just now The menu is never accurate. Even when you preorder they dont have portions of your order. But, most irritating thing is that the attendants on the medical side pay no attention to checking people out in the order at which customers arrive. Expect to get cut in line majority of the time that you go because of this place's mismanaged chaos. You are better off going elsewhere.

I recently got my med card and was recommended this place by several people. It did not disappoint! It’s a really, really nice facility and staff are very pleasant and attentive. I’m looking forward to coming back!

I got my card nearly a year ago, my first visit at The THC Center was a great expierence. I meet Rosa, she knows a lot and was very helpful with recommendations after my surgery. I tried eatibles, flower, topical and live resin, I was surprised with how much it helped my nerves and pain during my recovery. Anthony and he’s team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with, they welcome any questions without making you feel awkward and recommend options for your needs. There is a reward system that turns into cash that you spend on their products and if your total is $145+ you spin a wheel full of prizes. . I highly recommend this location!!!

If you are looking for a medical dispensary, The Herbal Care Center is a great one to take a look at. With Illinois' odd one dispensary law, I actually ended up at THC Center, because my original dispensary was too far from my own business. Luckily, were I opened my business has a place like THC Center! Great selection and the deals on Friday are worth waiting for the end of the week.

This place is amazing! The bud tenders were welcoming and knowledgeable, they had a menu available for use, and they had a wide selection of product. I will be back!
