This is the Mesa facility I have never been treated so horribly as soon as I turn my back they morked me as soon as you asked to speak to a supervisor their body language does bug eyed and shaking their hand mocking you don’t ever go here the quality of care is horrible

Been here a couple times now. The full staff is very friendly and the budtenders seem to be on point with knowledge and experience. Haven't bought a bad bud yet, but the prices are a slight bit more expensive than other dispensarys.

I drove 20 miles to go to this dispensary as I have been wanting to try a certain strain. Placed my order online and waited for confirmation before leaving. Text sent stating ready to be picked up, at no time or any message from them did they tell me they were out and subbed a different strand. So subbing it you would think Im getting the Lucky 7 price, but instead, he was charging me more for less and subbed for a lower quality product. Could have saved me the trouble and time by cancelling order stating sold out.

I started going to this dispensary in February. It seemed they were still new and getting started. A patient program was offered where if you spent 3000$ I believe it was, your next card would be covered. It was great but now I no longer see it listed. The staff before used to be absolutely amazing. Lately the staff doesn't even know how to use the computers correctly. I was almost charged an extra 50$ until I broke down the math for them. Ordering on the phone takes about 20 minutes because they don't know their stock and had to run to the back every time I said an item to check if it was in stock when before it was a quick 5 minute call. I understand stock can run out but I'm not sure what changed in the past few months. It's also frustrating trying to place an order and asking if a certain brownie flavor was in stock told be told no. When I asked what flavors there were, I was listed the flavor I asked for. 🙄 Going and picking up an order is a pain because half the time the order isn't correct. I went in and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to fix the order that I called in for. I call in orders so I can pay and be on my way. Days I decide to go in and wait the two hours to be called, they end up calling newer people first and just upsetting the people that decided to wait for the disorganization. It's honestly making me rethink my dispensary because the new changes haven't been good and I'd expect good changes from the good dispensary. 😔 Other than the new changes and the front staff with organization problems. The budtenders in the back are great people. Very informative and nice. Great prices.

It seemed like things were going good, then the person who was helping me, Dylan, became impatient/rude for some reason. I finished the transaction and left feeling very uncomfortable, but decided to ask the security guard for his name—Dylan then approaches from back behind the counter, and starts interrogating me aggressively about what’s going on and that he’s a manager and what’s my problem, etc. Getting the name and leaving could’ve all taken me 5 seconds, and the security guard (I think his name was Kevin) was perfectly nice about it (he was nice in general) but Dylan came out unexpectedly. I wasn’t expecting to have a conversation in the first place, but Dylan just came up and started interrogating me and honestly making the situation a lot worse seeing as I have PTSD and his aggression was quite triggering to me, I tried to be patient and I also tried to let him know that I am a medical cannabis patient with PTSD—which I guess doesn’t have to matter, but imo really should when so many people that are walking through your doors, use this plant for this or other needs that should matter to you as the people taking care of them…but anyways.) I told him I felt like I pissed him off and that the way he was talking to me when I was purchasing made me really confused and uncomfortable. He responded to me with irritation and impatience (he said things like ‘I wasn’t pissed then but obviously I am now’) and I was trying to express my feedback to him directly since he forcefully confronted me when I could’ve just walked out and dealt with it how I saw fit without being in this situation where I had a negative experience all over again and this guy Dylan treating me like I’m less than. Eventually he started saying that he had already apologized and I pointed out that no, he had not. He starts firing off how he’s said sorry 4,5,6, etc times already—so I kept saying fine I’ll take that as an apology (just for the record, IM NOT ASKING FOR AN APOLOGY AND WTF KIND OF APOLOGY IS THAT, I ONLY WANT YOU TO STOP TREATING ME LIKE THAT). I said thank you for the apology, stuck in this really weird and uncomfortable cycle with him feeling trapped and triggered and unsure of what is even going on having not expected this at all, for him to get further mad and say he’s tired of this and he’s going to have his security guard ESCORT/KICK ME OUT and then I said fine great I’ll gladly go with this man…and then I left, crying because of the confusion and overwhelming feelings I dealt with. The security guard was nice about it, and I will be fine…but as someone who has worked from sales to cultivation, to marketing and events, to assisting C-level suite, independent media, lobbying and everything in between in cannabis, I found this interaction beyond appalling. as a manager, if any of my employees or coworkers treated a customer, let alone a medical patient, that way that would not fly. I did not harass Dylan, I came in patient, happy and in a good mood. I came back to get his name and with no interest in interacting with him. To have Dylan come over and aggressively harass me for having an issue…doesn’t make sense to me. You clearly were not even coming to attempt to resolve it in any way. What was the point Dylan? None of that interaction had to happen and kicking me out when I was trying to be in and out in the first place feels laughable, but you put me through distress in a way that was so unnecessary and I think it’s terrible that a manager feels that’s the right way to handle things when someone has a concern (WHICH AGAIN, I WASNT EVEN DEALING WITH THEN…I JUST WANTED HIS NAME)—it’s wrong to anyone who deals with that. It was my first time at the dispensary so I can’t speak much on the others there—but Dylan ruined my experience in a way that was so avoidable. I will never understand why you came after me like that. The experience would’ve been still okay, despite the awkward transaction…if Dylan hadn’t treated me the way he did after! Not every customer service experience has to be perfect, but the way Dylan handled things...

The location didn’t seem bad but I went in for my first time visit and wanted to do a bogo on an eighth which my bud tender said would be 25 so I went ahead and did an eighth of both styles one available. she checked and saw one strain only had grams but she said it was fine she’ll just give me 4 gram bags.I was like how nice, but when i checked my receipt I got charged for 4 grams which came out to about 32 with tax, and got the 1/8 free, but if i would’ve known i was buying the four grams I would’ve thought I would get 4 gram bags of the other strain too or maybe would’ve just done carts.

Compared to the few others I have seen, pretty much generic. Lobby, check in, weed. But what really stood out is their toilet paper. I was more than pleased to use a public restroom that didn’t use one ply garbage paper that rubs like 40 grit sand paper. Staff were very friendly and informative.

I liked the idea of being able to go to a dispensary over going to a friend because - I would think a business would be able to keep up on it's stock. But I've gone in 3 times in a row and had what I wanted out of stock. It would be one thing if it was every now and then, or just the menu here on leafly - but to be out of a strain first thing in the morning and not update your in store menu? That's just bad business especially if it is a habit. I also wanted to spend extra today on an edible but got jipped and had to spend the extra money on bud that isn't worth the $2 extra a gram. ..And to top it off some grower was there today advertising their products like they were flexing quality...HA! This is the only dispensary I go to, I spend at least $100 here a month and based on what I'm seeing; I might stop coming in.

If you are a first time patient and you put in a Pickup order hoping that you can use that feature to it's advantage and be out of there quickly, expect to be last in a line of 25 people that did not put in an "express order" as they claim. Most dispensaries have a specific register for pickup orders and that is apparently not the case here. Or at least it's definitely not for first time patients which COULD have been stated on their website/leafly profile. The lobby area is claustrophobic, dingy, hot, and overall confusing when you first walk in. I never got my order because I had a very busy afternoon and I used the pickup order for a reason. Do not recommend.

This place is the best. They always make you feel at home. Tim was the hands down best budtender ive had in months of going to local spots. He ensured I got the best half ounce out of the jar he was serving from and also made sure I got the best meds they had to offer. I will definitely be back and recommend this dispensary to everyone!

I suffer from bad knee and lower back pain from an accident. My stomach was getting messed up from all the meds they had me on, so I wanted to try something else. I picked up some Charlotte's Web Everyday Plus, and this stuff is awesome! It does a really good job at keeping the pain and swelling down so I can get on with my day. My only problem is with the price. It's expensive and I can't buy it too often, but I'll definitely buy when I can! Thanks for being so friendly and welcoming to me on my first visit!

So I’ve been to so many dispensaries around town. Store fronts and delivery. This place by far is the best. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward around anyone. Everyone is just happy. This guy just listened to me vent for a few minutes after a bad day. Sorry about that. It was still fresh in my mind and I was pissed off. However you truly brightened my evening and got a couple laughs. That’s just the staff they are great. So far from what I have bought it’s excellent. The vapes last me so much longer and for the price it’s great. If you like edibles I REALLY like theirs. Best I’ve had so far I went back twice. I don’t have much money and they have never pushed me to buy expensive and their attitudes don’t get grim when I buy the cheaper stuff. I’m leaving this review because this is a great place. Your opening soon. I’ll be there!

This place is horrible first time paient they give you buy one get one I got home and my whole bag was seedy. I called to tell them that. They said to me "all we can say is sorry. All flower sales are final. That's why we let you look at it!" But here's the thing they don't let you look at it. they have it in a big jar and when they let you smell it they put a coffee filter over the top then proceed to shake the container then you have to try to smell it thru that. Your never allowed to really see if they have seeds in it!!! Shop here at your own risk !!!!!! They told me hopefully next time they can make me happy!!! Well there won't be a next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give them a 0 start if was an option!

I was going into the back room when I was started seizing. Not only were the employees quick to assist me and keep me from falling over, but they did not make a big ordeal out of it like most establishments would (like calling the EMTs) and instead had gotten my point of contact (who was luckily waiting outside in my car) and made them aware of the situation. They timed my first seizure and administered some CBD oil to help bring me out of it, and when my POC came inside they told them how long it lasted for. Shortly after I had a second minor one that didn't last as long but they held me up and talked me through it and made sure I wasn't alone through any of this. After it all passed, my friend pulled the car up and the employees helped me to the car. It is amazing that not only the speed they were to help, but the compassion they have for their patients and the fact they understood what I was going and didn't make a scene out of it. I truly cannot thank you guys enough, as I already love this dispensary for the amazing atmosphere it has, but now I love it even more knowing how above and beyond the staff is willing to go for their patients' well being to ensure their safety and security. I trust this place and will recommend it to ALL of my medicated friends and family.
