humor, kindness and respect. The marijuana in all of it's different forms (flower, edibles, etc) are the best of the best.

Employees are very nice and helpful, the atmosphere was very clean. The gallery will definitely be my go to dispensary 💯

Dope place. Dope employees. Purchased 2 bags of edibles. 1 bag I already knew I wanted to try and asked the bud tender for his favorite..took him 2 seconds to grab them and I am very satisfied. Will definitely be going back.

I go here as often as I do anywhere else, but would go here exclusively if Valerie was the only bud tender to help me. She was very helpful and willing to look for exactly what I wanted. She was polite and very well presented. It also helps that she is very pretty too!

Everything is great but.....the checking of ID of someone 50 (as one reviewer commented) is not a good thing. Instead it is ridiculous and inconvenient to older adults. Seriously, you check everyone equally and that's a good thing? C'mon, that's just showing you don't trust your people. It doesn't take a wizard to see someone is over 21 when they are in their 50's or 60's. Basically you check ID even if someone is 85? Get real please.

Best place in Washington state thus far! Just an all around amazing experience. Best customer service, prices weren't great, considering you get what you pay for. And everyone actually knew what they were talking about. Will be coming back for sure!

I have been coming here for about a month now and every single experience is stellar! The store is the biggest and has the coolest vibe and decor out of any of these other shops in Tacoma. Having the cheapest and best quality weed around doesn't hurt either ;)

So you guys have half grams and whole grams of a certain concentrate. Since you ran out the whole gram packages i got charged $9 more to purchase a whole gram of the same concentrate ive been buying for three weeks now. Not cool, Gallery. Im a very loyal customer and unfortunatey you guys really disappointed me today.

Overall it's a great store. My only bad experience was getting an Indica banana flavored Delta 9 Cartridge that leaked all over the place. I was able to exchange it but they didn't have any of the indica left and they gave me a pineapple flavored stativa to take its place. I understand that there are legal complexities and through poor timing, they were out of stock, but I'm really disappointed. I've been a regular for about a year and a half and this was my only bad experience. It shouldn't mean much but it ruined my night. I'll be back next week though as usual. Hopefully I don't experience this again.

I'm quite disappointed from latest online order. I had ordered an 8th of XJ-13 by Noble Farms. When I pick it up, I didn't notice right away that it was a different grower, Koala Canyon, just that it was the right strain of weed I wanted. I also noticed, that this container didn't have any information, no harvest date, or any other info that is required to be displayed on the packaging. I like the online ordering, but this wholesale swap of different growers isn't acceptable, Especially, without contacting me first, I would have saved myself a trip.

I visited from 45 minutes away yesterday to obtain my medical card. The amazing consultant who assisted me with the card and the products was a real gem!! I will be back and I will recommend over and over again!

I have been going here for a little less than a year. At first it had great staff and great product. However, recently I’ve noticed a change in staff has made it sort of go down hill. No one seems to know the product or even where product is. I also always want more than one thing when I go in and in the past month every single budtender has not ask if I’d like anything else. They make me feel rushed. I understand needing to get thru the line, but have some patience with your customers. I love Gallery locations so I’m going start going to another one more often. Hope they get the stuff together soon.

This has been my go to shop for the past year or so now. Awesome staff and knowledgeable. The vibe of the shop is also great. Would mos def recommend stopping in and checking it out🤙🏻
