Only doing this review for the penny joint, love this store and workers only complaint I can think off is that they wear unifourms now, it used to look like ur frend was selling you weed now it's a salespersons.

This was my 2nd dispensary and it was much more enjoyable. everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable about the product

Terrible. I had been going here regularly but never will again. I called ahead to ask what time was the cut off to come in and purchase marijuana. I was told that they took people right up until closing at 10pm. So I drive 20 minutes, get there at 9:55pm where I am handed a business card and told they would not serve me because it was too late. So I am a regular customer in a business that is still open and was told they would not sell to me because the process would would take them past closing. Even when I told them someone on the phone informed me I could come in at that time. His response to which was "We are in the process of changing that policy" Okay, so here is some free customer service advice, this is where you say "Welcome to The Green Planet, we are changing our closing policy so in the future, here is the time you need to arrive by in order to make a purchase, now what can I do for you?" Also, he wouldn't even tell me what time I needed to be there by!!! So what are people supposed to do? Guess if they can come by? Call ahead every single time and ask? Ridiculous. Lastly, their Pre-Rolls are loose and burn unevenly. The bud tenders in the back are awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.

Relaxed atmosphere, employees conducted themselves professionally, answered all my questions. High quality flowers. Not so happy with the cuttings I bought. They were spindly, had poor structure and insect damage to the leaves. It looked like they were grown under low light conditions. Reasonable prices on everything from glassware to cuttings.

Call ahead if you are shopping for something particular! They falsely advertise the current strains in stock - some strains on the menu have been out of stock for weeks. What I find in store tends to be lesser quality than what is advertised.

I have been here twice before, on non-cannabis trips before legalization. This trip I was shocked. Usually the employees are super helpful and professional. My visit last night however was completely opposite. There were super young and inexperienced employees, miscommunication (or a complete lack of communication at all), an older man who didn't even know what glass screens were, but the two young men in the back were knowledgeable and nice. Idk if I will go back, but if I do it will be some months away.

I was sold tainted dabs. This location does not test all batches and has low quality product. Picketing resulted from that ordeal. As for the visit itself; long wait in the shop front: Only had one person working the counter who didn't know how to log in new patients, and only had 1 bud tender. Lack of knowledge: Bud tender was unsure about most brands and strains. Overpriced: Up to 50% more expensive, uses their location as an excuse.

lets come up with dome deals guys i send money on flowers everyday yes everyday with out it its a bad day for me tbe prices are a bit much there are alot of your competitors that are doung great deals not in your area but a trip out to portland is worth saving money and im not talking penny change

I was greeted with a smile and hello right away. we were brought into the weed room within a couple minutes and the girl that helped me was very informative. I'd shop here again in a heart beat!

Great location depending on the time of day. Always a good selection. I'd suggest buying cartridges and such somewhere else but this is great for flower. Bought a cartridge today and can't use it. "Cultivated" cartridge brand is really over made crap that doesn't work. They need to spend the money on making a product that actually works. Glad I didn't buy 2...

Your staff is so awsome and the store is nice.

They have great prices on cartridges, and a good selection. I bought a Green Dragon cartridge and asked if it would fit the Palm battery before I purchased, and was told it would. Unfortunately it does not. I do have a battery I can use, but it prefer my Palm battery and feel the sales person should have known the correct answer. Other than that the service is usually good.

I love this place!! I have been coming here for over a year now and every time I'm here it's just spectacular. The service, and the quality of there products are amazing! I can't say enough good stuff about this place. keep up the good work!
