Friendly knowledgeable staff and great buds!

I used to be so impressed... lately I've noticed your oil being weighed short by .1 to .3, customer service isn't as nice, and your window has been broken for a hot minute. And the selection seems like it is quickly dwindling too. Maybe I am being over critical, but with so many dispensaries in the area your advantage is slipping

I loved it here. There's a really really nice glass shop out front too, which was cool. Even better in the dispensary in the back. I will definitely come back and tell my friends about you.

HONESTLY! I love this location the people are great always nice and friendly.they always greet me with a smile and eager to help me and always recommended the best options for what I am looking for and in my price range. the wait is never long and I always leave a happy customer. Thanks for doing a good job. By far one of my favorite stores.

Great store with friendly staff & large variety of options!

Pros: the budtenders I have had, one in particular, have been very knowledgable and helpful. Even though I am considered "recreational" I was there for medical reasons and the guys in the back steered me to the perfect strains for what I needed. I have read several complaints about having to wait and go into the back room that looks and "feels" like a pharmacy, but I think this is actually a positive. It takes away the stress of having to hurry up and make a purchase because someone behind you is impatient. If they remodel or move to a bigger space I hope they keep the back room pharmacy. The cons: Parking and the bldg. needs a facelift. Other than that...great place.

Been to this place a few times, t hey have a little bit of everything. one of the best places for concentrates, selection,and price. their smoke shop prices are competitive as well. If you're in the area. stop on in, check them out.

This is by far one of my favorite places to acquire my medical products, but recently I have had a series of service errors (uncharged ipod, down internet service) which are starting to effect how I feel toward this location. I have always had great service from the staff, and there is always a surplus of items to choose from. However the last couple of times I have been in I was unable to (or had to wait significantly longer than) complete my purchase because of the above mentioned errors. Today 10/22/15 I came in to buy I small amount of concentrate. Again there was a system error so I had to wait for them to correct the mistake. I was given a pre-roll for the inconvenience and told that it would not take more than a minute to fix. Well the minute passed and still no solution. I was then instructed by one of the staff members that I could go across the street and withdraw money from Plaid Pantry if I wanted to expedite the process. Most non-bank ATM's charge a service fee, and then the bank applies its own fee, so this was not an option I wanted to pursue. I was offered %10 off for the inconvenience, but since my purchase was small the amount I would have to pay in service fees did not equal the amount saved by %10. So, since no other alternatives were offered I decided to leave upset, with no medical product, and even had the free "inconvenience" pre-roll taken from me.... My suggestion: If your facility is unable to accommodate credit/debit cards as it advertises then maybe your store should divert to cash only. This will not be my last visit, but if these type of occurrences continue I will seek medication from more reliable establishments.

Great place. Really made me feel comfortable. It must take great patience to spend the entire day dealing with a lot of people who really don't know what they want. Friendy folks who made some great recommendations. Also didn't have to have cash. Very big plus!

I personally would like to thank every member of staff at Green Planet. These people are true professionals who care about their customers. The way they took care of me tonight was phenomenal, and I couldn't thank them enough. It's a very long story and I already wrote it in another review on a different site. This is basically the story: Man makes gross comment about my appearance and makes me feel unsafe. Green Planet staff acted professionally, without creating conflict. Made my safety their priority. Very professional. Much wow. These people really care about their customers.

This is a go to place! Wide variety of strains and pieces. The guys and gals here are super nice to boot!

The whole Green Planet experience is amazing, and the staff is absolutely just as awesome, they always make me feel comfortable by taking their time to answer any questions you may have and are sure to help you find whatever it is that suits your medical and recreational needs ranging from an array of different products for all various budgets. I will definitely be coming back here as it is one of the more practical, laid back, and down to earth quality shops in the Portland area.

You will not find a staff that wants to make you happy more than the staff at Green Planet! They are amazing and helpful and if a computer error should make a mistake, not only do they make it right but they go over and beyond with freebies! You get discounts and/or a special every day of the week and what you buy earns you points that gives you cash off future purchases! How can you beat all of that? I'd like to see another dispensary try! ;) Going anywhere else is just foolish! 😎 Be happy and stay medicated at The Green Planet!
