I am very disappointed the way this place has gone. I have been coming here for 4 years straight and now the selection is awful. The employees are always so nice but I can see their frustration. The new rewards program stinks compared to the old one, they got rid of tons of products they used to carry, now when I do online orders I get there and they don't have it in stock. Time to look for a new dispensary unfortunately. I will miss you Glendale Greenhouse, you were the best around.
I have been going to the greenhouse for 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else....until now. This location was recently sold and is under new management and the name is now CureLeaf. They no longer do the $50 credit for every $400 you spend and the deals aren’t as good. The worst part is the people working there are clearly unhappy because there was no longer that sense of happiness. They were just there as if they were working a job that they didn’t like and no more friendly greetings. This place has changed and I regret to say it’s not for the better.

Raised their prices substantially, continue to cut products from the menu regularly, and overall not consumer friendly.

Price gouging! I've been a med patient and on SSI. I can't afford these ridiculous prices! The rich get richer and the poor guy gets it in the end! You lost another customer!

Place kind of sucks now that they are under new management. Prices went thru the roof, selection is more limited, and the onmy saving grace is that the staff is still great. Will no longer be a patron. What a bummer.
I gave all 5 stars because it will probably be my last time doing that for you guys. Super bummed to see the Curaleaf name on my favorite dispo and to see that my points have essentially been taken away because they will no longer be worth what they were. I wish things could go back to the way they were..it’s like a bad breakup 😭 time to find a new dispensary to visit every week and drop all my $$$ at. I’ll remember the good old days greenhouse

I was upset about the change also but I talked to the manager, who's been with the Greenhouse for a few years now and she's convinced me that the changes are good. Don't give up on them yet, let's wait and see.

pretty sad that this place deletes negative reviews to make themselves look better. pretty shady and pathetic. Way to ruin one the best dispensaries in Phoenix. I miss the Glendale greenhouse.
Not happy today. I have been a patient for a couple of years and today is the first time that I am thinking of not going here anymore. When you advertise its Moon Rock Thursday and only states this at this location and you show up and there are none! I called and was told is wasnt at this location, but its the only location that advertised it being Moon Rock Thursday! Curaleaf has given the Greenhouse a bad vibe and you get typical corporate answers now. What a bummer.
I get off work late so I do online ordering to ensure I’m able to take advantage of the sales and specific strains. If I don’t , I NEVER get what I want. This location has started limiting the online menu (of their available strains) AND declining my request to fill a strain which they have in stock but are getting low on. This has resulted in me NOT being able to get the strains I want and sometimes being blocked from taking advantages of the sales. Is this discrimination to online users the result of Curaleaf buying out this business? Will this be the new policy toward your online clients?

WARNING: THIS PLACE WILL INCORRECTLY WEIGH YOUR WEED
this place was a gold mine before the rec law passed… but ever since, the quality of the bud has plummeted and the only way to buy grade-A weed is to spend $60 on an eighth of private reserve, which is like $12 more than what it was 4 months ago. other than that, EVERY SINGLE eighth i buy here is short of 3.5gs. one time i brought it home and immediately weighed it and it came out to 2.5gs. the employees barely remember when to apply the 20% for medical patients too. never coming back here again, you guys keep losing customer after customer

I’m so upset . When it was the greenhouse I loved this place so much . But the vibe just isn’t the same . Also I got 2 .0.5 g prerolls few day’s ago . When I went to smoke one of them I realize there only 0.25 g . It does say it’s suppose to be 0.5 and when I put the to prerolls together you can clearly see they are 2 different sizes . Honestly I’m not sure if I’ll go back to this place now . I don’t want to have to weigh my stuff from a dispensary to make sure I don’t get shorted

Once Curaleaf took over I knew it would be a slow decent into shitsville as all other locations were already a dry flavorless zero potency experience that'll never improve and continue the over hike in prices!! Sorry not sorry!
I'll miss the OLD staff as the new staff has ZERO personality and lack of social connection and education! I did want to work here but Curaleaf ruined the atmosphere as well. Even the staff looks unhappy over worked and under appreciated hence the disappearance of the familiar faces. Dueces Curaleaf!

It’s a good dispensary but I was disappointed with my last visit. I chose to do a buy two get one deal. I check online and the 1/8 prices were $27. However, my receipt says each were $9 more...

Picked up the "strain of the day" (Ghost Train Haze) today and it is tiny micro pieces of crud and some sticks (this may have at one point in time been actual marijuana, but it's hard to tell). Maybe they ran out of marijuana and threw some dust, sticks and whatever else could be found into the 1/8th containers as it was about 1.5 hours before closing... ???
This is the worst 1/8 of anything I have received in my many years as a patient. I have always given them 5 stars in the past, but this just blows my mind. WTF is going on there that someone would even put this in a medical package to be purchased by a patient?
I feel completely and utterly ripped-off. Super un-cool.

BEWARE!! The guy with the facial hair and gages in his ears tried to scam me. I asked for the receipt because something didn’t sound right and he was reluctant to give it to me. As soon as I looked at it he said he’d get the manager. Turns out he overcharged me $50. The manager said he’d credit my account because refunding my money would “take too long” and it was busy. Went back and of course the last transaction had been done under another patient’s name. Good thing I saved the receipt! The girl at the counter just said “Oh that’s weird” and finally added the money they owed me to my purchase. I will never go back and I’ve been a customer since they opened. Still mad! I wonder how many times they have done this before to me and to other people and we just didn’t notice? Very suspicious..

This dispensary is one of my Top Favorites they have great products and the best deals. The best part is I ordered online and had some questions about my order. I could get them answered Via Text which is outstanding before I take a long drive for something I may not get. That is exceptional service to me!!!!!
