Very friendly and people oriented staff! They had what I needed and overall very pleasant experience and big sized shop too and lots of glass to choose from as well! Will come back.

First time looking at CBD/THC products. Server was very informative and answered all my questions. I was impressed there was no pressure to 'just hurry up' like there is in general retail sales people.

I love this shop man. They always have what I am looking for and if not, budtenders will provide recommendations. It can get busy sometimes, but the product variety and service makes the wait worth it If u are in the Beaverton area, come check the out!

We regularly come here because the staff is always genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful, and they create such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The deals are amazing, and the products are excellent!

Ive been going here since 2017 and love it, they have a wide variety to chose from, awesome staff and great deals. I love that they have a reward system, it might be small but its better than nothing like other dispensaries! Theyre always on top of their game and when i go to other dispo's i find myself thinking "i wish i went to GP"

Very large space so you can move around people. They have it nicely organized to keep everyone flowing in the same direction. Love the daily deals and they will even give an early morning discount if you get there before 10am ;)

I had a great experience purchasing joints with Alex it was once I got home and tried the product and re reached out I had the issue. I give TONS of business to green planet and today called about a joint that would light but not pull through and burn. They told me because I opened it there is nothing they can do and to just use the flower from the pre roll. If I wanted flower I would have brought flower. I say if you aren’t going to sell quality at least fix the issue. Anywhere else they would have said come exchange it out and see but this place lost a consistent customer.

I would not recommend the online order service because we had a bad experience and almost drove there twice for a product that was on the menu but not in stock. We got a phone text 2 hours later that our order was ready for pickup. Fortunately we decided to phone the place up and they told us it was ready. However, after explaining what happened when we drove there, the man said they didn't have the product. I asked him why he confirmed the order was ready before I explained what had happened, only to then tell me it was not available? He said thank you and hung up. The product they don't have is still on the menu!

I wanted to buy something that I saw on their menu on Leafly but when I got there they didn't have it. I was disappointed to say the least. Their prices on their menu on Leafly are also not the same as they are in the store which is also very disappointing.

Honestly had a poor experience. I hope the bud tender was in a poor mood because I felt like his demeanour was extremely off putting, his customer service was horrible. It was my first time in the store and it seemed as if he had no desire to answer any of my questions. Also, the information presented was misleading as all prices do not include tax and any discount added is added to the non-tax price, this is different from many of the other dispensaries I attended that include tax in the final cost. In comparison to nearby dispensaries, this resulted in higher prices for the same product. I would not recommend this store to any one. Ive been to many dispensaries, and the service is always standard (polite and educated employees), this dispensary unfortunately broke the mold. I am disappointed in myself for spending money at this location.

Write a 5 star review and get a discount? That's what it seems like. Wish these shops would stop manipulating the rating system. Bud was average, oil was over priced, staff was ok. Not on my list of fav places

I made a 30+ minute drive to check it out for the strains and I show up at around 7:45pm - 8:00pm to essentially sit in a lobby for 10+ minutes waiting for my name to be called. Not off to a good start. In the meantime I checked out some overpriced glass. Huge selection, some great glass, bongs, vaps, .etc but at those prices it's pretty obvious why. If I can order a small glass pipe for $4 - $7 online, there's no way I'm paying $15 - $30. My name is finally called. Sweet. I get back to this room and it's like a double closet, maybe triple. It's so tiny. I checked out various strains, they were fine, nothing suspect. I settled on one and the dude is just high AF trying to get it in the weigh bowl and measured the wrong amount at first. I have no problem with that, he was a cool enough dude, but when he tried to charge me extra and just said "Just testing you man" I'm like...is this dude for real? Apparently. Overall, I didn't have a huge problem with the entire thing, I got what I wanted, paid the listed price and even smoked some of it already. If it was my first time at a dispensary I wouldn't think much of it, but it wasn't, not by a long shot. I've been to 3 alone in the last few days and I have to say, this place doesn't even come close, from the wait times to customer service to selection - this quite literally would rank dead last. The selection is tiny, the wait was ridiculously long especially considering it's 8pm, and if I have to correct someone on pricing it's math I shouldn't have to be doing. I'm there to check out the weed and hand you money. So, I won't be back but I'll stop short of saying "don't go" because if it's convenient to you and they have what you want, by all means - go. You may find the wait and the 20 buds on tap worthwhile. Hell, you might even want to pay $30 for a glass pipe. If so, this place is for you.

This location itself is fine. The staff on a whole seems nice and helpful. There is a decent selection of flower and there are many clones from which to pick. Here's the rub: I bought 2 clones the night before last and they looked great. I came to them this morning to work with them and the Animal Cookies clone was spotted all over with powdery mildew... bummer... Less than 48 hours and it was all over the thing(my grow is humidity controlled so I was pretty surprised it even expressed itself so quickly). I called them up and they had me bring it back to take care of it. Stuff happens, I get it, great. I arrived an hour or two later with said clone sealed in a bag and this is when things broke down. Long story short, I was offered a replacement which is reasonable. I asked if the plants had come from the same grower and was told they are all from the same place. As such, I declined the replacement. Instead I asked for my money back. This is not their policy and there is nothing they could do for me besides store credit or some flower in the rough amount I had spent on the clone. I want nothing they have besides my damn money back for the inconvenience. Basic customer service dictates: do what it takes to make things right and keep a customer. During this whole process the bud tender kept telling me that I should have hit them(clones) with a 30% peroxide spray upon receipt and that's how I should avoid this problem in the future. This was well meant advice and I'm not critiquing it except that he was blaming me for the issue saying that I should have done that to avoid the powdery mildew which I believe is systemically present in the plant. Powdery mildew is a ubiquitous problem in the Pacific Northwest. Once it takes hold of a plant, it becomes systemic. Then based on stress or environmental conditions, it will show or express itself through powdery white spots. It can live for a long time in a plant and not show itself based on other factors, henceforth my assumption based on the speed of progression is that it came from the mother plant and this was a systemic problem that had just expressed itself. He told me again about the peroxide and about his experience and was very dismissive of this idea. I then went to the clone rack and picked up the first Animal Cookies clone that I could and handed it to this guy. Low and behold, it was also expressing powdery mildew and it was very obvious! I said: "here look, its on this on too!". He said something dismissive like "yup" as if it was all good. To wrap things up, I got 1.16g of cannabis flower to make up for this situation which I never would have bought otherwise. Nor would I have driven an hour out of my way twice for the lousy 1.16 grams that I paid full price including tax for, and gas for 2 hours in my truck. I wanna say a lot of bad things, but it as it isn't worth it I simply will never go back. Last thing: I expect them to continue selling the rest of these clones based on what I've seen and that they hadn't cared to check or pull the affected clones in their inventory after my first call warning them about what I received.

Nothing, it was fantastic! I preordered online, the response and fill was completed in timely manner (within 30 min). When I arrived there was little wait time as the staff is knowledgeable and quick! I added to my order because the selection was amazing and the guy that helped me had some great suggestions. I went in not really knowing what I needed/wanted and Dominique was incredibly helpful. I had a good amount of questions and she was able to explain everything very well. Everyone else seemed pretty chill and it was a relieving experience. Once these edibles wear off and I can walk again, I'll definitely go back.

This is a big store. They also sell plants and vaporizors, etc. All but one employee is super nice and helpful (and they have a sizeable staff, so that's pretty good). They are a little more expensive than the other place we go to, but it's typically a really good experience! They were the first dispensary we ever went to when we visited from NY before we moved here. They made us feel right at home! I recommend.

The dispensary right before the Cornelius pass and TV highway light is the Green planet and they are absolutely amazing. My favorite people from first meeting because they're the most kind , patient, upbeat and helpful crew are King Louie G., Alphie,Zak, Alec, and Alicia. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO YOU NEED TO FIND!! I SWEAR!! I've been happier... Since I was told about this place. I love the Green Planet stores.
