Thanks for listing your concentrates, strain snobs like me need strain lists. Look at how many reviews I've done 250+ 90% are strains. The variety is also appreciated, yesterday I was searching like ten dispensary menu's for something I wanted & no one had anything I haven't tried. So before going on an adventure to some dispensary in Phoenix I checked TGD menu once more. Bubba Fett terp sauce which I've never had, then Secret Weapon which I have had. Only $25! This is the Mesa facility I have never been treated so horribly as soon as I turn my back they morked me as soon as you asked to speak to a supervisor their body language does bug eyed and shaking their hand mocking you don’t ever go here the quality of care is horrible

Some strains are a little overpriced for the quality and the short dark haired girl with tattoos is rude. Both times she's helped me she acts like I'm putting her out. My other visits were much more pleasant. I like the location, never a long wait, and the specials are good tho.

Wow!!! Can I say wow! This dispensary has made great leaps and bounds to accommodate their clients since opening. Each team member is very nice and welcoming to everyone that arrives. They are always willing to take their time and never rush the patients and are very knowledgeable and informative. The overall appearance is stellar and the decor is extremely attractive indoors, outdoors is okay it's much more welcoming once you get inside. They also have security staff at all times I have gone. Tons of specials daily and the cheapest prices on dozens of strains they carry in store. Tons of specials to gets lots of weed for really decent price. Love getting products from this location hopefully they will open more locations.

Compared to the few others I have seen, pretty much generic. Lobby, check in, weed. But what really stood out is their toilet paper. I was more than pleased to use a public restroom that didn’t use one ply garbage paper that rubs like 40 grit sand paper. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Been here a couple times now. The full staff is very friendly and the budtenders seem to be on point with knowledge and experience. Haven't bought a bad bud yet, but the prices are a slight bit more expensive than other dispensarys.

It seemed like things were going good, then the person who was helping me, Dylan, became impatient/rude for some reason. I finished the transaction and left feeling very uncomfortable, but decided to ask the security guard for his name—Dylan then approaches from back behind the counter, and starts interrogating me aggressively about what’s going on and that he’s a manager and what’s my problem, etc. Getting the name and leaving could’ve all taken me 5 seconds, and the security guard (I think his name was Kevin) was perfectly nice about it (he was nice in general) but Dylan came out unexpectedly. I wasn’t expecting to have a conversation in the first place, but Dylan just came up and started interrogating me and honestly making the situation a lot worse seeing as I have PTSD and his aggression was quite triggering to me, I tried to be patient and I also tried to let him know that I am a medical cannabis patient with PTSD—which I guess doesn’t have to matter, but imo really should when so many people that are walking through your doors, use this plant for this or other needs that should matter to you as the people taking care of them…but anyways.) I told him I felt like I pissed him off and that the way he was talking to me when I was purchasing made me really confused and uncomfortable. He responded to me with irritation and impatience (he said things like ‘I wasn’t pissed then but obviously I am now’) and I was trying to express my feedback to him directly since he forcefully confronted me when I could’ve just walked out and dealt with it how I saw fit without being in this situation where I had a negative experience all over again and this guy Dylan treating me like I’m less than. Eventually he started saying that he had already apologized and I pointed out that no, he had not. He starts firing off how he’s said sorry 4,5,6, etc times already—so I kept saying fine I’ll take that as an apology (just for the record, IM NOT ASKING FOR AN APOLOGY AND WTF KIND OF APOLOGY IS THAT, I ONLY WANT YOU TO STOP TREATING ME LIKE THAT). I said thank you for the apology, stuck in this really weird and uncomfortable cycle with him feeling trapped and triggered and unsure of what is even going on having not expected this at all, for him to get further mad and say he’s tired of this and he’s going to have his security guard ESCORT/KICK ME OUT and then I said fine great I’ll gladly go with this man…and then I left, crying because of the confusion and overwhelming feelings I dealt with. The security guard was nice about it, and I will be fine…but as someone who has worked from sales to cultivation, to marketing and events, to assisting C-level suite, independent media, lobbying and everything in between in cannabis, I found this interaction beyond appalling. as a manager, if any of my employees or coworkers treated a customer, let alone a medical patient, that way that would not fly. I did not harass Dylan, I came in patient, happy and in a good mood. I came back to get his name and with no interest in interacting with him. To have Dylan come over and aggressively harass me for having an issue…doesn’t make sense to me. You clearly were not even coming to attempt to resolve it in any way. What was the point Dylan? None of that interaction had to happen and kicking me out when I was trying to be in and out in the first place feels laughable, but you put me through distress in a way that was so unnecessary and I think it’s terrible that a manager feels that’s the right way to handle things when someone has a concern (WHICH AGAIN, I WASNT EVEN DEALING WITH THEN…I JUST WANTED HIS NAME)—it’s wrong to anyone who deals with that. It was my first time at the dispensary so I can’t speak much on the others there—but Dylan ruined my experience in a way that was so avoidable. I will never understand why you came after me like that. The experience would’ve been still okay, despite the awkward transaction…if Dylan hadn’t treated me the way he did after! Not every customer service experience has to be perfect, but the way Dylan handled things...

Kevin helped me today. Very friendly, pleasant, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Easy to converse with, and puts out a positive vibe. If you’re looking for someone to share, or hear opinions with he will not disappoint. Always a pleasure to visit here. Always feels like home.

I've been here a few times and each time it gets more and more awesome! I love the welcome home, it makes me feel so at home. Sam and leha are always so welcoming and today I had Katelynn as my tender she said it was her first day and she did an amazing job! thanks good dispensary for other perfect visit! oh and try there fucking incredible!

been in and out a few times. newer place in the process of a really nice dispensary. love the glass fixtures. the weed was "fuckin incredible"-Tahoe driven. the shatter is good and $ is the average for Mesa/Tempe areas. it's a solid, well placed disp. the budtender I have seen is spot on. GIO. (if I spelled it right). he's so nice and points out the best goodies EVER. being an older user...it's nice to know I'm in good hands...at the good disp. haha.

I made my first visit here recently, and I was very impressed. Dalton took care of me, and he was genuinely interested in showing me around the shop. The prices are competitive and they weigh out your purchase in front of you. They have their own farm where some of the product is grown, and from what I tasted, it's very good. I am putting this on my short list of favorite dispensaries.

Love this "welcome home disp!". I've only had one person not be awesome (he was NOT a 5 star rep) at this disp! I wish they were closer to home but are worth the drive!
