This is my second dispensary and I must say I really enjoy it here. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products and they’re helpful with discounts and other ways to save money. They have a variety of options for your medical needs whether you like edibles, tinctures, flowers or whatever, you name it they will have it.

Made me feel comfortable for my first time in their shop.

Loved the free coffee and big screens in the lobby. Parking was great. I had a great time talking with the techs and found them to be very well informed and helpful. My mother recently was prescribed cannabis for her pain and she was very reluctant to the idea of smoking "weed" as her generation was very much mislead about its medicinal properties. She went with some edibles based on the recommendation we got and she has been happy with the level of relief she gets now without taking any opioids. Thank you !!!

I love The Herbal Care Center, and what a great name. Quality flower, concentrates and edibles for a good range in prices. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend THC!

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. I live a couple of blocks from a great dispensary but switch it up sometimes to check out others. Up til now, the others I’ve tried have been good but not as good as the one near my house. I checked out THC online. Their menu has no prices and a lot of incomplete information, so it’s hard to tell what they have. When I got in there, the budtenders were clueless about their inventory and their prices. They don’t have any menus available, and when I started asking for specific strains, the person helping me had no idea what they had—she had to open a cabinet and pull out bins to look at things. And instead of looking for specific strains I asked for, she said “why don’t you tell me what type of strain you want and I’ll find you something.” How about no. I know how to shop for what I need and how certain things work for me. This place is a disorganized mess. And their ATM didn’t work, which for a cash business is pretty ridiculous. I requested a change back to my regular dispensary after I got home from THC. This dispensary is a joke; there’s no way I’ll be back.

It Was my first time visiting a dispensary. The staff made me feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a visit.

If you have checked out THC yet you dont know what your missing!!! These guys set the standard for Cannabis. They are one of the only places in Chicago that have a parking lot. Their show room is BEAUTIFUL !!! I couldn't believe I was inside a dispensary. They offered be a free coffee or water as soon as I walked in. Their selection was bigger than any other place that I have visited. I scored big with their prize wheel. I will for sure keep coming back !!!

Excellent customer service and staff. Great selection and even better location. I have been coming here over a year and it is my go to spot. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is very knowledgeable which is very important. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Awesome place!!!!!

I picked this dispensary because I wanted to sign up at the one that had the best selection in Chicago. I was not disappointed... the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The location is clean and modern. Parking is easy and safe. The giveaways, credits and point system helps cost significantly, and is quite fun (spin the wheel is a blast!) I’d recommend
