I had a very wonderful experience, all of the staff were very pleasent and helpful. Great selection of everything from Flowers, concentrates, edibles, and premium glasswear. They will have my business and I highly recommend to anyone whom might consider themselves a "connoisseur".

There’s a few really really nice bud tenders here who are really willing to help and show you whatever strains you wanna see and generally be cool and genuine humans. The long time girls who have worked there forever are awesome as well. (Amanda / Jessie) Then there are the other few who work there I can assume all these other reviews are referring to. Absolutely 100% correct they are. These few salty, rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate employees are ruining your reputation, but I’m not sure that really matters as money is the key. Lots of people will shop there regardless but I guarantee you’re losing more money on customers who won’t shop there anymore, then you're paying these kids to spoil your business. What’s the worth in keeping them employed? If you can’t be nice to people working as a budtender in a pot shop, I see an issue with that. Maybe they can go trim bud instead. Totally understand having to deal with people all day and the aggitation that comes with that but honestly it’s so bad and it’s uncalled for. I like the product being sold there these days, but not sure how much longer I can justify shopping there if I’m going to be treated with such shitty attitudes. I cross my fingers I get a nice helpful budtender before I get there because the unhelpful ones can really make your trip in the shop an uncomfortable one.

So my wife went in and purchased a piece of glass as a gift for me, the sales rep handed her the receipt and told her she had 14 days to exchange since it was a gift and he helped her pick what HE thought I would like. Well I didn't like it so we went back receipt in hand to exchange for another piece. The sales rep was ready to help us and well right before we picked another piece the ASSITANT MANAGER cam down stairs and said all sale were final!!! Please spend your money at a place that doesn't lie and take advantage of a woman whose 2nd language is english and was trying to buy a gift. What a way to treat folks who have been customers for over 10 years never again will we spend a dime here. The worst service ever, I get you have policies but if your sales rep lies then you should handle that situation differently

Great place!!!!!! always have what ya need .They always have a great selection its my only one stop shop and the concentrates are really good .Costumer service is awesome what more can ya ask for.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I really enjoy their vast variety of medicinal choices. The staff really takes the time to get to know each patient and educate them on what medicines might work for their particular needs. Keep up the good work guys...you rock!

This place is just great, amazing prices for amazing quality. The staff is super friendly and really takes the time to educate you about everything you may need to know. I drive over from Salem specially to go to this place. If I lived around Bend I would probably go every day:)

Personally I’ve never had a bad experience at The Herb Center. My only complaint is the lines can be long but that must mean they popular. Big shouts to Chelsea in my most recent visit, she hooked it up with the cartridges. The whole staff seems very knowledgeable. Also Amanda my reg girl in there she does a great job give that girl a raise. -The Don

The Herb Center has top notch service and selection. Plus the best prices in central Oregon! I highly recommend first time patients there as the staff is very helpful and respectful to all it's customers.

THC just keeps getting better. They are continuing to get a bigger selection, especially a large selection of PHO and CO2 concentrates! If you go anywhere else, please try THC, and you more than likely will be a customer for life too.
