Who the hell is Curaleaf? I saw that tax was no longer being factored in. That translates to a 9.5% price increase. "Some prices will actually go down"? Malarkey, unless they drop 10%. When I read that the employees hate the new management, my heart sank. This WAS our go to dispensary. Change is not always good.
very disappointed in the Curaleaf takeover. no more $99 oz. deals. I hate this corporatization of our dispensaries. it's a shame, I loved this place before Curaleaf became involved. I guess I can go to any shitty Curaleaf location for my stuff. the deals aren't that great

It was the go to spot for be Rhône in the north valley.always busy Friday morning for the deals,rewards.,service,and over all good medicine. Now I got not so nice people anymore who are clearly not morning people tending to my needs and the whole tax and 3 tiers is B.S... hers an idea change the sign or sell it back to the peop who care about the patient..

I used to drive 100 miles (2 hours) to this location minimally once a week for almost 2 years and literally the minute curaleaf took over it has been 100% awful experiences. I had my 3rd horrible visit last week and finally said it's over. I am so disappointed in the way curaleaf has made the patients zero priority and continually send out false emails about the deals. Between the false advertisments and the new people that couldn't give a shit about the customer they are helping at the moment I just can't see myself EVER coming back to this location. And I am a creature of habit. Shame on you curaleaf for ruining a beautiful thing, I'm really going to miss my budtenders (aaron, Logan, Smith, and all the others that have been there so long) Such a disappointing decision to have to make.

terrible price hikes, the people that work there hate curaleaf, im done
The new price changes have really turned me away from here. on a good day I could go and buy an oz of top shelf flower and pay no more than $195. and now top shelf flower is 288 an oz and thats BEFORE taxes?? That's ridiculous and is not fair to the people that need cheap, reliable medicine.

This place is shady
I realize transitions are difficult, but deceit is not a proper response. Wait was longer than usual, but quite illuminative. As I was waiting oh about 45 mins or so … it struck me odd that the monitors weren't showing any flower offerings, while showing both shake and prerolls and apparently most other offerings without issue. Odd. So I get to my tender and ask for Acapulco Gold as I saw it in an email a couple day ago and find out they are out. OK, no problem, what do you have for sativas? Sorry we're out. No sativa. Really. Ahhh now the flower list being missing makes much more sense, no? Not liking the Cura experience at all. Offerings are significantly worse and hugely more vague, almost as if they want you uncertain when you show up. That's also odd. Will be avoiding the Cura brand in general after this. *User experiences may vary* :)
Another example of a out of state company with a lot of investors buying small shops. Curaleaf sucks, the products they brought in are not as good as before. The daily deals suck. The greenhouse WAS my go to shop. Now I tell everyone I know to avoid any curaleaf shop because their own products suck and are dry. My go to place is Sol flower a new place in Sun City good deals good products.
Another great local dispensary taken over by Curaleaf, who thinks $40 eighths are great deal. On to find another locally owned dispensary with reasonable prices and reports THC levels. Real depreasing to see The GreenHouse go.

I don’t mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I really believe cura leaf is %100 the government testing products and the employees that work for them don’t treat their job as a privilege, which clearly it is, they are unprofessional in every way, and have absolutely no knowledge on the products they are selling to patients that are only trying to better themselves. it just doesn’t seam right that we had such a variety of dispensaries and now they’ve bought out at least 5 great family owned businesses and turned them into a systematic 3 tier shop with buds that weren’t cared or cured properly
gotta say when the universe closes a door,.sometimes it opens a really nice French glass.window/door instead! Prices are through the roof. for the most part, all they give discounts on now is concentrates and processed thc cause the profit margin is so high (500%). the bud was pretty good, but they've brought much of their own lines in.and guest strains which are dry. The menus are hard to follow and they don't list thc content on line any more even they have it. Oh yeah and they don't answer the phone any more either. well.they answer it and you sit there for over 27 minutes until Someone hangs up on you!!!! thanks.guys! not likely to be back here again. I found the window the universe opened. keep looking you'll find your rainbow too!

I was looking forward to my first time coming in, but I was extremely disappointed in the service at this location. Usually when I go to any Curaleaf, I’m always treated well, but this time I was not. I was given so much attitude. The lady helping me seemed really tired and irritated because she listed the deals so fast, I could barely catch on to what she was saying. So when I asked her to repeat something, she would laugh at me and give me a dirty look. I wanted to look at different strains because none of them were out for me to see and when I asked her to see another one and then another one she would give me the dirtiest look... like ISNT that your job? To show me my options and help me understand the prices? Because I felt like she did not want to do any of that and she made me feel really disrespected every time I asked her a question. Her name was Smith and I really hope someone helps her improve her customer service skills, because I’m never returning to this location again. And the guy she helped before me was also dissatisfied too. Really one of the worst experiences I’ve had, going into a dispensary for the first time.
I used to love this place. Sucks they sold it to Prices are higher, terrible specials, changed their point structure. It’s not worth going here anymore. Very unfortunate

Thought you guys were gonna stay true and not sellout to Curaleaf? Now you’re just another big name with big prices to go with it. People rely on consistency in pricing for their treatment. Obviously the owners only ever cared about money not the patient. As I can see from some of the negative reviews you didn’t delete, I’m not the only one that thinks this way. What a shame!!
I put in a review yesterday not knowing about Curaleaf buying out the Greenhouse, I take back everything I said, this place is now as bad as all the other Curaleaf locations, i will be coming back to use my credit that went way down in value and will not be coming back after that. The bud tenders excuse was (corp America for the change) but if I can recall, didn't we start this movement wanting Corp America to keep their noses out, just saying. Like a lot of the reviews for this place, you have lost yet another customer.
The front desk ppl, specifically today as around 7, dont really handle pick up customers, essentially they treat them like any other customer so dont waste your time, and any time Miranda's there dont even bother shes the worst and blames everything on her pregnancy.

The wait was long, their deals have many terms and conditions that limit your options. First time patient deals are good for only one visit at one of their 5 locations lol. Other dispensaries offer better deals, quality, less time spent waiting. I do not recommend

Glad I cashed out before it was too late. They were trying to take my point money and convert it to there new system. A fraction of what it was. Goodbye Silverback. I won’t be back. There is nothing special about you anymore.
I bought a half of “mid-tier” Purple Mountain Majesty... each of the pre packed 1/8th tubes were packed with crumbs and shake. What the f are we paying for? The flower was better when it was Greenhouse. I want my money back for the half. I can bring you back one of the janky 1/8ths. You all don’t care.

I generally like the place, but they’re going downhill. The flower is really dry lately, & the last two grams I got from them were underweight. Additionally, for whatever reason, the Dr. Who tested at 19% but they charged me like it tested at 23%, & there was no explanation for that. Additionally, they changed their rewards program to give less reward. If this is how loyalty is rewarded, they don’t deserve my loyalty. Seeing as this kind of stuff is happening more & more, I won’t be going back.

I am incredibly upset that the daily deals have been removed without notice, and upon going into the store only half of the deals were honored. I do not like how products are being horded in order to be bought at a higher price, this is medicine to most of us, it's expensive as it is. I'll be looking for a different dispencery for the future.
