The Green Nugget - Spokane

The wide variety of products and decent prices are what bring me back. The only downside is the horrible take a ticket line crap. Several times I've had to wait more than 10 minutes to talk with a bud tender. They definitely need more employees and a more organized system. Im happy with the farms they carry lots of good weed! People don't go by what the THC % numbers are, go by how pretty the flowers look and you will be happy with your choice.

Stopped in the first time about 2 weeks ago, really liked the relaxing, open atmosphere. A lot to choose from, and with daily deals the prices are pretty good.

They have a wonderful selection. I have been shopping here since almost day one. and I keep going backTop Knotch

All of the above. Have been to many shops. Green Nugget has the friendliest staff, knowledgeable, excellent selection, best specials. Best herb store in Spokane bar none. Thanks you Francis St location! I do still shop at Cannabis & Glass occasionally. .50 lighters are all I buy anymore lol

The deals are what bring me back here they're simply the cheapest option in my area because of them. They also have great holiday specials, a good atmosphere, and the absolute BEST way of letting you pick out your shit without rushing you. Other places feel crowded this place can handle being crowded. One thing I've heard however is this is a terrible place to work and I don't support that however I have heard that about many dispensaries sadly so I feel like it just comes down to being retail. I will continue going here due to the setup and deals which are really good.

I would say I am now a veteran here with 100+ visits (Flower mainly). I have also visited most shops in town multiple times as well. In terms of quality, like anywhere, you get what you pay for. Top shelf is always very high quality, while the discount flower still is very smokable and from what I have tried has always been a favorable experience. Service can be spotty. Not all bud tenders are as knowledgeable as I would prefer and it can feel like moving through the line is slower than expected (especially late at night or when slightly busy). Atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, always clean, always stocked and the case displays and layout are very intuitive. Like others before have said, the parking lot is quite cramped, so don’t think about bringing your giant trucks or things of that nature.

Do not buy from green nugget they ripped me off and sold me a glass bubbler that was not made correctly and was sealed off at mouth piece they don't care about their customers at all. I wanted an exchange for same item and the manager Casey was incredibly rude and would not give me a exchange nothing. I am a very wealthy customer never again do not shop here at all. Profits over people and faulty merchandise. Horrible place dont bother even CINDER is better than this horrible place.

Looked online to save time but when I get to the counter they don't have the strain I wanted, wasn't helpful at all, told me the ounces were in a case and for me to go look. meaning I have to get out of line and then wait in line a second time, no thanks. Went out of my way to shop here. Never again...

I'm a fairly regular customer and between a few friends and I are in the store a lot. Usually the service is great but today I went in for some flower and stood in font of the display case for at least 10 minutes without any employee saying anything to me. I watched several people who came in after me get helped and on their way. I ended up leaving before anyone could help me as I had to be somewhere. I will be back, but I'm not very happy with the way I wasn't treated.

This was my first time here. Good prices and good products. Very friendly staff. But due to 4/20 sales day it was extremely busy. The establishment was under construction, so I feel that saying things about the look or feeling of the establishment would be unfair because you shouldn’t judge a place underneath construction.

Eddie is always amazing when I come in, takes good care of me and never rushes me. I can’t tell you how important that is for me as I’m so indecisive, but he never makes me feel bad about it. And it truly is why I come back. Eddie and Gage took good care of me today, and always smile when I come in. I used to drive out of my way to go to a different shop but this crew really keeps me coming back.
