This dispensary is like no other I have visited in Illinois. if it wasn't for state laws this would be like being back in CO. staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed. huge selection of both cannabis and non cannabis products. VET OWNED highly recommended. also, they have ample parking, that's crazy in the city.

I would not recommend! I called to place an item on hold and was told sure but when I got in it wasn't held. I called ahead a second time and was told that I was getting the last of like 3 - 5 items and the items were held. I called ahead the third time and they are now telling me I can't reserve what I want due to a limited supply. So if there is regular inventory that u wanna make sure is gonna be there for u before u make ur trip through the DEADLY STREETS OF CHICAGO don't bet on this place. They could care less about their everyday customer's needs!

Look no further, because you are not going to find a better place than this. From their excellent staff, to the huge parking lot and FREE beverages! I love taking the extra drive to come here. The selection is great and they always have great sales. Thanks for being amazing THC

This place is well worth the drive! Coming from the southwest burbs, it was easy to get to right off 290 expressway. Their selection and the fact they are open extend hours 7 days a week were two of the biggest reasons why I switched. The waiting room and showroom are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen so many different products under 1 roof, LOVE the Mindy Segal Chocolates. The Staff was great, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The prices are better than the other 4 dispensaries I’ve tried. I loved the sale items too! Thank you THC staff for a comfortable experience.

There is never a long wait, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I always enjoy the variety of strains they carry especially the concentrates. It’s always for cost effective too you never leave there thinking you are being ripped off like most places

Since my first visit they treated me with compassion. I love how they greet you with a smile. Been there twice, both times Rosa one of the budtenders have answer all my questions, I always have many and concerns but they make sure that I leave confident and with all my questions answered. I suffer from 8 autoimmune diseases, I feel less inflammation which is great. They're experts on the products they offer. I don't think I could go to another dispensary. I'm so glad I was referred to The Herbal Care Center.

Place was real nice! I moved to Wrigleyville from CO about six months ago and just got my IL card!! My buddy told me about the huge selection at this place...he was right, they had tons on display! It was cool to see they are on their game with new strains. I think I found my spot...the staff was super chill and hooked me up with a loyalty program too! Puff, Puff

This is not a cannabis dispensary, more like a “Mecca of Cannabis”. I have been to dispensaries in both California and Colorado and I have never seen a place like this! I couldn’t believe how nice it was on the outside and inside. You feel like you are at a Spa. By far the best one that I’ve been to. Their selection was great and they had a lot of different options to choose from. Their prices were cheap compared to other dispensaries here in the state. I highly recommend THC, you guys did it right !

Having family members that are veterans and an uncle with PTSD, medical marijuana has been so helpful in his treatment. This treatment is Not covered by insurance and we were very surprised to see senior and veteran discounts. I’ve never seen like a Prize wheel that includes 2-10% off, free product, free pipe, gift cards and double loyalty points. My budtender was incredible, she was informative and had a calming effect. We were also pleased to see it's veteran owned facility!! Couldn't ask for a better facility to trust.

You need to check this place out, hands down the best dispensary in the Chicagoland area. Great product selection, all priced very fair. The budtender was not pushy and took his time explaining the differences in their product strains. They also had ipads in the show room that I was able to look up additional information to pick out stains for my condition. Thanks again for the swag bag, I am TEAM THC 4 LIFE!

Finally got the chance to spin the wheel of chance and won which if you know the ‘wheel’ every spin is a winner. I would say that experiences here are great with the smelling jars. Expanded their collection of ‘sampling’ jars (smell jars that have clear glass to really examine the flowers that are on display and holes in the lid to get a smell of each strain) So thank you all the great staff there they are doing great things and will continue to do great things.

Really helpful on my first two visits. The discount for new patients doesn’t hurt either. I really like that I don’t feel rushed and the staff is willing to help and also tell me when they aren’t sure of something (before finding someone who had some helpful suggestions). Would recommend without hesitation.

This place is great. Love the atmosphere and they carry a lot of the popular Auto that other dispensaries don't have. Staff is very knowledgeable on their products and helpful. This is my go-to spot
