good enough product, but the prices for quality stuff is pretty high, especially in larger quantities. pretty much every shop carries a selection of quality product, but most don't charge such high prices for it.

This was my first visit here at Green Nugget. They were really busy but I got helped as soon as I got through the door. My bud tender was a kick, he was helpful and knew his stuff. I will definitely be back.

I live next to the store and have kept an eye on it since it's grand opening. It is a top tier terrible place. I only go here when there is something on the menu I can not find anywhere else in town. It is a negative experience every time. What another reviewer said is accurate about the store being run by uneducated children. Consistently busy phone line. Consistently Inaccurate menu. Consistently rude staff. The reviewer commenting on the cultural discrimination at this store (Du-Rag) is not exaggerating. They will ask you to remove articles of clothing at their whim, after your photographic identity has already been verified. Avoid this place as best you can. Side note: Their parking lot is a bad accident waiting to happen. Those who know, know.

This is the actually the 3rd time this place has picked my online order incorrectly. First time they picked the wrong cartridge, second time they picked the wrong tincture, this time they picked two bags of milk chocolate rather than the mint chocolate I had actually ordered. I am disabled and have my husband pick up my orders while he is out running errands so he doesn't actually know what I order till he picks it up so I didn't catch the error for a couple hours but when I saw they were the wrong product I sent my husband back to the store to get them exchanged for what I did actually order and they refused to fix it. I called the manager the next day about it and again we were denied the products I had actually ordered and paid for because their policy only protects their customers from defective cartridges not defective staff. Well needless to say we nor our family and friends will ever patronize this establishment again.

Good prices and atmosphere but the labels are always wrong I run into this problem every other visit this time it was the gdp listed on the jar and menu but couldn't get it cause it rang up 5 dollars more when we got to the register ended up leaving with substantially lower quality for $5 less also when I told the tender my budget I was offered no advice at all this is one bad trip out of probly 30 I did not leave feeling good about my purchase at all if that was my first visit I'd never go back sucks cause I really like this shop

Always happy and friendly service

I have been a loyal patron for almost a year now. I first started going here from getting burnt at other shops in town and because I lived close by. I have since moved and make the drive across town every week because of the quality, the service and the deals. Most of the budtenders know me by now so the shopping experience is always top notch, no matter what I’m trying to spend. Much love to this crew!!!

Great location with great products!

Only go here if you have no other choice I used to love this place when they were in there old building but not ever since they moved and mass hired a bunch of uneducated melenials that just want you out of the store fast as possible . Like I said I'll still shop here for a few select things but I would not recommend the service is terrible

The customer service at this place is unmatched in spokane. The deals are non stop and everyone knows what they're selling because they smoke it too! And there's always new goodies to get excited about.

I Like the separation for medical and recreation. As well as prices and flavors were varied nicely. Would say perfect middle ground with some high ends mixed in. Great variety recomend if your near or cannot make a decision on a shop.

I hate taking a ticket but I still come back! The selection is decent and the staff are friendly...Can't really beat the prices.

Best deals in town! Always friendly service, and they always got a good bang for my buck. I usually walk out of there with a fire quarter of flower for 30-40$ without any problem at all. Actually it's some fire Blackberry Kush from The Happy Crowd that they have on sale that inspired me to write this review(only $15.50 for 3.5 grams! absolutely worth a try).. Their staff are friendly, and most of them seem to know what they are talking about and steer me towards good strains. No matter how busy they are I always get respect, attention and I feel happy that I'm spending time there to buy my medicine. Definitely worth a shot!

I don't like having to take a number and when your number is called they rush you in and out. They have good prices but I'm not a fan of the atmosphere and the buying process if they would slow down and not make me feel so rushed I would have gave them 5 stars across the board.

They had $150 ounces. asked about getting a half, was told they only have 1/8ths. Asked what the price was for an 1/8th, $40. 150/8=18.75. I'm not saying a little markup is unreasonable, but more than doubling the price is.

Visited this shop many times. They have a great selection of premo bud as well as some budget choices if you're low on cash.

I love da Nugg! They have the best deals I've found with an incredible selection. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. One particular Shatterday really inspired to write this review. I was 75 cents short on this amazing Bubba Kush from Bodhi High and also some Fire Og from ArtiZen when I got up register.So the just ended loaned me the change. This is the kind of generosity that I love from not only my budtenders and dispensary, but also human beings. Made my day! Now I am going to dab said product!

I go to this place all the time and it is always clean, the staff is always polite and friendly and always helps me find the product I'm looking for. A particular employee, Ben, helped me a lot by helping me find the right strain for my needs and told me about the deals they have everyday. He was a big help and I greatly enjoyed my time here.

Great variety and decent prices, terrible service. Their online ordering system is completely useless as they will be out of stock on 90 % of items listed at any given time. Out of 25 products ordered on 5 different orders over the course of 2 months, they had 3 in stock.It's a general feeling of IDGAF from the staff in the store as well. Why even offer online ordering if you are going to give it zero effort and only cause confusion and frustration for your customers? This place would be the go-to store if their service was above 1 star.
