The herbal care center is an incredible dispensary. The staff so nice and very knowledgeable. The environment is clean and inviting and the selection is the best I've seen. This is hands down the best dispensary I've visited. Highly recommend!

The entire team is amazing - helpful, knowledgeable, patient. I felt truly cared for which as a first time user of medical cannabis or just even going to a dispensary for that matter was very important. I had done my research ahead of time so kind of knew what I wanted but I found so much more that I wasn't aware of. Rosa is a rock star and I'm thankful I got to work with her. I can't imagine going somewhere else at this time and even though it's a bit far from my house. the experience more than makes up for the commute.

I recently switched to this dispensary cause of the proximity to the V.A. and was immediately offered a veterans discount upon arrival. I have to say the business hours are great. At other shops I've always had to check if they are open prior to going there because of the extremely limited hours. These guys seem to be always open and I never have to worry about pulling up to a closed shop. The selection is great too. They have about 3x the selection compared to my previous place. The atmosphere and people are great, I can only recommend to give this place a try.

Once you get past the front desk..... it is amazing with choices and helpful friendly faces. The options are more than needed and of good quality.

This is not only one of the best dispensaries in Chicago but it's better then Colorado and Las Vegas dispensaries. Staff had complete knowledge of the products, location is beautiful, prices are very good in comparison to other locations dispensaries in Chicago. The selection is also a big plus. I have to definitely recommend this place to register. This location is not even near my house but outta worth the travel time, and love the open 7 days a week thing too....

They don’t allow recreational preorders and they don’t update their website. I go for flower, website says they have it and then you get there and they have a sign saying no flower. Waiting room is crowded. The other dispensaries allow preorder and you just come pick up, no crowded waiting room, no disappointment that they’re out of stock. I won’t be using THC anymore. And they have Fox News on the TVs.

A truly different/pleasant dispensary experience which isn't found anywhere else around the Chicago area. The layout is gorgeous, and there is sample product to see/smell which is great. Hunter's (the manager) knowledge and passion is apparent & very much appreciated (at least by me). If that's not enough, if they don't have a product you want they can get it quicker than other places I've been to previously. Well done!

This is the second dispensary I have been to and what a pleasant surprise! It is a large operation with a wide product selection from several different growers/manufacturers. They carried just about every cannabis application you can think of (herb, wax, oil, edibles, tincture, etc.) The store (and parking lot) was organized and clean. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I really love that fact that this dispensary provides parking lot with free parking.

The THC Center has been incredibly helpful with any questions I might have and the patient care specialists always take their time to listen and recommend a great array of products. They always have great specials and patient reward programs. Needless to say that this is my favorite dispensary in the city.

The overall atmosphere, customer service, and product selection make this the best dispensary in the Chicagloand area! I live on the North side of the city and happily make the trek down to THC Center on a weekly basis. The staff is educated, professional, and truly cares about our experience as patients. I highly recommend The Herbal Care Center to every Illinois patient, hands down.

THC Center absolutely blew me away. First of all, the building itself is stunning. They have a HUGE parking lot, and the most beautiful reception/showroom that I have ever seen in a dispensary. Secondly, the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family. They offered me something to drink, helped me fill out my paperwork, and got me back to the showroom in less than 5 minutes. The budtenders gave me their full attention and let me smell all of their samples. I left feeling like a million dollars!! The product I purchased made me feel even better. I honestly cannot wait to come back for my next visit. Job well done THC Center!!!!
