Curaleaf - Glendale

rec ruined curaleaf. this was my go to shop twice a week. way to screw over all the medical patients and raise the price on meds and lower the quality and take away the daily specials.

Seems like the Glendale greenhouse is a little racist. Today was the third time I’ve had an online leafly order and I checked in and waited while people after me with online orders were called first. Each time this has happened I’m the only non white person and I’m skipped. Don’t think it was an accident three times. 😡

Do you know what makes me happy? It’s when I drive by this dispensary and see that the parking lot is empty. This is the worse place in Phoenix.

Now that this is Curaleaf not only did the point system change (ended up losing built credit) the and the old referral bonus change (significantly dropped value) but you can no longer get a free gram on your birthday without making a purchase (very disappointing things to learn after making the trip for my birthday) This is highly disappointing. I used to think the flower, prices and service from the Glendale Greenhouse was worth the fairly distanced drive from my location but now it’s not worth it.

A 20 minute wait just to check in is not how you keep customers

This place has gone downhill so much ever since rec stared... curaleaf raised prices and quality has gone down. I have found another place and am done here.

was great before curaleaf took over. Curaleaf advertises in email one price then charges a different price when you get there. they won't do anything to compensate for their false advertising either!

The recent takeover has me torn. I have been going to The GreenHouse for over 3 years now and it’s difficult to accept the new changes. I remember when the ounces were $330 and the staff fought for the patients, bringing the prices down to $192. Now, that’s gone. You’re paying $100 more for the same quality of flower. I love the place but the higher management should value their patients over their profits.

Before they became Curaleaf they gave misleading information. I stopped using this location quite a while ago. I highly recommend using a different dispensary if you buy cartridges. This store says the honor the warranty from the manufacturer’s warranty. However, when I brought back a full cartridge I was experiencing issues with. They refused to replace it. I had t go to scottsdale. Meet with the manufacturer and get a replacement. Very inconvenient. I am have no interest in visiting this location again. The manufacturer not only replaced my cartridge but, they also had better pricing.

Ever since Curaleaf took over, they've stop carrying a product that I used daily. they havent had it for weeks and the products they offer aren't consistent. WHY??????? PLEASE START CARRYING BLACKWATER AGAIN.

I really miss the greenhouse. Used to spend $200 there a week. Would put my order in on leafly, wait for my completed text, go there and be greeted with a smile and sometimes even by name. After waiting in the room today for 30 minutes for my online order i finally got up and left. What's the point of doing an online order if you're still going to have to wait forever. A packed dispensary with 3 budtenders on. Does anyone else remember the email curaleaf sent out that promised, more product, more budtenders and better prices? lol yeah that's really aged well. Thanks curaleaf for ruining my favorite dispensary. oh and the lady working the front desk today has the customer service skills akin to someone who works at the DMV

The greed driven corporate takeover has changed the Glendale Greenhouse in a bad way. Understaffed and crowded today (Friday). I feel for all of the remaining staff who have been great over the last 5 years. Very disappointed.

Over priced weak bud and they are always slow or not ready. Stay Away!

Placed an online order, waited an hour, didn't hear anything. Went to the store, waited in line instead of skipping it because order wasn't filled, security guard was letting others in. I had proof order was placed, not filled. I called while in line, they said they got my order, I could stay in line for another half hour, or come back later. They didn't expedite my order even though I was there, Ridiculous! I said the whole reason I put in order was so I could pick up my meds then go to appointment on other side of town, that I wasn't going to be back before they closed, and to put my order back on the shelf. I went to another dispensary, was in and out in ten minutes. I haven't been back here since. Besides their brand of Top Shelf vape cartridges leaked and tasted funny. flower selection wasn't as good as other dispensaries.

This location was great when it was Glendale Greenhouse, but now the first time I came in since they were bought by Curaleaf, it's horrible. Curaleaf has some great locations and products available, but this store is disorganized with rude employees who take centuries to give you your meds. They don't seem to know what they're doing and they're unpleasant to be around. There only seemed to be 3 cashiers for about 10 registers and 10 people waiting to be taken care of. Ridiculous. I'll gladly go back to the Curaleaf on Central any day, but this one? Never again.

Is it me or are the prices sky rocketing and the quality is declining after rec has been introduced? Kinda messed up for loyal medical patients like myself, the last batch I picked up the quality was sub par compared to when it was medical only. Why aren't medical getting their own pricing and etc, more than just our tax breaks? 60 bucks an Eigth of top shelf? This isn’t the streets, thats absurd pricing. May have to start growing again....

Horrible service and horrible product , to top it off overpriced compared to other locations. Deals , let me laugh, this place hasn’t had one good deal since Greenhouse left the building. Terrible!

Place was great as the Glendale Greenhouse. Now the prices are way higher, the bud quality is way less and every eighth I got was short. Too bad these guys can buy out a bunch local shops and try to create a monopoly. Don't buy from Curaleaf.

I am very disappointed the way this place has gone. I have been coming here for 4 years straight and now the selection is awful. The employees are always so nice but I can see their frustration. The new rewards program stinks compared to the old one, they got rid of tons of products they used to carry, now when I do online orders I get there and they don't have it in stock. Time to look for a new dispensary unfortunately. I will miss you Glendale Greenhouse, you were the best around.

How can you call it Medical Cannabis if you Refuses to show the THC % and in a lot of cases not even the strain. With out the THC % and the strain for the correct dosage it is NOT Medical this is just a big corporate company selling high priced Weed.

come on now. I've been a member since it was the Greenhouse. I thought it was a horrible scam for presenting a PERMANENT 30% discount for all medical card holders, and then presenting it as a monthly sale. absolutely horrible. find a different dispensary to save money.

I have been coming to the Greenhouse for years, and they have always had the best products along with the best prices. Now that they got bought out, they advertise 'cheaper' prices, yet ounces are now $100 more for top shelf and they no longer include tax in their prices. Looks like it was great while it lasted, but all good things must come to an end. Hopefully once they realize how much revenue they are losing they will go back to the old format. Fingers crossed because this used to be the only place I would go for flower...Now I will not be going back.
